I know I can be a great security senior command member I have demonstrated I can be active, engaging, and personable. Also, as command my capacity to prepare and give people more opportunities will be one of my top priorities (AKA promos). I have shown that I serve punishments swiftly when they are deserved. The trust people have given me as low command has been tested, I have learned many things and made some errors; however, we all do. With errors being made early on I have ensured they will not be continual. I care significantly for the future of Gensec and individuals in it. From the people I train while being a FTO to the people in D-block that I over-see. I believe with more responsibility I can make sure I employ all my skills to an even greater degree. Like everything I will do my finest and give one hundred and ten percent. Security is my core branch and the most valuable one to me. I try to be on the sever for long periods of times and assist wherever needed, not only just in security but in other branches and when I am on them, I try to assist security whenever possible. I know together with mine and the other command members leadership we can continue to keep the facility safe. When I first joined the server and stood against security as a d-class I saw we had no chance against them. I wanted to be one of those people fighting to keep things safe. I promise to continue that regardless of the outcome of this application. Everyone in command helps us be great and deserves a promotion for one thing or another, we all do a great job, I just hope we can continue to do so. 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I will ask them if they have NCO permission and what they were doing. If they did not have permission, I would explain to them that they need it, and that we need them to be in d-block as much as possible to assist with escorts and d-class. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: Again, I would try to get their side of the story before hand and explain to them why I do not believe their reasons are valid to be leaving constantly. If they continued to do so I would either place them on DNP/watch list/ strike them if necessary. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would explain to them that they are not allowed in d-block to begin with and once they leave report their behavior to their LCMD if necessary. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: You can now be trained for JFTO, this makes your jobs easier if they train. ANY SFTO+ CAN TRAIN YOU FOR JFTO program. Did you know that if you are active in the FTO program you can be promoted in regular Gensec? You can leave d-block and allow enlisted to do so, but not to abuse this power You should get a forums account at https://gaminglight.com/forums You can try-out for wardens, check discord for tryouts #warden-tryouts You give enlisted to researchers, remember OFC to LCZ, CPL+ for HCZ You suggest enlisted be promoted, make sure you do activity logs, as well as for patrols with enlisted, #NCO ACTIVITY LOGS You now have a 3-day cooldown for promotions unlike the 1-day cool-down previously.   5. I had two issues, one of them tonight where he warned someone for racism, but didn't try and get them banned... "didn't want to bother with it"
  6. +support +an obvious choice from activity standpoint +has never let me down helping with a PT, every week he spends hours helping anyone who needs it with them +never seen him cause any issues with anyone

  9. If anything staff should be monitored and regarded to a higher degree then anyone. Even if they earned that position they should continue to earn it, as anyone in a position to make decisions and help on the server. I don't know much about the situations other then what is on here but if any of it even holds a grain of salt I agree with the sentiment.

  12. -support -This is also for Gensec to place people who are not rioting during a partial -There is already a suggestion in place to prevent this from becoming an issue
  13. +support -its obvious between our SOP and the signs in d-block it just hasn't been updated in the MOTD as of yet -D-class are taking advantage of us and the rules by making sits to waste not only our time but staffs time as well
