Look for a Super Admin in game and ask them about it, they can un-blacklist you for it but there isn't an actual way to do what the message said since it's not technically a warn appeal but a blacklist appeal.

+Support 1. Warning was false, wasn't intentional and if bossatron isn't lying about this then it wasn't an Intentional killing. Also FailRp? 2. Staff member shouldn't of taken him into a sit. They should of made a sit and allowed another staff member to handle it.

This really falls under metagame, a specific rule about doing this is stated but staff would obviously use their discretion to deal with the situation. I.E. No E11 on surface to call out CI but somehow slams and mines placed at Gate A would be metagame.

+Support Just cause you're staff doesn't mean you should take care of the issue yourself, you're still supposed to make a sit over stuff like this if you're involved or directly impacted in the situation to avoid bias or in the moment emotions

+Support Bartholomew Is consistently active and helping out with the forums, always see him assisting as a forums diplomat, in the short time he was over on SCP-Rp he was a great fellow to talk to, I feel he'd be a great member to help out on the staff team

+Support Serum is active on the server and helps out with staff, don't see a reason why they shouldn't be Senior Mod

+Support Non job specific bug he used, seems more like something for a warn and not a SCP Blacklist outright. (if this was the specific reason you were blacklisted to begin with and not something you're neglecting to say)

+Support One of the most active utility members, definitely fit for the job for that lone, aside from this Jimm is extremely nice and actively engages in roleplay, and he's in another Utility branch as command. Could always use someone as beneficial as Jimm in medical to help with the branch.

A few things to note before considering banning this guy. 1. The clip at hand doesn't show much more than the flick itself, Gmod 3rd person camera exists and lets you see through walls somewhat when pressed up against it, very possible the guy saw chineseman around the corner when he was walkin' up. (Picture for what I mean with prop to show that you can see through walls with this) However this could of been accidental and not as if he was exploiting, maybe his camera clipped and saw chineseman. 2. Relating to the thing above, I know a multitude of players who just spam SCP sweps to attempt to kill cloakers and players quickly so its very likely the guy was spamming it and turned to chineseman on it or got lucky thinking someone was in the corner while spamming. 3. Like a lot of others said latency is a thing, it's very well possible that the guy was aimed at chineseman longer than it looked like in the clip on snothewolfs end Overall this doesn't feel 100% concrete to flat out permaban someone, while it is possible they could of been using aimbot to lock onto him, this clip alone without pretext (where chineseman was before the clip started I.E. Running around or making noise/running from 682 previously) it's possible chineseman was being chased before. -Support If more concrete evidence shows up or something similar happens with this player then he really shouldn't be perma banned for this. Everything above is potential, not guaranteed this is what the guy did. Just showing numerous ways the guy could of seen him before we say "hE's AiM bOtTiNg"

-Support This is already a thing and I rarely see D4, G9 or HTF pulling out an ethereal to deal with something like a minor breach, even when it does happen it's more or less because the SCP has been out for a while and just causing trouble. I've never seen this done to a single SCP already in cuffs unless it was outside a specific circumstance. Seems like a oddly specific rule to muddy up the MOTD

-Support As Nydekore said Enoch requires a specific circumstance to flag up, the CI Dog doesn't require any at all, really enough said as it is but atop of that the CI Dog would destroy enoch in a fight.

+Support Active as hell on Maintenance, respectful and smart. Would make a good fit for Command in Maintenance!

+Support Cardigan has immense ammount of experience in Gaminglight as a whole and on staff team, he's an intelligent guy and is professional in manor when it comes to things involved with staff, definitely a good fit for support

+Support For as long as I've known Hale he's been an overall great guy, positive attitude, pleasant to talk to, respectful and intelligent. I can't see any reason for Hale not to be Support team

+Support Tylers a pretty intelligent individual for this sorta stuff, he'd be great on support to help people out with their issues

+Support Active on the forums, from what I know a great staff member over on Imperial-Rp, has a ton of experience and time on GL, application also looks great

+Support EliasQuickness has been a great staff member over on SCP-Rp, in general on and off conversations to do with Staff he's a respectful and professional person, definitely apt for Support
