10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): i want to become a senior command member because i fell that i would be able to handle the position preaty well and i whant to help security grow i know i need to improve some thing like activity a little bit and pvp but people know i am a freandly man to talk to and more then happy to help out some one that need help and i know i have made some mistakes in command but i fell like i have learned from those mistakes and do not make those same mistakes again which would help me in senior command and i am GMT so that means i can get on the server when ther not a lot of security command members on whitch helps those late-night activity or the people that get on the server round the same time i do i have met some many good people in this branch and i hope to keep it that way.
11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: so if the OFC start leaving D-Block i would tell him the rules for his 1st time 2nd attempt i would just give him a verbal warning 3rd time he would do that i would ask him to go to bunks whit me explain if he does that im gona just remove him (and i cant give him a strike becose hes OFC hes not even on the roster) 4th time he would be removed from security.
12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: i would talk to the NCO in game or in Team speak and try to figure out why he leaving D-Block say go to medbay when they ar on full hp or going to chucky cheese when D-Block is clearly in ruins when i talk whit and hear their side of the story i would verbally warn them and then put them on the watch-list an if they decide to go some when they dont need to go he would get a strike and maybey he would get a demoted if he keeps doing this.
13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: come to E-11 tell him that hes not needed in D-Block and ask him to leave and if he dose and continues taking command or any ranking security then i would just force him out of D-block and report him to his higher-ups.
14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: First id make sure that they ar on the roster and not on DNT next i would ask a CPL to fallow me to bunks ask him to go in TS channel that is empty and tell him that hes getting promotied then i would give him the NCO guide go over NCO guide whit him and make sure to highlight important things like they can call protocols on orange/black and that they have their advert binds to have easy way to advert these binds and then they can leave D-Block and lead patrols and give escorts etc then i would tell they can be trained for FTO but tell them that its not mandatory but it looks good on them then i inform them that they can be trained for Sniper and then id make sure they have a forums account set and tell that when WO apps ar open they can apply and tell then to request NCO tags in requesting tags channel then have them change their name give the whitelist and fill out the logs
