What are you suggesting? - A roll timer for SCP-096. What I mean by that, is that their should be a 2-3 Min timer to roll against 096. Whenever this occurs, the first person that rolls should advert if he lost or won. If he lost the bagging attempt then the timer starts. 

How would this change better the server? - It technically wouldn't benefit the server, but make 096 more playable & fun to enjoy. 

Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. It would result in a challenge to recontain 096. 

Who would this change mostly benefit? - SCP-096.

yeah the only thing I see wrong with this is abuse of timer but other than that will greatly support this scp

-support In my opinion i find the fact that 096 doesnt have a timer and can kill anyone that fails is enough ,I also  don't want this to be a another fucking 106 situation where it just defy all senses of lore just because its convenient for more people this would be like giving tranq scps a fucking 5 minute timer to be tranqed again if the person who tranqed them dies

 - Currently: 096 wins bag roll and kills guy, less then 3 seconds another guy tries to bag him
 - Legit gets defeated by someone who decides not to stare at him for 3 seconds, and manages to roll higher
 - To prevent abuse, the bagger can do a /advert {ACT} Attempts to bag 096 and then advert the results such as: /advert {ACT} Fails bagging or /advert {ACT} Bagging successful.

-support, how will it even be enforceable, unless the same people attempt to do the roll after their NLR is up, it basically won't even matter. Best thing for him is that unless you come up behind him you shouldn't be able to bag him... the 3 second rule is kinda silly to begin with
