+Support I've known this man for a long time being in the community time to time. I used to hate this guy back then but he's GREATLY improved since then. He's calm guy and a good guy to talk to, he has a ton of knowledge and when I worked with him as CERT Commander he was very easy to talk to and work with. One of the greatest guys I've met. He will take charge of something that needs taking care of when I was in PD HC and also in CERT HC. I wish you luck ganta!

-Support To be honest, this seems more of a Fail-RP rule or just NITRP. Reason? Well he adverted assist legit entering the tunnel which is about 250-300 feet away from where russtime is shooting. The only reason russtime turns around is to reload and he sees car drive up on him. Which if you time the clip you can see when he entered the tunnel and adverted which was about like 5 seconds in the tunnel. From my experience, crim has adverted assist in the most crazy timed things such as crim adverting assist 5 minutes BEFORE ACTUALLY shooting at someone for getting their guy outta jail. Reading more into this forum, the argument of "giving 6 years to a criminal and complaining to higher ups, it's stupid how they do that" The basic knowledge of that and I was a victim of getting in trouble for this I will admit. The only reason why they do it is not to make you angry its only to get more crim and activity onto the server. Their not trying to guilt trip you, if a higher up tells you not to do it just don't do it and not get yourself into more and more trouble. Now the kissing tac unit part I don't know where that came from but, just report that on a seperate forum or something else. Also if your gonna say large clans are loppholing i recommend grabbing evidence and either send it to the owner and report all parties or send it to a JMT member or SMT member if needed and they can do something about it. JMT are some of the people who deal with large groups of people for breaking rules. I did it a ton as JMT and did it to large clans if I found them breaking rules, so do that. Anyway, - Support from looking at the clip and also parties explainations and also this is common sense.

-Support If this is so, we should do this for civillans also. You shouldn't just be looking out for police lol, civillans have phones and can just dial 911 or even call you out to police anyway possibile. They can also be undercover.

+Support The evidence is clear, honestly not really needed. If you insult someone, etc and your annoying them and they leave I think you should think that they don't like what your doing and you should stop for the future. Also what was stated by High above explains it also very very well.

Well, here I am. 6 Years later and I never thought I'd be writing this in my time being in this community. It's been a wild ride for the past half decade being here, earning so many achievements for past couple years. I was demoted in SWAT and then made a comeback earning Captain and retiring. I then got into PD High Command after a year and then getting to Commissioner. I never thought I'd make it to Commissioner nor Lead Admin. It's been hell of a ride a I thank everyone who believed what I could do. I was rremoved at Superadmin and 1 year later I made a huge comback from getting removed and going farther and beyond that I could think in my head. You all are great people. I know a lot of people were greeted and were welcomed into the community by me, but all good things come to a end. I'll still maybe be ingame time to time, also If you're wondering why I'm leaving to put it short: I wish to pursue my careers IRL. Heres some mentions, not the best at it. (not in order) Zeeptin: The best owner I've met in a while. Didn't talk to to much to you, but I will say it was fun talking to you the times I could. Thank you for some of the best memories your community gave me. Nimo: Best manager I've talked to in a while and one of the most active ones. Your a great guy, very fun person to talk to when I talked to you sometimes. Thank you for giving me a chance at the positions you gave me, I hope what I did made a lot of accomplishments you expected of someone in these ranks. Matilda: It was great being in this community with you over the years. You helped me in countless situations and also had great humor. MJ!!!! You are a great guy, I joined around the time you joined and we went through the ranks together for PD HC, ARU, and maybe staff idk I forgot xD. But you were good at your job in PD HC and also helping out with things when possible, you were also a great JMT member! High Command Policy This forum was created to prevent Inactive Executive High Command, Junior High Command. The rules are as stated, you may be Executive High Command in one Main Department (EX:PD/State/EMS/SWAT/FBI) and Executive High Command of 1 Sub Department (EX:HRT/CERT/USMS/SS/DOC). This means you can be executive high command in a sub department and in a main department. Section 2; A person can hold 2 Junior High Command Positions which can vary. A Junior High Command Position is classified as following: SRT MAJ, DF CPT/MAJ, SWAT TL, EMS Asst Chief,SS DCOO/COO. FBI COS/DCOS. References can be gathered outside the PD Meeting Room. To Clarify all above, Each person can hold 1 EHC Rank in a Main Department, 1 EHC Rank in a Sub Department. Each person can hold 2 JR High Command Positions in all Depts. Main Department stands for a main department, for instance SRT or State Police. A Sub-department stands for a branch off a main department, for instance CERT, HRT.
