  1. I'm going to be VERY honest, but I have to -Support Now "why you deserve your rank" looks pretty good, and honest. However, the situation needs a lot of work. You have to try to be reasonable with the players (And I've learned that the hard way) Also, those 9 warns are very... concerning. I also noticed your edit of adding a poll, but I don't see one. Conclusion: You have the potential to be a good staff member, but your application needs some work.
  2. 1. Name: Recron | Warden name is Vaspasian (I play on it sometimes) 2. Current and former RP ranks: SCP-RP: Ex. R&D IIN (Basically PD in military), Ex. Medical Doctor (Basically Utility Low Command), Ex. Nu-7 SSGT, Security SFC (Jugg Lancer) Imperial-RP: DT LTCOL, ST 2LT 3. SteamID: STEAM_0:0:607422292 4. DiscordID: 761953608089862154 - This is my user ID | recronn - This is my username, idk which one was needed. 5. What command rank are you applying for?: Any position I receive 6. Why do you want to be Nu7 command: I would like to be Nu7 command because of the memories I've made in this branch, and what it offers to me. The two things I enjoy the most in the server is combat, and RP involving SCPs. Nu7 offered me both of these experiences to me, and in a fun way. During my time as a SSGT, I enjoyed the branch and what it offered. The RP and the individuals. I gained my fair share of leadership skills during my time as an NCO, also being close with command members who made it even better. I had to leave for schoolwork, but I had been planning to rejoin ever since. Making it to command was long overdue for me, for a branch I enjoyed so much, I instantly jumped at this opportunity. 7. What can you offer as a member of Nu7 command: I could offer quite a bit to Nu7 command if I was selected. First off, leadership skills, I have had plenty of experience in leadership positions, I have held plenty more positions than I've mentioned, and I understand what it's like to be a good a leader. I acknowledge when to be serious at times, and when to goof around, when to hand out punishments, and when to let it slide. I've seen good command members, and I've seen bad ones. I understand how to behave and how to be a reliable and effective leader. This leads me to my next quality, reliability. With all this experience I've gathered, I've seen what it takes to rank up into prestigious positions. I have been in a few myself, one of the necessary traits is reliability, something I proudly possess. If superiors need me to do something, I'll get it done, but being reliable isn't just doing something when your asked to. You need to be helpful, and able to offer advice and help out fellow members. This is something I can do, my DMs are always open, I can answer most questions, and I'm open to helping lower ranks. I've seen it all in this server, and I've stayed loyal, I have a ton of experience under my belt, and I'm never negative usually or pushing away. This leads me into my final quality, loyalty & dedication. If a branch is fun, and helps me make memories, I'll stay loyal. Currently, security is fun, and I'm making a good few memories here and there. Due to this, I haven't even thought about leaving, and I'm trusting my past experiences, which is why I am so eager to join. I'll remain loyal to this branch if I just have fun, every time I've enjoyed a branch, it's lead me into major positions. I'll be active, I'll make activity logs, and I'll encourage people to flag up and join Nu7. I know what it takes to be a good command member, and I am willing to offer my full dedication to this branch in exchange for fun and a chance at this position. 8. What makes you different from other applicants: I was saving possibly my best quality for this question. What makes me different from other applicants is the absolute sh*tload of experience I have in gaminglight. Like I said, I've seen it all, and I wasn't kidding. I've played on all 3 servers and racked up multiple hours of experience on each of them. I've seen people come and go, I've observed the most successful individuals in command, and I've observed ones who brutally failed. I've seen countless individuals, and I have had good relationships with some good people. I was basically best friends with a member of high command at one point, and a good one may I add. I've seen the server change a lot; I've been on SCP-RP since the og site-006 days. While it upsets me to see a player count of around 20 during when I play from the old 124/124 player count I used to enjoy, I've remained absolutely loyal to GL, cause of the memories I've made. Sure I've clicked join on other servers, but the only servers I click "join" on almost every day are GL servers. I've remained loyal all this time, and now it's led me here, all of this experience and memories. Thank you for considering me as an option.
  3. +Support -Talren is a competent ST officer. -Active -Helpful -Serious and Well fit.
