It is not my job to inform you why your suggestion was denied. I take the time out of my own day to do that. If we want to get technical, my "job" is to grow the server, keep everything running smoothly, and overall manage things like staff, branches, etc. In no way am I required to give you a reason of why you're suggestion is denied. I choose to do that. Also, the comment of "If you don't have the time and effort, please don't be a manger" is very amusing coming from someone like you who most likely has never been a position of management for anything, let alone something of sustenance. I can assure you there are a lot more things to worry about then explaining to you why a suggestion got denied. Let alone, like a true hardcore gamer you decide tell us to not worry about time. I can only really speak for myself here (But I assume other SMT has similarities), but Gaminglight is not the only thing I do in my life. I do not come home every single day and sit at my computer until I go to sleep, working on the server. I have a job, I have family, I play other games, and I have a social life. I assume you do as well. So think about this. If you were, for argument's sake, a moderator on PoliceRP. Your job is to staff the server, make sure people follow rules, etc. Now, I tell you that you can only take staff sits, and not roleplay at all. Imagine I then said to you, "Stop complaining that you can't roleplay on the server, staffing is your job. You signed up for this." See where the problem is? Now I'm going to drop some life advice for you. Before formulating such a rash response like this, think about what you're saying as if you were in the other person's shoes. It helps you see the error in your ways a lot clearer.

Yeah, I am not saying it needs to be a paragraph, just a simple explanation instead of the vague three completely unrelated reasons that are put in for every post. Something as simple as "denied, this add on will cause lag" would suffice, just something so we can find better alternatives to denied add ons instead of trying to figure it out.

The warning was for leaving while being arrested, it has nothing to do with the intention to return later on in the evening, so unless there's some sort of proof I don't think this is a false warning, You also have somewhat of a history of failRP and LTAP so that makes me think it is legitimate as well. If the cop really did say it was ok, he would not have called the sit on you. Sorry.

Hello everyone, I Didn't think that this day would come. I thought that I could stay with Medical forever but sadly I can't. If anyone doesn't know, Im in my first year of University and I feel that I'm wasting it. I feel that Gmod has taken over my life and I really can't keep ignoring my real life for the virtual one so this is goodbye for now, I may come back when the time in my life isn't occupied by important stuff. So. We knew it would happen eventually and the first thing I would like to say my decision isn't driven by the new promotions and I am very glad for those two and they deserved that slot. I want to mention a few people before I say goodbye to this great branch and the people in it. @General Pure You made my time in Technical the best and I hope to see you again one-day and maybe in a higher position. @CanOBeanz You deserved that promotion for all you have done for this branch and I wish I could have been more active to experience more with you and I hope we can still remain friends. @CookieHugger21 Thank you for being an amazing DDOU and DOU during my time in Technical and I hope you continue running utility well. Finally this is to all of the Senior Techs, Experienced Techs, Technicians, and Junior Techs. I hope you all strive to get higher in this branch and you guys continue to remain active. Try to remain in this branch for a long amount of time and maybe you guys will make it further than even I could I love this branch and everyone in it... This is the end of my time in Tech..
