Exactly my point. Also is word count applied towards those verbal answers? But if you're going to rely on player feedback, why not just lean towards forum based applications instead of relying on vet players to also attend the interviews. They won't always attend. If you focus on forum applications, then you have a greater sample size of the WHOLE community for feedback, not just 5-10 veteran players. (Not actual count, just example.) If the effort and time is moved from scheduling TS interviews, to reviewing current applications on the forums, then applications will be more of a success.

I would like to add, that suggestion was not very good as it would kill the activity of several branches, as stated by a comment in that suggestion. Which would explain all the dislikes of that post. However, if you feel you are being targeted, you have every right to post a report. I just feel there was a minor misunderstanding in the -20 rep. As for the comments made, I have no context other than the context provided at this time. So I don't wanna assume. I'll leave a -support for the time being unless things escalate every further.

What are you suggesting? - Discontinuation of staff interviews. There have been many cases where questionable members of the community have been given staff titles. All of which obtained staff from interviews. Lately, staff have been in the spot light, and not in a good way. So we need to crack down who gets staff and how. I've seen many people say, "I wanna be staff but don't wanna make an application. So I'll just wait for interviews." People are being conditioned to make less effort to be staff because it's easier to get accepted when you go to interviews and this is why it always ends up bad. People with no experience or rep will nail the interview, only to get removed and restricted days later. It's harder to get accepted through the application process because your credentials are in plain sight. People can look into your profile and see how active you are, and punishment history. You have to also gain community support. I'm not saying the HOS or HA have been making bad decisions, but have had incorrect judgments of people because they were given what they wanted to hear. For those that would use the argument, "Well, not enough people are applying so interviews are a faster way of getting staff." Yes, but have you thought they don't apply BECAUSE it's easier during interviews? If they know they will get denied because they're too new, they'll just go to an interview. Then boom, staff report, or loads of warn appeals for incorrect warns. If people cannot get staff the easy way, their only choice is to make the effort to apply. If they really want it, they'll do it. If they refuse to make the effort, then clearly they should not be staff because then how would they be trusted to make the sit quota. How would this change better the server? - More competent staff members being added with community support. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? Didn't really want to do this but I don't have too much of a choice unfortunately, so here it goes. It all started off by server hoping one night with a roommate because we recently had put both our PCs in the office area and began playing games together more often. Smoking blunts and having a good ol' time. Got him really into SCP Containment breach for about a month. Eventually we branched off to other games we can play together. Remembered I had an extra copy of GMOD. Gifted it to him and started playing random servers. Told him about DarkRP. Had a hard time learning, then we found a Fallout server. Had a great time on there. Eventually stumbled across SCP RP. Joined it and started getting to know the server. Didn't know until level 25 that D class brawler was a thing. Dumb me I guess. Anyway, had tons of fun and finally escaped to see the surface one night. To no suprise, no CI FTO at the time lol. Next day I get broken out during a CI Raid. Lots of fun. Being in CI helped me learn A LOT about the server. I really didn't know too much about how to play on it until then. Played so much everyday and learned as much as I could. Got perma banned at the rank of CPL because the ban bot thought I was alt-ing. After about a week or two of fighting with the bot, Rang and Igneous finally were able to get my roommate and I unbanned and I was able to return. Lot of fun that was. Anyway, the grind continued and finally made my way up to Commander. Loved every moment of the climb. However, the climb must stop and I will have to take a few steps down the ladder. So here are a few people that made my time on the server extremely memorable. In no specific order. Dang - I hope you stopped losing money on the market man. I counted my losses and am playing it safe now lmao. Anyway, you were always a very interesting person to talk to when on. You saw a lot in me and I noticed you knew who I was pretty fast so that made me feel really welcome. You didn't really push me, but I felt a lot of encouragement coming from you. So thanks munter. Enuz - First thing I remember when I met you was you asking me if I was an Enuzer. Didn't know wtf that was. But I played along, and followed you on the forums. And even after your annoyed status updates popping up every single damn day, I still follow your dumbass. It's a meme now tho, so I like it. Raids with you are fun because you how you react to shit. Whenever you were on, I knew shit would get done. You were a great command member. Glad to see you're making a come back. Silver - Never really knew you too well, but you were pretty cool to raid with. Didn't suck ass with a gun like I do so that was always a good thing. Comrade - Ugly. Glad you finally ended up getting a new mic. Fucking hated your old one. Also one of the people I had a strong connection with. +Support I haven't been on recently due to private reasons, but was around during the time of the first Staff report. I've also received and have heard several people complain in the TS channels about "the admin abuse job". Any time someone is on the [REDACTED] Job, people no longer want to raid on CI. That job alone kills the morale and motivation of any CI to do their job. Some of them, only play on CI and D-class. So both of their options are pretty much shut down here. Sure, they have options to join other branches, but what if they don't want those branches? I also agree with the part stating that other staff are doing the part that the Manager should be doing. I have seen a significant about of work being done to the server more than ever once the staff positions shifted around and new people were added. These are the only things I can personally relate to and give opinion on.

+Support I actually like the fact that the site goes to hell when they are in a PT. Personally, I think it would be good for Nu7 because it gives them something to do when they get back so they're not so bored, but sometimes it's understandable that doing the same thing over and over again kinda gets old. PTs are a very important part of improving branch relations and player moral, especially when things get repetitive. If Nu7/Gen Sec have more opportunities to have these PTs with E11's assistance, I think it would be beneficial to allow E11 to help while they do their PT. HOWEVER, they must immediately leave once it's over and they are not needed, or regular requirements are not met.

-Support I feel this would cause more confusion. It's fine the way it is. MOTD rule is 10 min raids. SOP rule is 15. This was made by previous CI HCMD to be fair to other branches. Gamma lowering to the DEFAULT 10 mins, shouldn't be an issue to anyone because that's what the REAL raid timer is. Reducing our SOP raid timer to the normal 10 mins, allows us to have some sort of incentive to get people active. Basically, the MOTD States that our raid timer is 10 mins. So why are people getting upset when people raid every 10 mins?
