Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) Yes, (unfortunately) I served as Upper Management for Revival Servers for a little over 4-5 years at my highest reaching the rank of Executive Liaison before which I served as the SCP-RP Server Manager and Head Admin. And I recently staffed on Redwood Networks as their Networking Director (Backend Management (Forums & Discord Setup and Administration), Development Oversight and Server System Setup and Modification (B-Whitelist, B-Keypads, DWeapon's console weapon modifier and weapons balancing) What date did you start playing on the community? Trial Mod Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) Having worked on a highly hostile server, I have developed a thick skin and the ability to remain calm and level-headed in challenging situations. Dealing with difficult players and managing conflicts has become second nature to me. Additionally, my familiarity with ULX and SAM staffing systems provides me with a solid foundation in server administration and moderation. I understand that each server has its unique dynamics and rules, and I am committed to familiarizing myself with this community's specific guidelines. I am eager to learn new systems and approaches to ensure I can contribute effectively as a T-Mod. Furthermore, my diverse experience with different addons and whitelisting systems demonstrates my adaptability and willingness to explore different tools and methods to enhance server management. I'll be fully committed to the role as presented, and be more than willing to accept any additional responsibilities as needed. Other than that I've played the server for a little over a year, and plan on staying for awhile. Scenario questions: Select any two of the following four questions to answer for this section. Please note, in the scenario questions we are not expecting perfect answers. We are assessing your critical thinking skills, your ability to use the staff handbook, and come to reasonable conclusions. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Well, First, considering the fact that I'd be a T-Mod, I'd pull the persons Steam ID incase of a LTAP situation, and call a Mod/Senior Mod to better assess the situation with their expanded ULX Permissions. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? Call for additional staff to separate the players, and get all sides of the story and any evidence that may be available. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? Well, if they don't intend to RP, and keeps causing issues, something I used to do with Revival are month long bans, a month is enough for a player to either refresh, or forget about the server either way you solve the issues, they either don't come back, or they do and they actually try to adhere to the rules. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? It depends on the severity of the bug, anything econ breaking, server lagging, or otherwise disruptive to server functioning needs heavy punishment to discourage repeat behavior, but if its something minor, I've always believed in jailing them, referring them to the rulebook, and noting that down so they can be revisited if the behavior continues

Well, I was in the branch in the past, before uh, yeah, and I was able to accomplish good things, so I'd like to do that again. Why should we let you into Delta-5? (50+ words) Well lets see here: Former IA Chairman, Former WO, 5+ years of Garry's Mod (SCP-RP) Experience 99% of that time being in combat and leadership positions, and while I was IA chairman, we had the mystical sight of full slots until 9:00 PM EST every day as well as a nearly full roster, something that isn't very common now, and something I'd like to fix. Do you promise to uphold any and all community, server, and SOP rules and RP values? Yup.

Irregardless of any - or plus support on any basis whether it be based on Jurisdiction, or belief that this was a "Spite Report" or simply meant to be petty, ShinSpin still harmed the Reputation of our community by using that on an official staff report viewed by hundreds, not to mention the fact that members of our community have actively stood up in support of these actions, It utterly disgusts me that I even have to make a post about this, and it's utterly appalling that anyone would support someone who actively degrades the communities Reputation by using racial slurs, even if it was only once or whatever other excuse someone could come up with, it's still completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and disgusting, and if unpunished, sets a dangerous, and simply wrong precedent for what we'll allow our users and community members to get away with.
  4. - Support >The Evidence Contains Hate Speech/ Racial Slurs, therefore making it against Medal TV's ToS, therefore the post shouldn't be up in the first place >As a person who served 3 years on a different server as staff, everyone makes a mistake every now and then, complete demotion down to trial mod is not just outlandish, it should be completely out of the question >Not to mention, the point that he makes about the staff mentioned attempting to use his physgun for a combat advantage is completely irrelevant, basic training dictates that all D-Class get stripped before getting to a SCP, therefore meaning that the D class would have no chance regardless of the Physgun abuse In Summary, while Ireland did commit Physgun abuse, the way the player reported this is entirely disrespectful to the server, the community, and Staff, Ireland via the clip, was physgunning a d-class, whom by protocol would've been stripped of all weaponry, and cuffed, therefore rendering the claim about doing this for Combat Advantage completely null.

I may be new, but it's entirely disrespectful and disgusting to defend the use of Racist Slurs by any member of the community, no matter longevity, rank or importance, Absolutely no one should be allowed to use this language, especially when the aforementioned reportee used the slur within the title of a video for a Staff Report, as Staff, even former staff, you're expected to be professional when addressing your fellow community members.

After hearing of the faction from a member, it sounded like a good opportunity to have some fun while also serving a purpose Why should we let you into Delta-5? (50+ words) Well, although I'm new on Gaminglight I have experience with MTF's from previous servers and some detail on what the faction is about, I'm a fairly okay long range shooter, and have already received prior drill training from previous servers. I served in multiple command roles through my time in the SCP-RP space which allows me to understand the stresses that can face command at some times and that can be critical when working as a team especially if the situation calls for communication to be limited.
