  9. I think Rinzler will be a great Trial Mod, He's a respectful person, trustworthy, and active. He will do amazingly well in the staff team if he does get accepted.

(100+ Words): I have served Nu7 as a dedicated Command Member before, and I have shown my abilities and responsibilities as a trusted foundation member. Additionally, I have dealt with multiple troublesome individuals on the server due to my role in staff and my previous experience with Command. It shows that I have more experience than other candidates within the server. I've also been a devoted member of GamingLight for a year, fully understanding the server's rules and what I should do and should not do. I think I have proven my abilities as a trusted member of MTF and the server in general. Why do you believe you deserve this position, and why do you want it? (125+ words): I think I deserve this position because I am an active and faithful member of Nu7. I have shown my dedication to the branch through my activity and actions. I am ready to put all the time and effort into serving this branch to the fullest of my capabilities. I want to hold PTs and hold more events within Nu7 to make it more entertaining and enjoyable for everyone. I would also like to be an outstanding Command Member for others to look up to and be there for someone if they have any problems. Why do you feel that you are the best option for the rank you are applying for? (50+ Words): I am a trusted and dedicated member of GamingLight. I have fully shown my capabilities as a worthy member of Nu7. Therefore, I think that I would be an excellent fit for Command. I am a better option than other candidates because I have experience in Command; I also have a drastic amount of experience with dealing with people that break the rules due to Staff. I am also an active member of Nu7, playing almost every week, rarely missing a day. I am also willing to devote my time to making changes to Nu7 or Dealing with multiple problems within the branch. Scenarios You've organized squads for the people on at the time. You notice that a PFC is disrespecting others, in an extremely frustrated tone. What actions do you take?: The first step I would take towards this problem is to separate myself and the individual away from their group. Then, I would bring the person into a separate TeamSpeak Channel or isolate them in Bunks. Afterward, I will talk with the person in question one-on-one and politely ask them to quit being disrespectful. Next, I will try to identify the problem with the individual's temper. Once I have identified it, I would inform him that it is ok to take a break and leave their computer every once in a while and let them go. If the issue persists, I will report to my higher-ups for further action on the situation. You have a problem with someone in the branch, whether it be they are causing issues or are not listening to you. They have not done this or have been warned about this before. In your opinion, what would you do in this situation?: I will begin by pulling the individual aside to ask them why they are causing issues. I will start trying to make amends with the person if I have personally done anything wrong to he/her, I would then ask to to stop causing these issues in a nice and polite way to solve this problem. If the issue persist I will contact Command and ask for further actions on the situation. If the person I have a problem with is in Command I will contact someone higher and ask them to have a talk with the individual.

  12. I agree with CyClone; if Prox was a normal MTF instead of an EOI, I don't think this report would've happened. Unfortunately, EOI is mistreated and is a victim of Metagaming every day, and it also goes for 8286. I can see how annoying this can be, but I don't think Knuckles deserves a warning. You made an awful excuse saying "private MTF coms" putting you under significant suspicion. What higher-up doesn't have access to the same coms as a CPL? I think the fault is on both sides of the situation. I don't entirely agree with Knuckle's actions, but I think a Verbal Warning is more suited for the situation. +/- support

No as of currently Have you read the staff handbook? Yes, I've read it countless times Timezone: MDT What rank are you applying for? Trial Moderator Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): I am active almost every day a week; I am also familiar with the commands and would not need as much help as others to get started with staffing due to my previous Moderator role on the server. I've been around gaming light for a reasonable amount of time and understood most of the rules people should follow and should not, giving me a good grasp of handling different types of sits. I am confident enough to take other sits to the best of my abilities and provide the correct judgments and punishments. If I can get staff, I will be as active as possible and help out as much as possible. Scenarios How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first ask the person in question to calm down; if the person does not calm down, I will gag them and explain the situation to them and tell them why they were reported. I would then look into the logs to see if they MRDM'd anybody. If they did Mass RDM, I would give them a formal warning and then ask an Admin+ to give them a five-day ban. If no evidence is shown directly supporting the Mass RDM, I will send the two players back. You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? First, I would tell all five players to calm down. If the players do not calm down, I will proceed to gag and separate the players. Afterward, I will ask for everyone's individual stories on the situation. After reviewing the situation and looking over all of the different stories and evidence presented, I will give out my judgment. If the players complain or are still toxic towards each other till the end of the sit, I would proceed to give them a verbal warning telling them to stop. If they do not stop, I will give the players causing the problem a formal warning. If the problem persists, I will direct the players to the forums and provide my knowledge of the situation on the forums.
