  1. let me know when you wanna be trained again for maintenance
  2. - Support As much as I'd liked to say that you have been respectful to me, you have to look at things in a bigger picture. This community isn't just a GMOD community, but a registered and functioning business. Gaminglight is a registered LLC, and there are things that need to be enforced in order to protect and respect the audience that plays on these servers. In previous circumstances, you have endangered the safety of children on this server before, and while I'm sure you have changed and bettered yourself as a person. There needs to be consequences for actions like this that cannot be undone. With Gaminglight being a business, they need to protect themselves and their image. Having someone in the community who has endangered the safety of it's audience before is someone who should not be allowed back into the community. If you look at any legitimate business outside of this game, if you have someone who has endangered it's occupants previously, you would not be inclined to bring them back later in life, even if they have changed. They have wronged you before, and there's no telling if they might do it again or not. On top of endangering the safety of people on this server, you have also previously shown no respect to people on this server with your attempt to stage a coup over a past Head of Security. Along with attempting to assist people that have been blacklisted from this community. Again, you have been respectful to me for the times that I have seen you in-game recently, and I have no negative qualms with you. But you have to look at the bigger picture; you messed up, and unfortunately sometimes you can't come back from it.
  3. homie was my CO in both CI and USMS and is a great command member, I'd love to see him as a member of O-1 command
  4. Name: Saint Current & Former GL SCP-RP Ranks: Current: E-11 First Lieutenant / CI Sergeant Major Former: E-11 Commander / Head of RRH (OH1) / Overseer of Delta-4 (If Accepted Into O-1, I will be resigning from CI to be able to put all my time and resources into starting up this branch) SteamID: STEAM_0:1:60490775 DiscordID: itssaint How well do you know the Code of Ethics (On a scale of 1-10)?: As someone who has just come back recently, I do not have the Code of Ethics memorized, but I have been working hard to try to memorize as much of the Code as I can. So to be completely truthful I am going to put myself at about an 8, but knowing that Omega-1 heavily involves the Code of Ethics, I am studying each Section as best as I can, and will be at a 10 in no time. Why do you believe that you are the best fit for HCMD?: I feel like I am a good fit for Omega-1 High Command for a number of different reasons: - To start off, as being a previous member of MTF High Command, let alone being the Head of E-11, I know what responsibilities and expectations are entailed of someone that is being looked at as a potential candidate for Omega-1 High Command, and I am completely ready to step back up to the plate and embody what it means to be in High Command again. - During my time as previous MTF High Command, whenever I was given a task, I completed it to the best of my ability, and tried to get it done within a timely manner. Whenever I was working with my Branch, I was constantly asking them how they felt about the state of the Branch, and if there was anything that could've been worked on or improved to better their time in the Branch, as I was always trying to improve the quality of life in E-11. - Not only have I worked hard to help out SCP-RP, I have always contributed a lot to helping out PoliceRP, in the sense that I am currently a Captain in PD, which on that server is the heart of all government jobs on there, and I have been Command in the server's Marshal Services department, where I put in a lot of time and effort over there to make sure the department succeeded. I also saw myself as a member of the SWAT unit, serving as a Sergeant, and being a member of their Peacemaker unit, which is the equivalent to being Special Forces on SCP-RP, so that experience also has a lot to play in when it comes to talking about experience. - Like I've stated in previous parts of application, having the prior experience of being E-11 High Command has taught me how to properly run an MTF Branch, and on top of that how to properly manage Special Forces as I used to be the Delta-4 Grand Overseer, so I believe that having those skills definitely sets me up for success to be able to effectively lead Omega-1 as best as I can. - Even though I came back recently to the server after not being around for a little while, I have been working very hard in E-11 to make sure I am putting my best foot forward in terms of leading as a command member, and trying to be a model E-11 member. When it comes to Command Expectations in the Branch, I try to do everything I can to make sure that I not only meet them, but I try to set a goal for myself each week to make sure that I do better then I did the previous week. On top of that, I try to put in as much activity as I can, even with life being as demanding as it is as I work in Healthcare and volunteer at my local firehouse. - One final reason (I know this is a lot) that I feel I am a good fit for High Command is the skills I possess in terms of versatility, my attitude towards doing new things, and being able to adapt to new projects. In the 10 years (on-and-off) that I've been with Gaminglight, I have played on so many different servers that Zeeptin has put out, and no matter what server it is, I always find myself putting in 110% effort in trying to learn everything there is to learn about whatever new thing I'm trying, and I've always found myself absolutely enjoying every bit of it, no matter what it is. And I feel like learning everything there is about Omega-1 will be no exception to this. TL:DR = I have a lot of experience being MTF High Command, and I've not only done a lot on SCP-RP, but I've also