(150 Word Minimum) I know that I deserve the rank because I am very well known, active and mature. I have previous staffing experience from this exact server, so I know the rules on staffing. My real "deserving" of the position is how dedicated and knowledgeable of the server, I have been playing for about 2 years and have gotten to know a lot of people during the time. I have also read the MOTD several times, despite my warnings which a lot of them are from years ago I have made a big change to my experiences on the server. I am currently a command member in maintenance so the topic of dedication is shining even bigger on my perspective, I know how to deal with minges and rule breakers and deal with it at ease and with maturity. As said before I am an member of the Event team, which is difficult to get in said by many people. So far I have not made any issues with being in it and I look forward to keep it that way, and I have not abused any of my powers during my time in ET and staff. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would check logs to make sure that they are Mass RDMing, when they do I will calmy explain how that is not allowed on the server. Once they start cursing I would ask them to be quite as I am explaining the rules of the server. If they don't stop I will do !gag "user". Then I will explain the rules, and warn them for Mass RDM and Staff diss, and get an Admin+ to ban them. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would first get any evidence the player has on him using the bug, if there is I would tell the victim to not use it again or it might be a ban.

What are you suggesting? - Updating SCP-RP damage on the golfclub on the store so it says 40 damage. How would this change better the server? - It would prevent a lot of complaining saying "I got scammed" Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? I have proven to be active, a good role model and a good leader. I have former staff experience and am currently ET so I know the MOTD in and out. I was a former command member for Chaos Insurgency which is a Semi Starter branch, so I know how to deal with minges which is essential for this kind of branch. Reputation is a big thing on the server, luckily I am very well known throughout the server and I could potentially bring some people inside the branch. I was a Maintenance Professional on the server around 10 months ago, and not much has changed. I make at least 3 activity logs daily and am currently holding that. Today I managed to make the Mobile Mop Force and have been pretty active on it throughout the day, it is a decently hard sub-branch to get into. Overall I know that I am worthy of becoming maintenance command. 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? First I would do /site a utility trainee has left bunks, please kill them. Once they are returned I will tell them that you are not allowed to leave bunks and that you will no longer be able to be trained for utility for ___ days. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I would tell them that they are not allowed to use the weapons how they are using them, then I would tell them to re-read the SOP rules to insure that they won't be removed. I would go over them briefly with the Junior Maintenance, just to make sure they don't do it again.

Which weapon in the Juggernaut load-out would you use to hit a D-Class in the middle of a crowd and how would you ensure to hit your mark?: Either the Nova or Tec-9. I know how to use the nova and aim perfectly. The damage isn't all great so I wouldn't kill any D-Class around them. The Tec-9 is accurate and does a good amount of damage so I would be able to hit my shots right at the target.
