If this gets accepted, crim could have a tiny bit longer of an loa by like 1 or 2 minutes. Why should we add it? - This should be added because as a government official, you usually deal with many different types of situations. From, a officer being murdered, then, you get murdered, so does some other units. Then, if officers keep pulling their panics, you can’t do anything about it as you are waiting at your base for the timer to be up, when you could be dealing with the situation further.
