(150 Word Minimum) Activity My activity has been like nobody else, I am on for hours everyday and plan to keep it that way. With my activity I will be able to take sits with ease, possibly hitting an average of 100-150 sits a week. My activity mainly goes to Event Team and Security, I will start off with Event Team. My activity with event team is normal, I do my quota on the first or second day, I always help people with there PT's. I also help people get there quota done. With security I am on a little bit to much, when I was a NCO I was doing at least 12 logs a day 1 hour per log, add that up that gets to 12 hours. Now that I'm command I am just mainly overseeing it, I am still in-game, but mostly looking at discord and the forums. Dedication My dedication to the server has been like no other, I have been playing this server for years and left only once for about 8 months. I have been command in many branches such as CI, Maintenance and Security. As activity goes that is one of the biggest parts about dedication is actually loving the server you play on. The amount of things I have to do such as, count logs, oversee, do logs etc. It may seem to be a lot, but I put the effort in to do it. Reputation/Warnings Here is the bad part, as I have been playing on the server for years it may come to a lot of warnings and possible bad reputation. An example of something that destroyed my reputation with SMT is the incident with Chief. I used my tool gun to spawn a dupe for decorations for a meeting. As per usual I regret doing such choices that will harm the server with lag and make people not want to play. As far as my warnings come that also something I'm not proud of, but compared to how many warnings I have and the amount of time I have played on the server is not something you should be too worried about. Scenario questions: Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would bring him/her to the sit. Then I will ask the person that the report "what seems to be the issue"? They will explain that this person Mass RDM'ed. I will ask if they have a clip, if they don't logs is always a good friend. I then will explain how that Mass RDMing is not allowed. (Assuming that they are on D-Class) I then will say "You cannot kill D-Class as other D-Class, for that you will be receiving a formal warning, please do not do this again. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I will bring 2 people, the person that reported and the victim. I will then ask what the problem is. Assuming it's a issue I can't have a clip or logs will be used I will ask for any witnesses. I will then bring them and once they start arguing I will bring them each to 1 corner of the room with the person I need to talk to in the middle.

(300 words minimum): Activity Over the past 3 years I have been playing on this server, I have been one of the most active people on the server. I am on daily for hours making a great reputation and a great command member. Seeing that this has been made I have a strong feeling that activity such as mine will boost the R&D numbers and activity. When I was a former CI member I was on raids non-stop, every raid log you saw I was in it. As my school is moving into online school I will have plenty of more time at home, weather it's grading logs, pings etc. Overall activity is what really boosts in a branch. Dedication My dedication to the server has been like no other. Just activity alone puts it together. But the fact that I managed to get command in 3 branches (2 currently) and being event team, it may look unmanageable, but I put the time and effort into making it happen. I have been playing on the server for so many years yet I still haven't left. The server brings me joy and it does to so many others. First I was military command now I'm going for R&D also shows some dedication to the Chaos Insurgency. Reputation Some of my reputation such as my KOS, warns, etc is something I regret truly. And my strike when I was military command is something that will probably hold me back from getting accepted, but some people were telling me to apply for this since I was thinking of transferring from maintenance to this. Despite all of the negative side of me look at the good side, I'm friendly, hard working, and so much friends in gaminglight that I could convince some people to join the branch so it could increase and to become the best it possibly can. Honestly if you're only looking at the bad side you have some issues because people can change. Looking forward at my good end, I have a lot of forums posts, which means that I will be able to grade logs in a instant. That will make people feel like they should make more logs. Give an example of a time where your leadership showed best on this server (100 words minimum): When I lead all of omicron-9 into a secret spot to capture 3 E4. We knew that CI were entering the facility, so I told the omicron-9 to get into the best spot, at the time the gambling wheel where you can disguise yourself as CI was added so I had the CI disguise. There was about 9 Omi9 there. 3 of them hid in the under construction hideout and the other 6 were hiding in 2 closet doors. As I lure the CI into a HCZ CP the Omi9 come out of there spots and Fear RP the 3 E4 that were there. How active would you be: 10/10
