  1. Looking forward to seeing these changes get implemented. Having Beckett and Nimo back on the team should help to get these out, and based on recent events I am sure this is welcome news for everyone. Let's do it!
  2. +Support Great guy all around Committed to DT Acts professional and is focused on DT job Know him from Gamemasters, where he contributes a lot to the team Would likely make for an excellent addition to the DT officer team! Good luck!
  3. Who ELSE you gonna pick for this job?
  4. Quality person right here. I have worked with Manjini for many, many moths and can attest to one thing. He has a heart of gold and truly cares about his people. His effort and focus in SF are excellent and admirable, and you could do worse with Manjini as Fleet Admiral. Good luck!
  5. + Support While I haven’t had many opportunities to interact with Frog, his reputation precedes him. The amount of work and focus he has put into DT, what with the added subclasses and changes to the battalion during his tenure are nothing short of amazing. Certainly a deserving person for this role! Good luck!
  6. 1. What is your current IGN? (In Game Name): MANDO 2. What rank are you applying for? Fleet Admiral Gallius Rax 3. Why do you want to become the position of Fleet Admiral Gallius Rax? Since the early days of my time in Naval aboard ISD-GL, I have looked forward to an opportunity to apply for this position, and and I do so now with great anticipation. I wish to attain the position of Fleet Admiral for numerous reasons. First, I have served in Naval for around half a year. In that time, I have formed a deep connection to that RP experience and have risen to the rank of Admiral. Naval is special to me, as I draw many parallels between my time on active duty in the US Navy with aspects of the RP associated with this job. Further, I have established a strong bond I with many members of the Naval team, past and present. These experiences and people I am connected to through Naval inspire me to apply for the role of Fleet Admiral more than anything. Secondly, I am seeking to make the move into this High Command role as I feel that it will extend both my operational and leadership capabilities across all Naval battalions. While I already have some connection to all Naval battalions (Naval, SF, DT, IF) as is, I feel this this position will grant me the access and authority to deepen my established connections. Further, this position would allow for me to drive meaningful change that can enrich RP experiences for players and make the server a more engaging and immersive place. Third, I feel that my leadership style, which stems from both military service (multiple sea-duty deployments) and my professional life as business professional, can lend a lot to this persona behind Gallius Rax himself. Over my time on active duty, I was exposed to what real Navy leadership looks like, and served in multiple capacities as both a logistician (Logistics Specialist 2nd-Class Petty Officer) and as a Russian translator. I will spare you many of the details of life aboard a surface warfare vessel, but will say that this experience I have can lend a unique perspective to the Fleet Admiral role that few others can offer. Below is my favorite picture of myself (on the right) while on active duty: Finally, this position will allows for me to foster both stronger communication and unit cohesion within all Naval battalions. As a leader, I focus on communication, inclusion and transparency. Communication between units in Naval will mean less drama and few misunderstandings. Inclusion will mean that each player I work with forms a deeper connection to the RP we have to offer in Naval battalions, without fear of harassment or judgment for who they are as individuals. Finally, transparency will mean that players remain in the loop on Naval operations - as Fleet Admiral, I intend to share the good and the bad (while not oversharing) and welcome honest feedback from the Naval team. 4. How much in-game time do you have on the server? 9 weeks of gameplay (around 1600 hours on the server) 5. How active can you be on the server? I am active just about every day for 6-8 hours a day, and make myself available on Discord at all times for questions and concerns. 6. What is the Main purpose of being a Fleet Admiral? The main purpose of a Fleet Admiral is to serve as a link between Naval battalions and Naval High Command, while also maintaining order and discipline within Naval battalions. This includes oversight of how each battalion under the Naval umbrella is performing, acting as a primary point-of-contact to leaders within Army and Inquisitorius battalions for all Naval matters, and finally the planning of Naval cross-battalion missions to boost interest, recruitment and player engagement. Most importantly, Fleet Admirals must be a strong ambassador for Naval as a whole, remain available and communicative, and engage with all Naval members from the newest Naval crewman to the most hardened SF Marshal on a regular basis. In short, the Fleet Admiral should be a recognizable and familiar face to all Naval members, ensuring smooth and harmonious operations within our Naval units on the ISD-GL. 7. Why should we trust you with this Position? I strongly feel that I can be trusted in this position because I have been entrusted with multiple command positions during my time onboard the ISD and know what qualities are necessary in a leader. My leadership style of "servant leadership" means I focus on my people and their needs first and foremost - my senior positions in RP, the staff team and the gamemaster teams are a testament to that. Finally - and perhaps most importantly - I have a constant drive to be a force for good on ISD-GL, impacting and ideally improving all aspects of RP. I promise to perform my duties as Fleet Admiral to the best of my ability, and appreciate your consideration for this esteemed position.

  12. Major +Support Classy has tons of leadership experience from his time in Naval Approachable and fair Professional and able to reduce the incessant minging in SF SF sorely needs quality leadership Good luck!
  13. +Support Love this guy! Essentially the second coming of Grim. Good luck!
  14. Was a solid officer in the 501st in the past. Good addition to the officer team!
  15. - Support If you were looking for a racist-friendly ImperialRP server where loudly spouting racial slurs and hurting other people is the norm, you came to the wrong place.
  16. 100% Agree with the Security Director's points. This is one of the shortest, if not THE shortest specialty application I have ever seen. Not sure if you looked at other apps that came before yours for reference, but the application is an opportunity for you to demonstrate how much you want the job. This is especially true of the Security Officer job - which is the most popular specialty in Naval by far. Those that get the position take the time and put in the effort in their apps. This app is far off the mark - no offense to you, Brine. You are a very professional member of our team and I know you can do better than this - because I have seen you do better than this! Good luck.
  17. + Support Pretty much the only suitable candidate - all I will say is that you will need to be more active if you get this role. Be prepared for that.
  18. I strongly feel that, for new troopers unfamiliar with Army and Navy ranks, the rank structure should be posted on the Spawn Area walls like it used to be. Many are confused about the conversion from, for example, SF ranks or Naval ranks to Army rank, and I think this would be a helpful reference to have on the server. Thanks for your consideration!
  19. It is very possible that by "fire on da troops," Joe was referring to rebel NPCs, rather than actual players. The torpedoes on the ships have splash damage, so its entirely possible that the enemy and our troopers were in close proximity when the torpedoes hit. I feel strongly that a clip would be necessary to make an informed and fair ruling on this.
  20. - Support This seems like a misunderstanding and, knowing Joe fairly well, ordering MRDM is something that is way out of character for him. I don't feel like the "evidence" presented gives enough context for anyone to make a fully informed decision anyway.
  21. + Support The biggest and most inactive minge, but he means well. The love and care Manjini displays for SF is honestly kindof heartwarming. As CAO, I have watched Manjini lead SF (or assist in leading SF) over the past several months. In that time, I have seen the true dedication and focus he lends to the SF team. A major example of this dedication is the recent restructuring of SF, including new fighters and squadron-based jobs being added. While he do be mingey, he also DO be the best man for the job. Good luck Mr. PoliceRP!
