  1. This would be great. It would make Pyke a lot more fun and engaging.
  2. [What is your In-Game name?] Cold [What is your SteamID?] STEAM_0:1:159022778 [What is your rank?] Muscle II [How long have you been in the Pyke Syndicate?] Around 2 Weeks [What leadership experience do you have?] In the past, I have had multiple leadership experiences. I have been a 2LT in Death Trooper Twice, A Major In Shock as Well as a ERU Officer and Senior Engineer within Shock, and I have been a Senior Honor Guard (Captain) within Royal Guard. If you also want to count being in NCO positions, I have been an NCO in Death Trooper three times as well as an NCO in Imperial Commandos once. [Why do you want to be a Pyke Officer? (100 word minimum)] Mainly because I love Pyke as a whole and want to help and watch it grow. Due to my past experiences, I have proven that I am at least a decent Officer and understand what it means to be a true Officer. Pyke was at a point where there were literally only 3 Pyke members and it was struggling. But no matter what I kept on saying I want to help this battalion grow and eventually I became an NCO. Considering I have only been in Pyke for around 2 Weeks, and an NCO for 1 Week, I have already let a bunch of people into the battalion. Also, I exceeded my quota with around 15 tryouts and I will keep on continuing that energy until Pyke is at a better standing point when it comes to NCOs and Officers. Not only will I keep up with quota but I will be doing daily activities with fellow Pyke members ensuring this battalion is active and fun for most of the day. Overall, I believe I can help this battalion soar to new heights and make it even better than the current state it's in. However, I do understand that Pyke does now have a lot of enlisted but I want to help mold those enlisted into proper NCOs and those NCOs into feature Officers. [Why should you be trusted with this rank? (100 word minimum)] Considering in the past I have been in many Officer positions and NCO positions I believe I can be trusted. Back when I was an NCO and even an Officer I will admit I did make some mistakes but I grew off of those mistakes. Now I make sure I read the SOP on a daily basis, answer any questions enlisted may have, even ask questions I may have before I do anything I am unsure of. In the past I have also given punishments to those who are out of line, I have done both severe and mild punishments due to what the person caused. I understand when I need to be hard on somebody or when they just need a quick talking to, but to those who stay in line are the ones who get a promotion from me. Most of the time I make sure they have earned the promotion and are overall a good Pyke but if there an enlisted and did good in an event or something then that also gets a promotion. Those who follow the rules of Pyke will climb the ranks but those who want to disobey the rules will stay where they are until they fix themselves is what I am trying to say. Basically, I believe I can be trusted with this rank because of my past experiences and my overall knowledge of Pyke and what it means to be an Officer. [Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of a Pyke Officer you may be removed from your position?] Yes, I completely understand.
  3. +SUPPORT - Great Guy - Great Leader - Good App - Teaches IQ and Purge Very Well - Has A Good Amount Of Time On The Server Every interaction I have had with Bananaman has been great. He's kind, funny, and very respectful. Overall great guy and seems like he's ready for VCMDR. Although there is room for improvement he is willing to give 110% to make sure those improvements needed are fulfilled. Good Luck!
  4. Major + Support -Active -Decent App -Very Nice Guy -Good Leader All the interactions I have had with Pandorica have been great. He is nice but when it comes to commanding people, he understands to get straight to the point and drag on with an explanation. Pandorica seems like also a great person to watch over NCOs. Overall great guy and suited to be an officer. Good Luck!
  5. Every interaction I have had with Suki has been great. Good Luck!
  6. Major +Support - Active - Decent App - Knows What Hes Doing - Great Leader - Willing To Give 110% - Exceeds Quota - Great Guy Overall I knew since the day I joined DT I could count on DA3. he shows both activity as well as willing to improve himself and new members of DT. Great combat skills and knows what it means to be the Best Of The Best. He has always been there when a trooper is struggler and is willing to help. [I Wish You The Best Of Luck DA3!]
