Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?: I believe this suggestion is more than fair for a number of reasons. Too many times stagnation has become a real issue in many battalions. This issues, on occasion, has caused many members to quit or leave the battalions in hopes of furthering their careers elsewhere. This suggestion alleviates that burden by allowing a well performing Commander to progress out of the immediate battalion tree and into the said program above. A program that is more accurately held to the original outlook of what a Senior Commander should be. This program pushes Commanders to show the initiative and allow them to become more situated with the job roles expected of a potential High Command member in cross branch relations and other likely duties. This suggestion has been thorough discussed throughout the High Command and Current Senior Commander team and is universally believed to be the best change for the current Senior Commander position.

Welp, i'm sure most of you saw this coming, but I am resigning, for the second time. I have no idea if i'll ever come back but at the very least i'll try and hop on every couple weeks or something and see how shits going. If we warned everyone that was afk chopping wood or mining then half of the server would be warned by now. I'm sure nobody's RP was affected by him chopping wood. Just use +attack next time and don't use an autoclicker when in cuffs.

Huge +support I honestly think this will encourage people to work harder to reach the rank of Senior commander rather then try to just go for HC instantly I really love this idea and I hope it gets accepted

+Support This will enable Senior Commanders to have a greater impact, take on more responsibilities, and be better prepared for the next step. The equipment provided to them is balanced, and their HP and Armor are comparable to command jobs in other battalions. This position is open to all Senior Commanders from all branches and battalions. Will help with the stagnation of progression within battalions caused by Senior Commanders staying for so long and preventing talented VCMDRs from moving up. Great idea, and I can't wait to see how it works.

Huge +Support I Believe this can help the Community as it helps give the Senior Commanders more of a step towards high command and such, and as it also gives them a chance to help other battalions out and it also gives them a Shot to help out fellow Command Teams. This is a great Idea, and I can't wait to see it get added.

Why do you want to join Delta-5? Well I've always really enjoyed the community and everything, I've played on this team before and I've had a BLAST doing it. I finally found the motivation to play Garry's Mod again, so I thought now would be the time to rejoin this branch. Why should we let you into Delta-5? I think my skills and activity have proven me a valuable asset to the team before, and i still hold those values to me, so I could be a role model for people, someone to look up to and someone to also see as an equal, because I think Rank shouldn't determine everything about a person. As I've said before, I've been in D5 at a point, so I understand all the rules, and I've been let in before, so if nothings changed, why not now? +Support - I don't like seeing Rust Weapons on MTF / Chaos Classes though, I think Rust Weapons should be obtainable by D-Class CC's only.

While there are changes that are completely fine within this branch update, SMT has collectively decided that we believe it should be redone and given more thought. Although it has never been required, it is recommended that other branch high command are made aware of future changes to avoid disagreements on branch updates going forward.

-Support The selection for cc owners is big enough already. Will also take away from people actually taking the time to craft the weapons

-Support D-Class using the longbow was just denied and I see no reason that they should ever use that weapon or a riot shield. Shields are so strong that they are limited in which combat jobs can get them added let alone any D-Class who gets to armory and buys a luger. There would be no good way to moderate if they are using the weapons they purchased from armory vs their donor weapons. It would take up more sits and more time for staff and is an unneeded change.
