First being is my experience here on the server. While I have been on this server for a good amount of time I have gained many experiences with situations and positions. First being my position as EMS Chief, currently I have been EMS Chief for about a year and a half with that I have gained command and also leadership through this position. To also note down a few other command experiences I have had is the following: SS Command, SRT Command, SWAT Command. My career in SRT Command I am currently 2LT and have shown what I can do with that rank same with my other careers in gaminglight once again. The next reason why I would like to move up is my Professionalism and Maturity on-duty and also off-duty. I have maintained a good look as a Colonel with Professionalism and maturity on the job. While having this professionalism I have used it in countless situations I have been encountered with. Situations I have been encountered with are maintaining a PD Training, Meeting, also handing demotions out to officers or even promotions to those who do well. Leadership is my next reason, as colonel I have shown this leadership in PD Meetings and Trainings. As with that, I have also been very useful in the field of command helping command members out with tasks or questions they may have for me or any other low command member. Another Reason is my activity, my activity on the server is very great. I am on almost every day on Colonel job helping Enlisted, and supervisors with help calls they have. With my activity comes responsibility. As a colonel I have demonstrated my responsibility on PD Trainings and more. I strive to be proactive to help anyone on the server like I said above. I try to promote activity on PD being on the job. This somewhat promotes the activity of the department to know there is a low command member to help them with any issues or questions they have. Now my last reason is respect. On the server I do my best to provide respect to all officers and also criminals, civilians, and provide good relations with people. Now with that I have gained a good reputation with staff, members of PD and or any departments on the server. I have given a lot of my reputation to get to this position on the server. I believe and feel like I as a colonel I am ready for the next position which is Assistant Chief of Police. He invholstered approx 15 seconds after he killed you not immediately after he killed you. He never died at the same scene also so he tech can still have it. Sorry, people make mistakes. I do not know why your basing him off being the highest rank in a department with 3 weeks on the server? Not everything is based off of that. EVERYONE makes mistakes and you do to. I understand your reasoning with this now its very bold claim to make that a super admin is bias off a situation based off family. Now hearing Kevin's side he doesn't even think its bias for following: So yeah. Now the first one makes no sense in my opinion same with the second one. I think this is just very petty and should be dealt with in game and not brought to forums. You are reporting a player for invholstering a barrett which can be failrp and a warn but you are insiting on a destroying of a barrett. Just seems super petty and I think in history of everyone they have done this once not being brought to the forums but just a talk to by staff or even a warn!!!!!

-Support Why? First off. If there is no active combat (i.e shooting you) againest a player during a raid,etc then you could in fact invholster since you are not at all being shot or killed and they have ran away. Next I believe you should not just create a separate forum on the same player, just edit your original post you made earlier last night about this. (Theres also a lot more reasoning on his original post for my opinion in this)

-support now i do agree with your statement. do realize running with a shield backing up is a counter to someone with negav spam jumping all over the place making it hard to hit the person. this is a semi serious rp server after all and in the past it has been said to be a strategy for gov to use to counter what crim has. also you guys have 190 or maybe close to 200 armor which is close to most tac department jobs i believe so you have good chance killing gov even though they have shields