done a lot on PoliceRP, helping to run and command several departments over there. Why do you want to be HCMD?: - Since I relinquished my position as E-11 Commander, I've honestly missed it. I've missed hopping on every day and interacting with the Branch, knowing that all of the activity and flourishing that had come out of it, had been a product of the work that I had put into it, on top of the amazing Command that I had carefully selected to help assist in running the Branch. Knowing that the collection of work from everyone had translated into having an amazing environment for the Branch made being High Command that much more rewarding, and I'd kill to be able to re-live that experience again. - As someone who has been with the server for quite some time now (I wanna say around 4 years at this point) I have grown not only as a member of the server, but as a person too. Since the last time I was in High Command, I have had a couple years to find myself as a person, and in that time, I learned of a lot of new ways to properly lead a team, whether it'd be just having casual sit-downs with everyone and going over what the plan is for the day, or getting groups of people together in-game to do interactive activities like playing Checkers, or Chess in E-11 bunks, or just hanging out with them in TeamSpeak. All in all I try to do everything I can to make whatever Branch I'm in an absolutely stellar environment. - Being a person who thrives off of seeing new visions come to fruition, I am very excited to watch Omega-1 come to life on the server, as I have heard a lot about the Lore behind the Branch, and I'd love to see how this Branch is able to be implemented into the server. - On top of everything I have written so far, I am also just a big sucker for the community, in the sense that I always find myself coming back and trying to help in whatever way that I can, whether it'd be going back to PoliceRP to work my way back up in PD Low Command, or coming back to SCP-RP over the years and trying to contribute in whatever way I can on that server. TL:DR = I absolutely enjoy being High Command and helping to build visions into reality, and I feel this gives me a great chance to help turn this vision into a thriving Branch. How do you plan on running the branch?: With Omega-1 being a Special Forces Branch, there are a couple different ways that I would go about running the Branch: - As a Branch that is heavily involved with the Ethics Committee, and upholding the Code of Ethics, I would employ people in the Branch that are super familiar with the Code of Ethics to ensure that they are setting the proper example for the lower-ranked Enlisted and NCO's. And looking at all the current Applicants for Omega-1, there are A LOT of people that can be employed within Omega-1 that I know will turn this Branch into the vision everyone has been thinking about. - In recent times, there has been a big focus on the server to start incorporating more Roleplay into the server, as it has just taken a deep plunge into being only a Combat server, so I'd like to instill some roleplay aspects into the Branch, as when I first joined the server one of the main motivating factors for me was how extensive the roleplaying was at the time. O5 Staff and Special Forces were actually redacted, Research was conducting super interesting experiments, and the list goes on and on about how the Roleplay was unreal back then, and if I were to be brought back up into High Command, I'd be sure to implement as much roleplay as I can into the Branch while still making it an interesting combat branch to play while on the server. - One more thing I'd like to add on for my plan of running the Branch is one thing; I want to make the Branch as interactive as I can. Because of all the hard work that has been put into the server by the current Site Admin and SMT team, there are a lot more activities that Branches can get involved with that don't just involve strictly doing Combat. I'd like to utilize everything that I am able to to make sure that the Branch is run efficiently, yet effectively because I want to make this Branch as appealing as possible to those outside of it to possibly want to join. TL:DR = I want to include more Roleplay into the new branch and make it a very interactive branch for everyone that is in it, rather then just having a run-and-gun Branch. I also plan on picking out Command Members that I believe will give this branch the best chance possible at succeeding. What skills and qualities do you possess that show you are competent enough to run the branch?: As someone who has been around for a while, over time I have made significant strides not only as a player of the server, but as a person in general. Over the time that I've spent, I have developed a lot of strong attributes and qualities about myself that I am very proud of. - Experience: As mentioned before, I used to be a previous Commander of E-11, and during my time in the Branch when I was High Command, I was constantly on my game about everything that had to do with the Branch. No matter what I did, I made sure that I did it in the best interest of the Branch, whether it was creating the Rapid Care Unit subbranch to ensure that the members of the Branch received proper medical attention no matter the circumstance, or if it was creating the Coldsilver: Alpha Unit job to make sure that my Branch had the adequate resources needed to dismantle any threat that had been posed to the site. All-in-all when I was my High Command my main focus was E-11 and E-11 only, and if I were to be brought up as Omega-1 High Command, I would put all my focus into O-1 to ensure that the Branch is brought up in the best way possible. - Attitude: When it comes to me as a person, I'd like to think of myself as many types of people; a leader, a friend, and so many other different qualities. When it comes to starting something new, there is always a spark that is lit under me that is lit like no other. Nothing will be able to put me