(150 WORDS+): Being in a leadership position has always come naturally to me. I have always had a desire to be an example for others and to give people a chance when no one else will. As a Correctional Officer in my Real-Life career, I deal with people that society has the luxury of throwing away. Every day I work with people who have committed heinous crimes in their own self-interest. These people vary in ages from 17 years old to 80 years old (even had one die of old age on my shift). However, no matter how horrible the crime they have committed I treat them like human beings and give them an example of what a law-abiding citizen and a person with a level head can accomplish. At the end of the day everyone deserves respect if it is given in return. Because of this experience many will notice my tentative ability to communicate with minges and insubordinate members of security. I believe many would say that I am Firm, Fair and Consistent. However, to answer the question of why I want to be in Senior Command it is simple. I want to be an example for others, I want to be able to protect my subordinates, and create a stronger trust between members of enlisted and command. I believe I have shown this ability repeatedly, I have been trusted twice with the rank of Captain, myself in my current position and before my resignation over a year ago from security. However, unlike last time I have settled into a career, and I have brought with me a capability to deal with some of the most stressful situations a human being can be in. I have learned to communicate, deescalate, and do this consistently. At the end of the day, I want to place all security members on a pedestal and give them the opportunity to prove themselves. Leadership comes from very unexpected places and comes in many different forms of personalities as well. If being trusted with the position of Major I promise to take it as a symbol of faith in my leadership skills. 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I always want to first handle issues on an informal level. First, I would pull the individual to the side and get a reading on his overall demeanor. If leaving D-Block was a genuine mistake, then he would be warned given a copy of the GenSec SOPs and allowed to leave (potentially placed on a watchlist). However, if the person had a blatant disregard for following Chain of Command, then he would be removed from security and given a DNT based on the severity of the offense (overall attitude, how many times he left, was it a genuine mistake, eg.). 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: If reasons given for leaving D-Block were inadequate and it was done repeatedly it would display that the person has not fully grasped the GenSec SOPs, and at the rank of NCO, this should be irregular. However, as with everything, the severity of the offense and the demeanor of the individual would greatly determine the outcome. Initially, I would place the individual on a DNP list for a few days so he could have more time to be acquainted with his position. If this action continued, then a demotion would be in order until he can fully grasp the essentials that even Enlisted are required to know. Some people learn slower and that isn’t a bad thing, but corrective action should be taken to avoid the issue affecting anyone besides the offender, otherwise the burden falls on myself. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would first explain that an E-11 private has no business being in D-Block under normal operations and ask that he leave. If the individual did not comply, I would follow E-11 Chain of Command and report him to his immediate supervisor (NCO/LCMD/HCMD). I would try and make the situation and casual as possible as not try and ruin any branch relations. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: Bring Chosen CPL to Bunks and into a separate TeamSpeak channel. Ensure via the Roster and Discord the individual does not have any major strikes or Do not Promote actions pending. Inform them that they are being promoted but not to change name yet Give them the NCO Guide: Here Read Through the guide with them Ensure to hit on the following points: o Ensure they have proper binds, and they can call hands up and partial on Condition Orange/Black now. o Ensure they know about the 3-day cooldown period o Make sure you read over their specific duties in the guide and who they can give permission to leave D-Block: Officer but not Riot Control and Snipers o Explain the process of giving enlisted to researchers o Ensure they know they can leave D-Block and lead patrols o Explain they can now join JFTO (VERY IMPRTANT TO GET DONE EARLY REFER THEM TO SFTO+, TELL THEM IT LOOKS GOOD) After the guide is done make sure the following is double checked: o Make sure they have a forums account o Make sure they are trained for riot control o Train them for Sniper. o Make sure they know they can recommend enlisted for promotions via the NCO-Activity Logs After All is done have them request NCO tags in Discord, and give them said NCO Tags Whitelist them for the job of Junior NCO in the F2 Menu Have them change their name to Security SGT [name] Have them flag up to new job and report to D-Block to lead Go in discord and fill out #Security-Promotions form Ensure name in Discord is changed to the same as it is in-game via right clicking and changing their nickname.

Being a leader requires that I place all my subordinates on a pedestal when they step off the pedestal that’s when there is a problem. When dealing with these issues I always think about the philosophy of my real-life job of being a Correctional Officer and how I must act in a firm, fair and consistent manner. I believe consistency is the most important thing to take note of here. There is no issue with a command member being hard or easy on their subordinates, it is whether they apply their handing’s of situations in a consistent manner that leads to the respect they will receive. If people see command members as exhibiting favoritism, then there is no respect; ergo, there is no respect given back to that command member. If my path as a command member is allowed to continue, then I will keep demonstrating the values that a command member should be expected to uphold and continue making security the best branch in the foundation. Why do you think you deserve access to the Security Juggernaut Job? (125+ WORDS): As a former Captain and current 2LT I have proven that I can be trusted with responsibility. Also, as a former Juggernaut I understand the usefulness of the Juggernaut class and when its use is warranted and when it is not. With access to the juggernaut class, I can effectively quell riots that occur in D-Block giving me time to focus on command related activities (Promotions, Training, E.G.). I have trained multiple security members on the use of subbranch positions like Snipers, and Riot Control in the past and even granted people permission to make applications for Juggernaut; therefore, understand the type of person who should have access to the job. On several occasions I have lead groups of juggernauts in counterattacks against 939 and 682 breaches and have them tranquilized and brought back to their containment, preventing a tragedy from befalling the foundation. If given access to this class I can continue to do all the above and more and I look forward to this application’s gracious acceptance. 11. Which weapon in the Juggernaut load-out would you use to hit a D-Class in the middle of a crowd and how would you ensure to hit your mark?: I would use the Tec-9 and single fire the weapon using the fundamentals of shooting: Stance, Position, Grip, Sight Alignment, Trigger Control, Breathing, Follow Through. I would Ensure I have a strong Isosceles/Weaver Stance. Then Position the weapon from eyeball to gun to the target. Then Ensure a proper grip on the handgun, Align the sight picture to where there is equal spacing between the front sight and the rear sight on both sides and they are both aligned at the top. Then pull the to the trigger wall using the middle of the end of my index finger to pull the trigger; while remembering to breath properly and fire upon releasing my breath. Then follow through by ensuring the threat is eliminated before fully releasing my finger past the trigger wall. After this I would pull the firearm close to my chest and scan the area for anymore potential threats before properly holstering.
  7. Hello everyone, I know this is probably the last thing you all wanted to see but given circumstances I have been thinking about this for a while. I've only been here for a couple months and have given my all to security. There are great people on here from all walks of life. I want command to know me leaving comes from no personal animosity towards anyone. This is solely my own decision. I also want to personally apologize to all of secuirty. Me leaving at this time will cause problems. However I see it as another Era in security and another hurdle for everyone to overcome. For all of you looking to me or command for a leader maybe its the time to look towards yourself for guidance. I also want to apologize to redacted for the inconvenience my absence will cause him. He is clearly a self-admitted pedophile is at least open about it. When confronted about he he does not deny it, instead he became scared about the reality of the situation. He almost acts proud of it openly displaying his steam groups he is affiliated with. Any extra information: None.
