It should just be adverted for simplicity, it takes 5 whole seconds to advert, keeps things fair to jobs that are bugged. Doing this would prevent the need for a bug report to be posted for every new job that mtf makes. And before you say it, its not a communication issue if nobody is able to even see the adverts, and all of the keen eyed people that know what to look for are on classes that can't see it because we have class changes so frequently. Like you must be hella blind if you don't see that in chat or the big bold letters on your screen saying that they trying to take the supplies. You need to make sure when you add a new MTF job to your branch that you note down that it needs to be added to the supply system other wise every two month were gonna have this problem.