between me, and whatever my goal is or what I'm trying to accomplish. With that being said, if I were to be picked for Omega-1 High Command, there will be nothing that will put me between the Branch and I, and I am going to put every ounce of effort that I have into running the Branch. - Ability to Adapt: As High Command, you are going to constantly be put into situations where you need to adapt and improvise, whether it'd be on site and all hell breaks loose and people don't know what to do, or if you have someone that you trusted closely in the Branch go completely rogue and ruin all the documents and whitelists for everyone that you worked so hard on (that actually happened) Either way, being in High Command you are going to need to be able to adapt really well to different situations, and I pride myself on being able to do that. I have been thrust into a lot of different situations during my time on the server, and no matter what the situation was, I was able to find myself working hard to try to come up with the best possible outcome for each situation. - Maturity: Being an older person on the server, I have an outlook on a lot of different things differently then what you're average server player might have, which can be a good or a bad thing. With being older, it also allows me to have a knowledgeable perspective on whatever may come across my table, and it allows me to really put out a different perspective that others might not have considered with whatever the situation may have been. TL:DR = I believe that because of my age and maturity, it definitely gives me a lot of unique skills to be able to properly form this new branch, and I also think that having previous experience of being MTF High Command definitely helps me in the long run. How will you maintain branch relationships and upkeep communication with other branches?: - When I was a member of the E-11 Command Team, building Branch Relationships had always been a top priority for me, as I am a firm believer that the server is only as good as how close everyone can come together. With that being said, whenever I'd be on, I'd have all the E-11 guys that were on at the time work together with Nu-7 closely to ensure that all site operations were as smooth as can be. - With that being said, one strong way to maintain Branch Relations would be to have Omega-1 work closely in communication with Alpha-1, as both respective Branches are Special Forces branches, and I feel that each branch could bounce off of each other in terms of complimenting each other's skills. - As someone who has worked in the food industry, retail, and now Healthcare and being a first responder, communication is important. To emphasize this, I will stay in constant contact with a lot of the other Branches, mainly focusing on CI and MTF branches, and I will be constantly checking in with them to see how they feel about the new branch and if there is anything that they feel provides an unfair advantage on the server, or whatever their comments and concerns may be. In E-11, that was always something that I worked on, and I don't plan on stopping that now. TL:DR = I am someone who believes that constant communication and branch relationships is vital for the success of an up-and-coming branch. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ If you managed to read all of this, I absolutely commend you. I didn't mean for this application to be as big as it is, but I figured I'd give applying for High Command the absolute best shot that I could.
  5. 1. How active are you ( if you haven't been very busy, explain why)? I haven’t been active lately because I’ve been super busy with my job working upwards of 60 hours in a given week. 2. (Anything you want us to know)??? I have spoken to Trumpo about my activity recently, and is aware of my work schedule. However my schedule is starting to clear up and I should have more time to play soon.

  8. As the title states above, I am unfortunately putting in my 48 Hour Notice for USMS. As much as it hurts me to write this, unfortunately it must be done. I haven't had a lot of time to put towards the department, and I don't feel that it is fair or right to hold and maintain the position that I have in Command, while I am out focusing on other departments on the server, and working as much as I do in real life. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time in USMS this go around, I unfortunately have to hang up the hat because as of right now, it just doesn't hit the same that it used to when I first joined. While it is still a lot of fun to be on the job working for USMS, as I mentioned before I have a bunch of other departments that I am a part of that I wish to devote more attention to. It has been an absolute blast to work with all of y'all, but as with all good things, they must come to an end at some point. I am only going to be putting down a couple of people for my mentions, because while I have had an amazing time with so many people in the department, there are just too many to name. ---MENTIONS--- @Slasher = You absolute minge, it was fun as hell working with you on USMS, I know we talk outside of the server so I ain't worried about you. @Ganta = It has been real working with you, especially in Bounty Hunters. Make me proud buddy. @Clarkie = God you were such a minge at times, but it was an absolute blast working with you. @Kale_ = Worst HC member of all time 110% @Spoon = Eh, you were alright. Hope College doesn't kick you too much, because we got some stuff to work on in PB. @soup95 = Keep up the insane work ethic, and I know you'll go far. You've already made such an impact and you have such a long way to go, I know you'll do big things. Chris (Newest LC Member, but idk his forums profile) = Welcome to Low Command buddy, keep up that drive you have right now and like Soup, you'll go far too. James (USMS Guy) = Same thing that I said about Soup and Chris, keep up the solid work ethic! @Foo = Worst Subway worker I know Jeffdakid = Miss you homie
