Alrighty, yeah I'm resigning. I'm heading out I suppose. I just don't find this fun anymore. But I will say that this server really differs from everything else and I've had a really great time but I just got too burnt out. I loved the experience I had with this server but I'm separating myself from gaminglight completely. Love you guys, hope all of you guys enjoy your time on the server like I once did.

Hi guys, I think it's time to say goodbye, it was a very good time to be with you, but lately I have been somewhat inactive, both because I lost a little interest in playing gmod and also that the server is lagging me. Here are some people who made my stay at Ci amazing. Gamma command: Keep up the great work, keep getting 50+ CI members. Funkmasterjack: One of the first people i met, a great ci member, hope to see you in Major soon. Pelon. Zero: An example of a CI member. keep it up. M8VP: I don't have the words to thank you, the opportunity you gave me, it was an honor to have been at your command for a short time. Fizzy: When enuz left the command and you took it, it was very successful on his part, you are doing an equal or better job. keep it up Tackie: Great command member. Jolt: One of the best people I have ever met and i hope to see you on high command. i would have liked to talk more with you. ill miss you Hope: It can be said that if it weren't for you I would not have been in ci, you trained me and even though the test failed ..... you gave me the opportunity. A great person. Great member and in my opinion one of the next commander / general of CI. it was an honor to have been with you. I will continue playing in my cc of guts, heavy and infil. I hope to see you soon I will miss you. Note: If for some reason, I didn't answer them when they spoke to me through team speak, it's not that I ignored them, it's that I really didn't understand them, so please don't take it personally. I still do not know English 100%.

That’s cause they’re active. Just because a branch have a lot of players that are on and do their jobs doesn’t mean we have to limit them. Please refrain from using this excuse.

The only current reasons for CI to go past the blue line is if: We have been corned into d block and are forced to hold it down from MTF personnel being outside. Seeking medical attention in a safe/none active combat zone. And of course using the barricade/elevator as protection, now in the recent months we've been working on moving the d block raid protocol too "Breach d class, secure d block then exile to EZ, once there regroup and reenter for future d block raids" I believe its reduced CI camping in d block but, in some cases 1 or 2 CI may be left alive and as such might pull a "last stand" strategy inside d block. I see the current issue of this topic being more of who is meant to deal with CI in d block, Now personally i understand why MTF believe it is their duty, the only issue being Gensec still need to continue there current job that being securing D block and in some cases (especially if CI have killed most of MTF when entering the facility) Gensec can not wait around for MTF to come and save the day. Its most likely in the best interest that Both Gensec and MTF HCMD have a talk and come to a somewhat understanding/agreement, it would be a lot more productive than this current situation here on the forums... Myself and my Command team have no issue with the current situation in D block. My understanding of why Gensec have thermals is for the sack of the servers Game-play and not RP related (Some things on the server come down to game-play or RP, issues like why we don't let a d class turn on the nuke even though in RP they should be able to do so it would ruin the game-play for the rest of the server). Overall standpoint on this is -Support until MTF/Gensec can come to an agreement. Communication is important people!!!!

I agree that he got out of it instantly. I warned him because he had multiple problems for the exact same issue before. If the warns do get appeald I fully understand why. The Reason I warned him is he only jumped out the police car when he was getting shot at. He then proceeded to fearRP from 2 Armed Government officials. After that he sat is his friends car and proceeded to drive away, still fearRPing. By server rules nothing states that u dont have to advert carjack even if you are in the same family. About your Comment on "Player Targeting" I have not issue with you in RP, I only do what is told in the staff handbook and you getting warned does not mean I am targeting you in any shape of form. In my overall view of the situation the warn should have been (FearRP | Faliure to Advert Carjack), but he still did atempt to steal a government vehicle, and this is not the first time I have witnessed him do it. That fact that you said "Lets say I was typing the carjack, I would have been dead before I finished, yet I would not have gotten warned for that." this does not excuse you to not typing it, by server rule you must and I quote "You must /advert carjack" As I said in that moment it did not look to me that you were doing a mistake, you ran from 2 Armed officers and proceeded to steal 2 vehicles, and when you got into the police car, even if you thought it was a civillian car you still did not type /advert Carjack This is all I am going to say. I am not going to argue in this disscusion so now it is not up to me. Love all ChipDail

I'm a huge advocate of having another main GOI branch so that CI has an occasional ally/adversary, but staffing such as department would be quite difficult.

I think it would be unfair for Maynard to walk out of the facility and pretend to be captured, and poor RP. However, I think it would be excellent RP for Maynard to claim he was captured by CI during a raid, and be sold back to the Foundation if his cover isn't blown.

-support As you stated before @[GL] Godbert Manderville Gensec stands for General security, which is correct. By that logic you CAN'T say that they don't deserve or can't hold thermals, as a CI infil is a threat to security, in which meaning they have every right to deal with that threat. Yes they main goal is to stop D-class and escort research and such, but that is because that is the main threat to the foundation. CI is also a threat to the foundation meaning that they have every right to call thermals if it is needed. That is "security", which by definition is "the quality or state of being secure: such as. a : freedom from danger : safety. b : freedom from fear or anxiety. c : freedom from the prospect of being laid off job security." quoted by the Merriam-Webster dictionary. The main part is freedom from danger, as I said before CI is a threat, danger, so the foundation and security. There is no argument that I've seen that can deny them this fact. Just by saying "of their gensec they aren't that special, they have MTF" is denying this argument. If anyone would love to argue more about this subject please DM me at Jackweeb1112#8101 and we can continue their. If you prove me wrong then I will change this post happily.

Lets say I was typing the carjack, I would have been dead before I finished, yet I would not have gotten warned for that. evidence of the car being my family members car (in doc parking lot): a picture of the car i stole, as you can see at first glance it doesn't look like a cop car, and it doesn't matter because as soon as i got in and saw the menu thing, i got out: Any extra information: I have had a real issue with chip recently, it's obvious that he is targeting me, yesterday he warned me for switching jobs (not even during rp) a normal staff would not warn for stuff like this, regardless of previous warns.
