Right. Where to start.... Well mainly a lot of details have been left out as to how this situation even came to form. This whole situation seemed to have started while Me, Saint and Blackout were Guarding Weiss and Infected as A-1. At the time the O5 were bored and looking for something to do and so when a event team made a "Unknown SCP" type of event, the O5 decided to capture and interrogate themselves. According to weiss there were no open containment chambers at the time and so we resorted to using HCZ Panic Room. After about 30 seconds into the interrogation a random maint guy started mic spamming at the door and shouting, Infected then went up to the door and said "If you come in here im killing you". After aprox 1 - 2 minutes pass it seemed a bunch of the other EOI decided to come join him in disturbing OUR RP by mic spamming and being annoying by saying the phrases mentioned by previous posts. During this time infected told us to kill anyone that enters and give warnings, so that is what we did. We gave multiple warnings to the Maint / EOI members to leave as it was level 5 business. After warning and continuous disruption infected gave us the order "Just go arrest them or kill them if you cant capture them". Weiss then put gas down and we went to try and arrest however by that time the EOI had already taken off running so we acted upon the kill order given. I am sorry that you died and I understand that you just arrived and had no part in it, however all of the other EOI caused the issues that resulted in the actions taken. I believe that this was a Wrong place & Wrong Time moment.

The support team sounds like a great opportunity for me because I love to help people and be as supportive to people as I can. When I first joined the community most of the content was broken and I frequently had issues however when I would open a ticket members of the support team could help me fix my issues with little to no problem and so I have always admired that. This is precisely why I wish to join the support team and help other new players who were like me instead of leaving them to themselves which may lead to them leaving the community as a whole. I first joined October 2020 which is also when I created my forums account, I came back after a while in October 2022 and have been playing the community every day since. How long have you been a staff member on Gaminglight? I became a Trial Moderator on 11/13/2022 so just over 7 months. How often are you online on the forums? I visit the forums multiple times a day to check for any staff related or application relating things come up and often times I look through all new posts as most of the time they can be interesting. Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? I am willing and able to take any and all forums reports that may come up and do so with haste while maintaining a sense of professionalism. I have been a part of this community and more importantly the staff team for a while now and really enjoy it but have always wanted to expand my experience to include forums moderation as I am a person who loves to learn but more importantly I love to help communities I care for ensure that the rules laid out are followed and enforced so with this determination I believe that I can be an asset to the Forum Diplomat team. Through the use of common sense and my experience in the Gaming light staff team I believe that I have developed a great sense of judgement and what to do when. A situation that came up recently would be when a friend of mine abused his event team powers and although he was one of my friends I did not let bias of any sort get in the way and collected evidence and sent it off to the event team leader. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? First of all I would collect all relevant evidence to use when punishing this user. I would then take the action required such as banning them or another punishment that fits what they are doing. After which I would look through their post history and remove all of the spam topics and clear up after them. Lastly I would send them a message explaining why they got punished and how they could appeal it. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? Firstly I would leave a message telling the user to stop arguing or take it of the forums otherwise punishments will be handed out. If they continue I would restrict their abilities to post on it and leave it for the relevant SMT to review the situation correctly.

