What you want to see? - Gov should not be allowed to close the DOC Jail doors which are un-lockpickable during a Jailbreak, causing the raider to become trapped. Why should we add it? - because an incident occured where a player was trapped in doc where gov were able to wait out their nlr and return meanwhile there was no way for the raider to leave.
