[150+ Words]: I would like to join IQ leadership as an officer for several reasons. First, I have a great relationship with Purge/IQ members and deeply care about the RP we provide to the ISD through our unique approach to combat. Secondly, as many know, I am a veteran in real life; I feel strongly that this gives me a unique perspective that others may not have when applying for this position. Third, as an officer, I would like to establish Purge/IQ the beacon on the hill for professionalism and anti-minge on the ISD, actively promoting behavior that is in line with how true Inquisitors in the Empire operate. Fourth, I am highly active and am on almost every day for 6 hours minimum each time. Finally, I fell my time as a 501st officer has been an excellent test of my abilities, showing that I have the capacity to lead effectively. I strongly desire to take on more responsibility within our unit; I feel that my combination of real world leadership experience, dedication to authentic RP, and strong relationships with my Purge/IQ brothers make me an asset to the Purge/IQ officer team. I plan to run instructional trainings around the ISD to reinforce the importance of the silver rule, and how other battalions can more effectively operate in the presence of our unit. - Support Completely unnecessary. Would waste a lot of GM and Admin time making it happen. If anything, the maintenance ladder area behind 501st bunks should be your "area." But making a janitor bunks means Chefs need one, and Bounty Hunters need their own space, and so on. Doesn't make any sense honestly.

He is constantly online, and might as well be a moderator for how judiciously he handles issues. But damnit get a mic, Cheese! Good luck, you deserve this.

A big fucking +SUPPORT right here. Few of the people commenting on Katie’s application are in the 501st, nor do they interact with her on a day-to-day, minute-to-minute basis. Her recent demotion was a heavy handed and completely unnecessary overreach, and by all rights she should be LTCOL right now. Katie displays leadership qualities on a daily basis and is better suited for the role of VCMDR than some CMDRs of other units. Katie is mature beyond her years, acts as a strong ambassador for her unit, has thick skin even in the face of frequent sexual harassment, and most importantly always puts the 501st before herself. Good luck Katie, you deserve this.

Nobody else comes close And to Jensen, time in rank is a formality at best. He is qualified. Make it happen. Everyone says they want this.

- Support I'm sure many here can relate in experiences with new players, but I have noticed that most often when new players are notoriously mingey, they rarely change that behavior and get serious. I'd say its a tough call to unban, since there is no other way to prove you are serious now than to let you back in and see how you perform. But most people don't change how they behave.

+ Support Despite rising through the ranks RAPIDLY, Milford is a reliable and thoughtful VCMDR. His short stint as VCMDR is a poor argument for why he is unfit. He is a reliable leader who leads by example, displaying maturity well beyond his years. He is constantly active He runs simulations multiple times a day, keeping the 501st an interesting place on the ISD He responsibly manages the roster and his duties/responsibilities as VCMDR Sure, he got promoted fast. - Support I mean zero disrespect in this criticism; please don't take it personally. Your application is bare bones. Rushed applications are like a metaphor for your work ethic. If they are not thoughtfully filled out, nor mindful of the weight the position entails, you're rarely going to be seriously considered. Both here and IRL. Compared to other IQ/Purge like Striker, North or Rex, you are rarely online in your IQ Overseer capacity, at least recently anyway. If I see you online, its for 20 minutes max. For an overseer, you have made a small impact, especially in comparison to North, who puts in the work. One may rightfully wonder whether you're simply here to climb the ranks. Try to be more active, and consider networking more within IQ/Purge. Right now, I barely know who you are.

Just because no VCMDR slot is open should not preclude him from being considered. I lend my wholehearted support. Would be a fantastic 501st CMDR.
