Background Information The United States Militia (USM) was originally created under the name "North Carolina Militia" (NCM). We made this change when the map changed from being in Great Lakeside, NC to Rockford, IL to keep the name universal no matter what map the server is using. NCM was created in late November 2021 in a merge of 3 families - Purgatory Outlaws (POL), Weyland-Yutani Corporation (WYC), and The Phantom Association (TPA). The creation of NCM resulted in gaining over 20 members, including new members who wanted to take part in the fun. This strong family lead to an alliance to take on a rival family with the help of an alliance with Umbrella Corporation (UMC) and the Brotherhood of Steel (BOS) which ended in victory. The family is currently run by myself (Andre) as President, there is no current Vice President, and Manjini is our Secretary. We have 7 members total. Our Vision USM strives to provide a fun and inclusive place for people to have fun. We actively partake in raids, basing, robberies, and overall grinding to get to the top. (150 Word Minimum): I have been a Moderator for SCP-RP for a month now. I believe that I am both qualified and deserve the rank of Senior Moderator a few reasons. First, I have become very accustomed to the way things are done as a staff member. I understand how to process most sit scenarios and how to go through them step by step with causing as little conflict as possible. Second, I am a very active staff member and get many more sits than the quota requirement every week. Double or triple the amount of sits required. Next, from what I have heard from Piller I have gotten good staff reviews on the new staff review system. I do not know the extent of them but Piller did tell me that they were good reviews. And lastly, I have shown great dedication to the Gaming Light SCP-RP staff team. I am super active. I try to get online every day for a few hours or so. I have grown my reputation in the server by a lot from when I first became staff. By being that active, a lot of people in the server now know me. I know my application may not be the greatest ,but I hope that you see me fit for the position of Senior Moderator. Scenario questions: Select any two of the following four questions to answer for this section. Please note, in the scenario questions we are not expecting perfect answers. We are accessing your critical thinking skills, your ability to use the staff handbook, and come to reasonable conclusions. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would first tell them to stop. If they continue I would mute/gag them depending on if they were using text chat or voice chat to curse at me with. I would inform them that I expect them to communicate with me properly when I unmute/ungag them so we can have a normal discussion. I would probably then give them a formal warning for MRDM. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?: I would first tell them all to calm down and that the sit will not go anywhere if they don't. If they still continue to be unproductive, I would bring each of them to different parts of the sit room and talk with them individually. Then form my opinion on the scenario and deal with the rest of the sit from there.

Welp its been a whole year of me being in this scprp community and I gotta say I have had so many unforgettable experiences here and met countless people that I'll never forget. So here's me saying thanks for all of this and I sure hope I see all of you next year <3.

