-SUPPORT The longbow was buffed fairly recently and I think it can 1 tap some SEC jobs, IMO this gun would be way to good of a gun to let dclass have considering SEC has a hard time controlling Dblock as is anyway. Not to mention it would make the contender basically irrelevant and this would be what everyone would use.

Yea I agree alot of times with branch updates there are simple changes that dont really need to be explained further. And also pretty much all HCMD talk about what they are gonna be doing/changing with there sub branches ect... with LTCOL+ and the respective Sub Branch head. Aswell that we talk to pretty much all other HCMD and SA to get there input and approval, so I feel adding a rule for this would just cause a headache and would ultimately be pointless. -SUPPORT

As of right now saying those words are not bannable/ warnable in any way really, and the whole warning/banning someone for ableism is something that we really stopped doing a while ago. This whole thing went to SMT for review and was decided that alot of the thing's said in the old staffing handbook/ way of training was a bit outdated and a bit to strict, so alot of things have been reworked and rethought out for a more lenient and forgiving mindset instead of just of dealing out bans. Now there still are rules of course but these changes should help with the "walking on eggshells" feeling people said they was experiencing on the server.

(Screenshot): Why do you want to join event team? Well I've always wanted to help with events and making the server interesting during times where things can be a bit dull and boring. And the main reason is I really wanna make sure the server is always fun to play on and to do everything I can to help make certain the server stays as high player count as possible. So through my experience with all of these extremely delicate positions I've proven myself to be responsible. Are you familiar/experiences with ULX?: Yes very Describe an event you could create (Be specific): There would be reports of a keter class anomaly occurring on the surface where a earthquake of such magnitude that it would cause cracks in earths landmasses. So A research team would be sent to investigate further and on there arrival they would do a depth scan to discover that it went hundreds of thousands deep, then they would launch a probe to find out what was causing this then upon the prob making contact with the bottom there would hear a very deep growl. After a few moments 20 or so anomalous creatures would storm the surrounding area, they seem to be made of a flesh like substance and they quickly overrun the research team and there escort. and they the nearby site director would authorize a MTF attachment to be deployed to help contain the threat and buying enough time to allow the 0-5 to come up with a solution to this potentially earth ending scenario.
