(150 Word Minimum) I have played on this server for around 4 months now, immediately hopping on PD, and I have never touched crim. I've had my moments but in my opinion I have never created any issues or 'beefs' that have lasted longer than 5-10 mins. In my 90 days I've kept my nose fairly clean, one warn for FailRP when I respawned with EMS and one or too verbals, and achieved this with the mindset that YES, I WANT TO BE STAFF, SO I DONT WANNA MESS THIS UP. I was actually really sad when I got that warn, I was aiming for a fully clean record, but we cant win them all. I have a fairly good knowledge on the MOTD, i read rule updates, and i can easily try revise the MOTD more if needed, but I hope I have a good enough understanding! I also really really like this community, and while it isn't why I deserve it, I feel like I'm gonna stick around for a long time, even if I don't get a TM rank. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Don't bring it up until you have the minge frozen, and inform them they need to stop swearing or they will be gagged and/or warned for staff dis, and do so if necisary. Contact a Admin + if a ban is needed for the MRDM, otherwise issue correct jail time and warning. I have nothing against you jon but I feel like you need more experience to be staffing. I have to agree with soul on this one, I understand that u can still know the rules and never play crim, but there are so many complex and confusing situtations that happen that u gotta experience to know.