  4. 1. What's your in-game name?: Recron 2. What is your SteamID as shown on roster?: STEAM_0:0:607422292 3. How long have you been on the server?: 967:12 (Only Imperial) 4. How many warns on Gaminglight servers do you have?: 4 [2 on SCP] [2 on Imperial] 5. Why do you want to be an Officer?: I want to be an officer to further progress within ST, improve the battalion, and provide support towards the battalion. Some critical ST officers have recently been promoted or resigned. ST is running on 3 officers and a single VCMDR. There is immense pressure on those four individuals to run the battalion, and I would like to provide assistance to them. I feel like I have sufficient experience and time on the server to finally progress into the officer core. I understand most aspects of how the battalion works/operates, and I would like to provide a few benefits. I believe I can work with other battalions and GMs to conceive unique missions and simulations to give burned out and bored members a reason to get on the server. Finally, I have enjoyed my experience within ST, something diverse from a majority of other battalions, which is why I actually stayed to progress to my rank of first sergeant. 6. What time zone are you in?: EST 7. What can you do to improve the battalion?: I can improve the battalion in a few ways. To begin, as I previously stated, I want to improve the general activity of ST. There is a quite substantial amount of STs currently, yet a majority of them are inactive being bored, experiencing a burnout, or have generally lost care for the server. I would like to maintain people's enjoyment of the server by incorporating some old GM ideas I had into missions, work with other battalions to do SIMs, or unique rewards for getting on. This is not my first time as an officer, and I understand mistakes I made in the past, the enjoyable things I did, and potentially enjoyable things. Additionally, I would like to ensure that STs maintain standards. What I mean is I really don't like random minges or severely incompetent people that don't care, but proceed to rank up in ST only to do stupid mistakes, abuse privileges, or be idiots. 8. How do you differ from other applicants?: I differ from other applicants due to my numerous experiences in officer positions and leadership. I have been a decorated rank several times, and I know what to expect, the qualities I need to maintain, and to be a role model for lower ranking STs and NCOs. Like I previously said, I understand what to expect and what is expected from me. I know what people usually enjoy, and how to lead people into a proper direction (Someone I trained once became the VCMDR). I can also be trusted with numerous tasks as I always do my best not to let down and I naturally get things done. Overall, I possess multiple experiences within officer cores and I completely understand what it brings to me, and how to be a competent officer.
  5. In-game Name: Recron SteamID: STEAM_0:0:607422292 DiscordID: recron#8814 What division do you want to join (Military or R&D): Military How would you rank your knowledge of the lore?: 8/10 Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency? (75 word minimum): I should be in the Chaos Insurgency for a couple of reasons. To begin, I have always wanted to really progress in CI but never got to. I am really gonna keep trying till I do so. I have multiple experiences with CI. I have been in RnD and military before and I have greatly familiarized myself with the general focus and how it works. And I feel like I could be a good addition to CI. I have pretty good activity and I always put actual effort into CI. I overall aspire to join to simply go further and assist CI. I had many good memories in CI and I would like to continue within CI. There are some goals I want to achieve in CI that I definitely want to achieve in CI. What is something that sets you apart from other applicants?: I have a multitude of experience on the server. Especially with CI. I have been in GL for like 2-3 years now and SCP-RP was my first, and favorite server. From this time, I have gained a lot of experience and I can definitely use it to assist in CI. I never progressed too far into CI, but it's really been annoying and I kinda just want to progress further. I also have pretty solid activity and I will definitely play on CI jobs. My main point is I understand the servers aspects due to my experiences with people and older times. How active can you be?: Almost Daily, 1 Hr+ Do you have both Teamspeak and Discord: Yes.
  6. +Support One of the enlisted I actually trust!
  7. What is your in-game rank and name? Crewman Wall What is your STEAM ID? STEAM_0:0:607422292 How long have you been in Naval? 7 Days. Why do you wish to become a Junior Officer? I want to become a junior officer within the navy because I simply enjoy the navy, I want to progress within its ranks. I have been in the navy before, and I enjoyed it's experience. So, I want to go further this time and hopefully become a Senior Officer. I also naturally enjoy leadership positions and I feel like they fit me. I understand how to make good decisions and how to be a decorated officer. And I wish to apply my experiences to Naval and I hopefully can climb the ranks and go further. I don't really plan on resigning, I actually want to stay and assist to the best of my ability. And I also always usually assist enlisted that really need help for a task or a general question. What are the duties of a Junior Officer? Junior officers really assist senior officers with multiple tasks. A junior officer's main task is overseeing naval enlisted and answering any questions asked by them. If no senior officers are on, they usually assign sectors and control the bridge. They also must make sure ISD operations are running smoothly. Now, if a senior officer is on, they will usually carry out tasks given to by the senior officer. They will still answer questions and watch over enlisted, however, they have less command kind of. During events, they are usually taking orders from superiors, however, if they are the highest ranking online, they will usually take deck control and give out orders in pits. They also have to make callouts on radio if there are no senior officers available. How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer? I think I can assist Naval in a few ways. To begin, like I stated, I have multiple experiences of leading and being an NCO. I was a 501st SFC, a Purge NCO, and currently a DT LTCOL and subbranch lead. I can definitely apply my experiences I have gained from DT and these other battalions and assist Naval. Also, I am an extremely active member, actually I like to be on daily. And on weekends, I get on early in the morning which could be a great assistance to Naval who have different time zones. I also love hosting tryouts. I can definitely provide multiple opportunities to members who like to join Naval. To elaborate, I also try to never slack on quota and consistently host tryouts and maybe SIMs too. I overall feel like with my experiences, I can benefit the Navy.