  7. In-Game Name Cold Steam ID STEAM_0:1:159022778 How Long Have You Been Your Current Rank? Around 2 Hours Now. What Experiances In Leader Ship Do You Have? In the past I have been a Shock Major as well as a DT 2LT, however I am currently a Senior Guard (1LT) in Royal Guard. [ Why Do You Want To Be A Non-Commissioned Officer? ] I wish to become a Death Trooper NCO so I can help the battalion out more. I will be hosting 3 - 4 tryouts a day and I also wish to climb the ranks within in Death Trooper so I can hopefully have a fresh start as a DT 2LT. As a Death Trooper NCO you are also able to have more opportunities to prove both your leadership and passion for the battalion by hitting your quota or even making sure the enlisted stay in line. As a NCO I will be sure to average around at least 15 tryouts a week and will make sure that every enlisted is in check at all times. NCO's are the main backbone of the battalion because they are to ensure the battalion stays strong, active, and to mold Enlisted into future NCO's. Death Trooper has always been a great community and I wish to fully become a part of there community by becoming the rank of NCO. [ What Makes You Stand Out Amongst The Others? ] My past experiances as a Shock Major, DT 2LT and Royal Guard 1LT proves that I know how to retain knowledge have have great leadership skills. Since I have been a past DT 2LT as I have stated above, it proves that I do not only have past experiance as an NCO in DT but past experiance as an Officer. I believe my past experiances and current experiance as an officer prove both my leadership and dedication to specific battlions. Like I also stated above I will be knocking quota out of the park like I did for every battalion I have been an NCO and Officer in. As an NCO it is also your job to oversee Enlisted and that is exactly what I will do, although I don't take priority for training I plan on hosting trainings if I haven't seen one hosted in a while. Most of my trainings will be based off of the SOP as well as VIP Protection as this is somehting that a lot of DT currently struggle with, including myself. My trainings will be targeted towards Enlisted however NCO's and Officers are welcome to join as some of them even need a refresher here and there. That said as a Death Trooper I am highly dedicated to the DT battalion, averaging around 3 to 4 hours a day and even more time when its the weekend. I will ensure that I do not fail the Death Trooper battalion and will mainly focus on tryouts and guiding fresh enlisted into becoming leaders themselves. Do You Understand That If You Fail To Meet The Expectaions Of An NCO You Can Be Removed From Your Position? Yes, I fully understand.
  8. Major + Support - Great Guy - Active - Good Application - Makes Things Fun In-Game - Knows What It Means To Be An Officer - Has Past Experiance As A Officer And Commadner Best Of Luck Suki! I Hope For The Best!
  9. What is your in game name? Cold What is your in game rank? Royal Guard VI Are you in shadow guard? Yes. How long have you been in Royal Guard? Around 2 Weeks. Why do you want to become Trial Senior? I want to become a Trial Senior Guard because I want to be able to help the battlion a little bit more. Yes, I get that my quota is a little bit more but I feel as if i'll be able to host more missions as after all they are meant to the Officers of the battlion. I want to help Royal Guard in any shape or form to make sure everybody is active and still having fun. I believe if I do end up getting this postion I can prove my leadership skills to the Command and help not only the Enlisted but as an Officer I will mainly help the NCO's. As a Trial Senior Guard I will be able to hand out orders more easily and will be able to talk to the VIP in an important situation. Being able to have talk power in certain situations as a Royal Guard is a strong thing to have as you can communicate to not only your VIP but your fellow troops a lot easier. You need a strong Officer team to have a stronger battalion in the long run and im willing to give one hundred and ten percent when it comes to assisting the battalion overall. I have always been the type of person always wanting to help and that is one of the main reasons I want to become a Trial Senior Guard. How could you assist Royal Guard command with this rank? I will be able to assist the command team by following the orders given from them and never missing an opportunity to host trainings and simulations with Royal Guard. I will hit quota every week unless I am on LOA and also will make sure to host SOP trainings on a weekly basis. I believe it is important not only for enlisted but more of the NCO's to know the SOP so they can in the futur climb the ranks and soar high in the Royal Guard battalion. I will be focusing more on the NCO's then the enlisted so I can assist the command with making sure are NCO's are in check and suited to possibly become higher in the ranks. That said I will make sure assassination SIM's are hosted almost daily so the troops both know saber discipline and how to use there saber. However, as an officer you must make sure people stay in line so I will hand out punishments accodingly to those who don't obey the rules of a Royal Guard. Trial Senior Guard is able to promote people, I will make sure before I promote somebody that they are worthy of that rank and ready to move up in the ranks. Officers are to ensure the battalion is healthy and capable of performing certain tasks so they can have the unique aspects of that battalion and I will make sure that happens. How many strikes do you have? I currently have none. Do you have prior experiance in being an Officer? Yes, I was a Shock Officer and evnutually became a Shock Major for around 1 Month and a few weeks. I was also a former DT 2LT for about 2 weeks and then I eventuly Retired from it. What Qualifications could you bring too the Royal Guard Officer Team? I am somewhat smart, have good leadership, respectful, quick learner and pretty good at dualing. Do you understand that if you are Accepted, you will be on a 2 Week Trial Period? Yes, I completely understand.
