Self breaching rule suggestion - Denied

What do you want to see? - Well, for starters, I would like to see a limit of 8-10 mtf needing to be online for self breaching, 8 for euclid, and 10 for keters. Secondly, I would like it to be a rule that if no technicians are on, but a technician is needed to repair a cc, the scp doesn’t have to have its cc repaired, same thing with 106, but with janitors.

Why should we add it? - It would severely help balancing issues and not give 5 mtf stress load to handle when there are 70+ players online. The technician/janitor rule would make it so scps are possible to recontain if there is nobody to fix the CCs.

What are the advantages of having this? - It will make life for mtf easier, so they don’t have to deal with 10+ scps when there are not many mtf online.

Who is it mainly for? - Scps and MTF

MTF is really hectic during peak hours

Allows branches like A1 to focus on escorting instead of Recontaining

Will balance out Self-Breaching

+/- Support, for the MTF limitation, sure, do it. BUT then lower the required playercount for self breaching.
As for the Janitor/Technician rule, simply no. This would prevent nearly half of all SCP's from Self Breaching if those classes are not on, and thats just stupid. This was implemented so that Technical/Janitorial would have something to do and force them into activity, removing that is not a good idea IMO.

+/- Support.

Reasons above, but I think MTF should be allowed to fix CCs if there are no techs on. Perhaps they have to roll an 85+ and higher to successfully fix the CC?

^^

Once you add a bunch of requirements for the scps to do this and that it makes playing as an scp almost unbearable. Its hard enough as it is to get all the way out as an scp and into LCZ to cause damage or to escape depending on what your doing. If your gonna put an MTF player requirement you should at least lower the actual player requirement because according to game tracker we only come off that 70+ Player mark for a couple hours on weekdays. Weekends on the other hand as it should be there is a longer peak time because its the weekend.

If there are 70 ppl on, then there should be enough mtf on to deal with the self breaching. If people aren't active then it is a command thing to keep them active with incentives (promotions) and punsihments (strikes, demotion, removal)

And then it ends up being the single active nu7 rct that has to RC scps.

Then (like i stated) use incentives to increase activity, like an increased amount of lower rank promotions that would be based on activity.
