    +/- Support I like the idea, but the addon suggested is an outdated addon, hasn't been updated sense 2020.

  5. General Suggestions What are you suggesting? - Lets start using the SCP-RP roles in Teamspeak. In general, allow members of CMD, in each branch to be able to gave the said branch role in TeamSpeak. So like GENSEC Low CMD, GENSEC HCMD+ should be able to assign the role to the GENSEC low CMD, or for GENSEC Enlisted/NCO, GENSEC Low CMD+ should able to assign those roles. (as an example, I recommend this for all branches.) We could also set perms for the roles for their respective channels. This is something I have set up before with other servers in the past, and I also know that PRP has done something similar and we have had something similar for SCP-RP in the past. An alternate suggesting is to at least allow the use of the branch CMD tags for each of the branches CMDs. Like GENSEC CMD can get the Security Command tag, Research Command can get the Research Command tag, Utility Command can get the Utility Command tag, etc. How would this change better the server? - It would help identify who is in which branch. We could also set perms for the roles for their respective channels. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - We would have to make sure to give each member their tags in TS as well, not just in discord. (There is a way to set it up do go based on the roles in discord so this wouldn't be an issue(I also know that this is already being done for the staff tags)) Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone, especially the CMD members of the branches. (150 Word Minimum) The reason I believe I am ready for Senior Moderator is that I have been a moderator for over a month now. I want to start the next step and start being able to ban people, yes I know it will only be three-day bans, but I want to begin to be able to. If I find someone who requires a severer punishment, I will still ban them for three days and make a ban extension request. I also want to help the new Trial Moderators in their trial period of staff. Being a guide/mentor. I want to be able to be there for someone who may need some extra help like quickly banning someone well they make a request to have the ban extended. Yes, I know I am on a reduction of activity, but I don't think that should stop me from getting Senior Moderator as a promotion should be a sign of skill and dedication. I do try to find spare time to help out in the server and the branches I am in well also handling work. I don't plan on sticking to the reduction of activity either, as when school gets back into session, I should have more time available to me as I won't be working as much as my current job is a seasonal job. (223 Words) Scenario questions: Select any two of the following four questions to answer for this section. Please note, in the scenario questions we are not expecting perfect answers. We are accessing your critical thinking skills, your ability to use the staff handbook, and come to reasonable conclusions. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would mute/gag them. I then would start with a warn for Staff Diss, and if I find they are guilty of MRDM by checking logs and clips, I would warn him for that as well and send in a ban request if necessary. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would call for another staff to come and assist in the sit, pulling them in to TS so we can talk privately about the issue. I would also verbally warn them to be calm down and be patient, if they don't I would then give a writen warning. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I would try and talk to them, but they insist on not caring, I would just hand out the punishment, and if the issue persists, I would then request a temp ban as they seem to not care. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would ask for a clip, if non is provided, I would verbally warn him not to do it again, and spectate him after closing the sit. If I find them doing it again, I would pull in back into a sit, warn him for Lying to staff and Exploit abuse, then based on the staff guidelines, I would request a ban for the length of time recommended.

  8. +/- support. I trained this man from the very beginning of him being GENSEC, have gotten to see him rise up from the underdogs. I do feel that some work is still needed before he would completely ready for SCMD. Though I do applaud him for making it so far already. I am not saying he can't be moved up to SCMD, because he easily could, he just needs some fine tuning before he moves up. I do feel he would make a great, friendly SCMD though.

(150 WORDS+): I want to become a Senior Command to help High Command to gain more experience with higher positions in Security. I also want to be someone who people from not just the enlisted or NCOs, but also the CMD members. I am also now the Head Field Training Officer for this branch, and personally, it looks weird to see someone with such a high rank in a sub-branch as a low command because usually, the heads of sub-branches are Senior Command. As seen with my Sub-Branch and the members of GENSEC, I like to hold high standards. I want to eventually be able to help in main GENSEC in the punishments, specifically assisting in the blacklists of people who should be blacklisted. This would also help when we get people with three or more DNTs made for one person. I want to be able to show more dedication to the branch by making it the major position of GENSEC, to show my worth the branch and the community as a whole. I want to get everyone's points of what should be said in each meeting, taking notes where needed. I want to be able to better track on how things are going for gensec, getting to know the future of it. I want to be able to give an imput where I feel something should be said. I want to ensure only the people who have the potential and are qualified for a position get the position. I want to be able to mentor people who are not quite ready, guiding them on a better path for Security.Editing 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: Based on the new rules of GENSEC, I would just make sure that they have a good reason, like doing patrols, posting somewhere, or escorting a researcher. If this question is still based on the old rules, I would check in see who told them to leave D-Block and proceed from there, probably tell them to get back to D-Block as soon as possible. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I would tell to come up with better reasons and get back to D-Block. Striking them if the issue continues. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would tell them that security is not their jurisdiction, let alone the fact of they are not in CMD anyway, and report the incident to their command. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: First is finding someone who is worthy of the promotion. After the person who is found, check they are not on any DNPs, cooldowns, or have any strikes. If they are in the clear, I will pull them aside in game and in Teamspeak. I'll mess with them a little and tell them that they are being promoted. Once I tell them, I train them on the protocals and when to call them. I check to make sure they know the HCZ lay out, doing a tour if need be. I also state that as now being a NCO comes with responsibilities. The responsibilities being that they are now in charge of leading D-Block and assigning escorts.
