-Support Honestly, from what I'm hearing its just plain player disrespect. Plus, aruging and insulting people and being rude on the forums does not help your case of getting a warn removed. If you feel that staff is doing bad job, etc just get a clip of it. It's not hard, the hard thing is downloading and setting it up. You were also told by Forum Dip to quit so quit it. Btw, I am also saying this with prior experience with you. You can be very rude at times towards players when I'm near you so -Support.

-Support Most of time you can bail someone out for 400-950k. And the system is very fair and not bias. I would say keep it how it is

-Support No just no... Like honestly this is really bad. Reason? If ems did roll and you could not get revived because based on number medic rolled you would have ot wait more time to respawn due to the script not allowing you to respawn until the timer is up. The timer when you die is 4 minutes. Also as is right now for EMS I understand your trying add more "Roleplay" but this honestly removes fun and a lot out of our SOP with FTOs and more. This benefits nobody and if EMS is on and you have barrett then your lucky. Theres better things you can suggest for EMS for more roleplay expect for a rolling suggestion. If theres a addon that is useful for ems, etc then suggest it or hand it to me and I can see what I can do.

Aaron's thing here legit explains it all. Now if she wanted to be bias she could have but she remained unbias and took the sit into her hands and dealt with it. It is very hard to find out what really happened without clips or sometype of video and which side to go with. In all honestly I believe you Foo were trying to provoke Hans by minging inside his car and disrespecting him, which can get people angry. People have feelings, which I believe you deserve the player disrespect warn 100%. Now don't get me wrong I think your cool guy but you need to chill out. Last thing sorry, to point out in this ENTIRE situation nothing from your side Foo was said about what you said or what you did to said hans in the car such as disrespecting him, etc. From zoey's side I can see why hans was either taunting you, etc which he should have never done that and it should have never took your emotions over. I believe you Foo once again have could taken care of situation yourself.

Okay, I'm not try to make this a hot topic on the forums, etc. As a tactical unit it is not my job to stop you getting the money. My job as a tactical unit is to save the hostage. Any more statements come to my DMS on discord or the forums.

-Support As SMT said since I was the negoatior first off it is COMMON SENSE as it is in the MOTD. Next you seemed like you were stalling negotiation as staff was there and we waited 5 or so minutes for a clear explanation to it. It just seemed like you wanted to waste everyone's time at the scene, NOW I am not saying you WERE DOING SO I am just saying my thought process during that negotiation. Phil's Statement on your warn if you have already not read it, it's pretty straight forward This really falls under Common sense, if during the negations you agreed for money for the hostage you should be letting them go. We don't have every rule written down, but this is a roleplay server and you're meant to act as you would in real life. Since I didn't also respond to your statement on the player report : It isn't a rule to give over the hostage after I get money, but Mini Epic wanted to argue with me, so I asked a staff member to confirm. A: No I did not want to argue with you at all, I was just stating "Give me the money, it is common sense since you dropped the money." You didn't follow that simple statement so you proceeded to make a arugement that made JMT get involved. (Link to your player report) Also to say, metagaming with thirdperson is very common and honestly the entire server would get warned if we did enforce that simple use that was put into the server by SMT. -Support - Support From what I have heard the player was body blocking the door way and Matilda has then used a physgun to move the player out of the doorway. Technically according to the physgun rules its only to be used when a player is stuck or when your own vehicle is stuck. I have seen multiple members of staff using their physgun in this exact situation all members being below the rank of Senior Admin. In this situation I feel as though no strike should be needed in this situation but it is SMTs judgement. (added billy's story)

+Support Clear Evidence Also during this from what I have heard. You have never gotten a story from the reported person in that sit which it is required by staff handbook to have vaild story from the other POV. In which the reported person was never brought to be confronted about this issue which is just complete one sided until you go to the forums. I believe this report could have been handled in game due to JMT, Senior Admin taking the sit. To add on you never attempted anything to stop the subject(s) that were from the car. (EX you could have code reded them becuase they had negav to your standard. I believe you as DCOS and Admin could have taken care of it by either putting it on radio or doing something in attempt to stop a suspect.
