State will always have a place in my heart. This is the department that I worked the hardest in and will always support. But, it is time for me to leave and grow. Thank you High Command for the support and keeping the department awesome. Thank you Low Command for working alongside me and keeping the department awesome. Thank you everyone for being in State and working to make it a better department.

Healing during combat, there isn't a set time. It is mostly common sense just don't heal until combat is fully finished.

+Support About time you made a staff application, Herrman. You are very active, kind, and helpful for new players including OFCs and new criminals. You can prove this as you are a COL in PD. You are mature enough to take sits and your application looks great!

-Support I remember you, staff always had to deal with you including me. I believe it was a mistake for banning you without the 40 warns but you definitely deserved the ban. Everyday you were constantly minging and being annoying. As Ice said you were literally advertising your warn appeal. I believe you should stay banned for the better of the Community.
