I suggest maybe adding it that 912 will order non-combatants to put their weapon away and if they do not comply will go into arrest mode? This is just an idea, but I feel it could add a good bit of RP and be a common ground between this.

I agree with this, many people do over react about rep, personally I do not are. I find it a great way to see "Oh hey, this guy has -20 rep what stupid shit did they post?".

+Support That would be breaking NLR, then hopping on a job to go directly after you. He killed you around the 1:23 mark. He died within that clip, security CCs have a three minute NLR, while Sarkic have two. So he broke NLR.

Easily could have came to us, we balance our classes, if you have issues you can contact us. Do not go to the forums to complain/get a crowd about a subject when it can be privately dealt with HCMD.

+/- I'd say add both, have defcons correspond with the protocals that are called with the I-pad thing. I find the new system very confusing, but I think if we add both or add the defcon system above/ontop of the new system it could in my opinion help.
