As much as I would love to +Support this, there are a couple reasons that are currently holding me back. - As of right now, the O5 Council isn't accepting any new O5 Staff applications at the current moment until the things that they are currently working on are implemented, so until they are accepting new applicants, I am going to be remaining Neutral. - I feel like it is a little too soon for you to be applying for O5 Staff right now, I feel like you should've waited a bit longer to get yourself known within the new community again, because I know you have been around before. - You are currently a Private in Nu-7 right now, and so I believe that you should have a bit more time to try to prove yourself in Combat and other tactical situations, because Alpha-1 is really all about being good in combat situations. As I said before, it is going to be a bit of a wait before this application gets looked at, so I hope to see you grow and thrive during that time, and I will be sure to change my response appropriately as the time goes by. Although it has been a couple months, making a joke like that is something that SMT takes very seriously, and so I highly doubt that you'll be able to get out of the ban at this current time. Maybe down the road it might be a different story, but for right now I think that the ban should stay. Yes, I gave you that one last shot, and you blew it. I have not yet blacklisted you. If you look at the Blacklist sheet, I haven't put you on it. And I had blocked you again because I had had you blocked beforehand when you were harassing Site Administration and me because I didn't want there to be any further issues. I had only unblocked you to inform you of what we had talked about, that is why I went and blocked you right after. When I mean recently, I am talking about for the past couple months since Zeus had been gone, you also didn't quote when I was talking about how I did when I was under Zeus' shoulder until I reached the rank of Staff Sergeant because that was when he was still around. Activity: I am pretty active on the server right now, however I will say that my activity is definitely being limited right now due to me dealing with Covid, because this disease has really been kicking my butt lately, but I have tried to do everything I can to push through and continue to pump out really good activity, and provide the community with as much as I can. I have proven before that I am a very active member of the community, whether it’d be being in the Teamspeak everyday for hours on end, or being on the server for hours on end, I feel like I can safely say that my activity is really well for the most part. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? : If I were taking the sit, I would bring both parties involved and hear both of their respective sides, and I would be sure to look into the logs to see if the story is congruent to what the logs say. If during the sit the person that is being accused of RDM starts to get aggressive and curse at me, I would mute or gag them and tell them that they need to relax because if they continue, it will only lead to a harsher punishment because I am a bit of a lenient person, and that I try to come up with a solution that is beneficial to both parties, but if they continue, I will just administer a warning for the disrespect, and give them the appropriate ban. Please pick and answer one of the questions only if applying for Senior Moderator. If applying for Admin pick two and answer them. If applying for Senior Admin you must answer all three. Answering more than the required amount of questions for the rank you are applying for will result in your application being denied. Q1: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?: If the situation were becoming toxic, I would separate all of the players so that the situation didn't grow any more toxic or unproductive, and I would talk to each person individually. If it were getting to the point where even talking to each of the 5 people individually isn't getting anywhere, I will only talk to the person who made the sit, and make sure that only the people that remain are them, and the person they are accusing. After that I will deal with the situation accordingly, and issue the proper punishments. Q2: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving?: I would just issue the punishment in accordance to the staff handbook and let them know if they continue to break rules, it will result in further punishments. I would then return them after issuing the punishment and continue to spectate them to prevent the person from causing further problems Q3: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this?: If they are new to the server I would give them a verbal and tell them why that is considered a bug and why it is affecting the RP of others. I will then return them and spectate them for a short time to make sure they don’t repeat it. If they repeat it, I shall issue a warning and ban if necessary. To add on to this, I looked into the Combat Logs between Blackbeard and CI at that time, and when I had looked at the logs, I found a certain questionable situation. It shows that the Combat Report between Blackbeard and C7, which was the individual who claimed that Blackbeard started shooting at him, actually states that C7 was the one who initiated the combat between the two first. Which picture are you talking about? Also right now, this whole situation just seems like one big clusterfuck for me, so I am not going to give my support for or against this until there is further sufficient evidence to change my mind.

Well boys, it's about that time. Unfortunately, I must pass the torch on in R&D Delta Command. It has been a very fun ride, but it has come to the time where I need to focus on running Epsilon-11, and making sure I am devoting all of my resources towards that branch. I absolutely loved all of the experiences and memories that I have made in the Branch, and I plan on coming back in the future. It has just merely come to the point where I need to focus on E-11, and making sure I am being the best High Command member that I can be for that Branch. I've been through a lot in this Branch, I've been in R&D since October, and boy have I been through hell and back with the Branch. I remember when Cogs had put me on the one-strike policy and a two week DNT after a fight that we had had, and now here we are 5 months later. I am so grateful that @NeoID gave me the opportunity to become R&D Command, and gave me the opportunity to turn over a new leaf after the history I had had with the previous R&D Gamma Command, and really saw the inner Command in me, it really means a lot. With that being, I hope that all of the Researchers before and after me grow and prosper into amazing Researchers, and I can't wait to see what this Branch will become. I am not the one who banned you, and I am unsure of who is the person that banned you. All I am saying is that they don't just randomly pull new players out of the blue and ban them for being an "alt account." Furthermore, I know from experience that whenever SMT bans a player, it is for a very good reason. I cannot provide the evidence you are asking for, however I am sure that the person that banned you would most likely be able to come up with the evidence.

Typically if you are kicked by Console, that means that SMT were the ones who had accessed the Console to handle your punishment. Additionally, Alt Account bans are bans that are taken very seriously, and so if you were to be banned for having an alt account, there must've been a lot of substantial evidence that points against you. If you can prove that you genuinely do not own any other accounts that may have been banned or whatnot, then I am going to have to remain a -support on this.

Like the normal Coldsilver job, the Coldsilver: Alpha Unit job needs the Site Code System SWEP, because for some reason it doesn't have it, and it is a Foundation Special Forces class.