During my time in Delta-5 I have been apart of many projects relating to enforcement of the CoE, one of these projects included the creation of a punishment guideline (Created with Ein, Warmug and Fenrir) due to this I spent many hours studying and best deciding punishments for each of the ethical violations and often revisiting it to remind myself as well as to update the guideline to include new ethical codes. Why do you believe that you are the best fit for HCMD?: With the semi-recent departure of Jack from Delta-5 we have had only one member of High Command, being shadows, due to this as well as Shadows needing to take time complete finals the branch was left largely in the hands of the command overseers. During this time I developed a lot of skills and experience on how the running of a branch works from punishments to promotions, meetings and document creation. In Delta-5 I have spent a lot of my time developing a personal favorite of mine which is Raptor Task Force (RTF also known as Raptor Operatives) and was deemed good enough to be granted the rank of Head Raptor Operative. I have remained in this position happily making changes for over 6 months now, all the while maintaining activity and standards that are not only required but encouraged and rewarded. When I first joined Raptor Task Force in October 2022 it was a mess and we hardly reached 1 player a day, now days however it is not uncommon for us to hit max slots and having massive operations and activities happening all around the site. I am very proud of my achievements within' RTF and believe with this experience among others I can do the same for Omega-1. During my time here I have come up with so many different ideas and concepts and written them down for the future, sadly I never thought they would reach the light of day however if accepted this would open so many possibilities for me to spread so many interesting and new things to brightening and enhancing the RP for not only Omega-1 but the whole server who interacts with them. Recently a lot of the Internal Affairs Sub Branch heads have been going on LOA an so this as well as the frequent projects I have gotten the chance to work on, I have also had the chance to really help out and introduce new features to Internal Affairs. This includes the previously mentioned Punishment Guidelines but also ensuring checkpoints are done and making sure they are done correctly, people make use of the ethical log channel and taking their jobs seriously and arresting people who break the Code of Ethics. As a rule I always stay out of any Drama if possible and try my best to be friendly to anyone who may approach me. This has left me in a position where I am the perfect mediator in situations such as complaints or reports. The same goes for my role in staff which is why I enjoy it so much. I am a trustworthy person and am able to keep my promises. I have also worked tirelessly throughout my time here to prove myself as a member of both the staff team and the event team and as of the time of writing this have achieved the rank of Senior Admin and Senior Event Team. Finally due to real life circumstances I have plenty of time to dedicate to ensuring that I can bring out the best for Omega-1, I will be able to finish projects faster and generally be more efficient then other candidates. Why do you want to be HCMD?: I have always been fascinated by the concept of Omega-1 and Alpha-1 along with the relationship between them, blossoming event ideas and a whole manner of fun activities and contests. This is why I chose to apply for Omega-1 as it has so much great potential but would hate to see it go to waste. My entire career on this server has been based around Delta-5 especially during the transition to the ethical enforcement based branch. Although there were some difficulties I found making all the new operations and documents really enjoyable because I really love learning new things and introducing new things with new ideas. Which is why I think joining a sort of new era of Ethical Enforcement role play would be really fun and exciting. I believe that the concept of Omega-1 is a great one and has a lot of potential however I am concerned that if placed in the wrong hands it may not reach this potential which would be really sad. Although I believe I can help it reach its potential so I think I would be a good fit for high command. How do you plan on running the branch?: First of all it is my intention to ensure that there is a zero tolerance policy on anything relating to mingery, toxicity, causing drama etc. For a branch that is representing a high ranking group if they were all running around making a fool of themselves it would reflect poorly let alone the ability to make effective connections with other branches would be severely limited. I would also love to encourage Omega-1 command to do constant activities and PT's with other branches as we are all comrades in arms so I see no reason that we should sit on a pedestal and isolate ourselves from other groups. When it comes to Alpha-1 I think there are unlimited possibilities from Events to average interactions and passive role-play. Events could theoretically make themselves if both sides help each other which is something I will be definitely pushing for if this application is accepted. Depending on the jobs SMT gives Omega-1 there can be some new types of role-play as well such as advanced interrogations, in-depth investigations into research logs posted on the forums to name just a couple. There is quite a lot of people (including me) who love to do in-depth research into things like rule breaks and gains great satisfaction from it all working out. What skills and qualities do you possess that show you are competent enough to run the branch?: I as an individual excel at leadership and strategic ability, backed with experience I can make calculated decisions to ensure the best possible outcome of any situation. I am not a person who is affected by bias and very much a person who believed that if someone breaks a rule of any kind, no matter who it is they deserve equal punishment to someone else of lower or higher rank / notoriety. I have a lot of motivation and genuine passion for this kind of thing and due to my genuine interest for not only Omega-1 and the lore behind it but the relationships and possibility that can come from something like this. As well as this as previously mentioned I have plenty of time to spend on ensuring Omega-1 is run correctly and will not be neglected. Finally I have a lot of experience regarding leading a Ethical Enforcement branch being a LT-COL in Delta-5 and often times helping High command with their work. This experience I think would work wonders for future of the branch. How will you maintain branch relationships and upkeep communication with other branches?: I have touched on this on previous questions but I will focus on Operations, Activities with Omega-1 and other branches on site and potentially making them into events and frequent PT's is a must for me as I believe a branch that doesn't do these basic things to keep their members and other branches engaged and communicating is not a branch its a glorified fan club. I will have a zero tolerance policy for anything such as drama, toxic behavior, mingery etc. as a branch that has these members going unpunished is going to struggle to maintain any sort of positive relationships with other branches. Finally a big one I am very passionate about is that I believe that other branches should be fully informed of information that will affect them and allow them to give their own input to avoid any grievances and qualms.