What is your in-game name?: Steeley What is your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:595961750 What is your rank on the Naval Roster?: PO2 What specialty are you applying for?: AO What Naval HC (Commodore+) gave you permission to apply?: Astro/Kallus What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for?: As I was formerly a CAO (Quite recently) I have good relations with almost all of SF command so I will be able to work extremely closely with them as most of them are still friends and people I can freely talk with and give constructive criticism. I can also do alot of tryouts as previously shown when I was an AO/CAO, I was performing a large amount of tryouts every week and seeing as I am not a supervisor yet it will be my only priority to get SF to prosper. I can improve the relation between Naval and SF/pilots, I can help support SF and its regiment in a way normal naval can't. SF could benefit with having an old familiar face this could help to improve relations even more and making sure the troopers in SF are being heard by naval. Also I can help out people in the reg if they are struggling to cope with anything or have problems that need solving. As shown last time I was AO/CAO the regiment was thriving, even though command completely fell through and I only had a singular Vice-Marshall by my side, the both of us were able to hold the regiment together and made sure we bounced back from those hard times which we did, we built back the command and got a full team of CAO, Vice-Marshall x2 and a Marshall. This just proves that no matter how much trouble SF is in i can always help in those times of struggle. Why should you be trusted with this position?: As stated I was a previous CAO and had no problems relating to my job with SF, if u ask almost all of SF command then and now they would all say that they thought I was a good CAO and didn't cause any problems or upsets within the regiment. I did help with removals and strikes of people not keeping up with the standards of the imperial star fighters which shows I can be trusted to do my job and support the SF command in all aspects of their job. I also went above and beyond in most cases with looking after SF and performing my duties, I acted like it was a second life and was putting my all in. This just proves that if anything i should be fully trusted with this role as i carried out my duties as an AO/CAO perfectly in most cases and put in extraordinary amounts of effort when working with the amazing group of people. I also have 0 warns within naval and never got a single one when i was last in naval, this just shows i can be responsible with this role and juggle between my naval duties and SF duties. Why do you want this rank?: So I can spend more time with SF while being part of my fav reg (naval) I also love SF so much and the people in it and i want to directly support them without having to be part of them, I have such a large passion for SF and the people within it that I would do anything to be apart of them and support them again. So with my rank i would do everything in my power to help them if its tryouts, SIMs, roster updates, removals, strikes, meetings and transfers. I would also make sure that the lower enlisted are heard and their opinions are voiced, And most of all to make sure everyones RP experience on Gaming light is enjoyable and FUN! -Support -EMS are suppose to be using the /me command to have more RP as it is an RP department (as far as I am aware on the /me) -You talk about unrealistic but in what reality do people run with LMGs and can be shot 20+ times before dying. EMS is there to balance crime and gov. Otherwise people would do crime without a 2nd care because no one cares if they die, They just dont want to go to jail for 6 years after. -Just win your fights against gov with EMS on and dont go to jail. -Support Ridgeland, while I'm sure you'd make a fine staff member, there are a few requirements that you are missing in which led me to giving you a -Support on your application. Namely, your activity on the forums is rather low, having only 3 of the required 25 posts that are needed to apply for a staff team in the community. Your activity is another thing that I must question, but will not comment on right now since I have been on a LOA for the past week. Nonetheless, it's just a couple of small things that you need to try and work on is all! I suggest staying in TeamSpeak and talking with the people in the PoliceRP related channels (you don't need to be in a particular dept to join channels, unless if they are password protected), going around the forums and read posts and comment on them, and last but not least, do your best to talk with people in the Discord! It's just those smaller things you got to work on, and you'll be good to go in my opinion! Best of luck!

+support - after seeing you amend the application to fix the bug I can now reply to this application fairly. Voxial is a fantastic member of Nu-7 and has worked diligently within their time in the branch to bring their best to the table. They have always put maximum effort into everything done and that is also true for this application. I see no reason to doubt Voxial's passion, drive or motivation and I think they'd make a fantastic RRH member. The test logs are also more than enough for this role.

3 branches or not same amount of people that would play MTF

-Support. Far from fit for RRH service. Demonstrates an inability to receive valid forms of criticism, even when reassured. Unclear on the procedure of application, demonstrates an unfamiliarity with need-to-know concepts. Poor record. Multiple serious warnings, with no clear sign of learning from them, or reference to and explanation made for them in the application itself. Please note that this message does not intend to demoralize or harrass you on any level. I write my feedback sharply when I see fit in order to point out valid faults in applications. I encourage you to clean up your community interaction, take yourself, what is asked and expected of you, and this program seriously if you intend to revisit it in the future. You may also want to consider not being argumentative with individuals who give you application feedback, it is not a good look.

Whilst I'm neither here nor there on this matter, I think people who compare CI as being weak just because MTF have three branches are close-minded in the fact that they don't realise that CI still has a higher playercount. It's not just about the amount of branches and jobs, it's also about the amount of players on and CI usually have more people online. I could go either way on MTF or CI being stronger, but I think the argument that MTF has 3 branches is not one to be made when discussing balance.

Wasn't really a problem back in 2020 when Omi9 was around and they were the strongest around though

The cross test between 280 and 008 was very interesting and a great read (though I am no position to judge). You're a hard worker with no BS. You would make an excellent addition to RRH. What are you suggesting? - Don't Allow CI be out of the red warehouse How would this change better the server? - It would help MTF because it isn't fair that when MTF trys to stop the raid they instantly get sniped by infills since they have a new swep that makes it harder for MTF to shoot them down. If CI are trying to protect the people inside the warehouse then you should be INSIDE the warehouse. They have so many things outside, for example they have other snipers, bios, CCs, and beta/alpha. You may argue that we could just call thermals but we can't when we immediately die before we call it because infills are behind you sniping in you the head. CI may say that we could just use SO but you can instantly just call thermals. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server?
