What can you do to improve the branch you will be responsible for? I know that currently aviation is some what low on numbers, compared to other specialties. Not only would it be gaining me, I would also attempt to bring more people into aviation as well as just naval. I believe I am someone who can maintain order, from my previous command positions, and have control over situations as needed. I will be an active member and make most of the meetings. I am a patient and respectful person who will try and find ways to help command or enlisted when ever I can, and just help make aviation a good place to be. Why should you be trusted with this position?: Although I may be considered newer to ImperialRP, I have multiple department command experience on PoliceRP from the departments I am in. One of my ranks that make me most proud is that I am, and have been a major for 5 weeks in PD. I am also a staff member on Gaminglight as well as a support staff member which proves I'm dedicated to the community and that I can be trusted. Why do you want this rank?: I want this rank to host tryouts, just be able to help naval more, make sure The ATC is in order, and operating functionally, to maintain The Starfighters Corps and to just overall further my career in naval. Why should you be promoted (200 words Minimum): I think I should be promoted to colonel because I have been a major for 5 weeks, I am on usually everyday, I know how to properly discipline people and do that accordingly, I attend most meetings/trainings and help out when I can. I also still train cadets regularly, give ride alongs and just like to interact with the lower ranks. I not only follow the police officer guide, I enforce it. I also regularly perform team speak checks to make sure everyone's in communication. I can make the tough calls when needed, Ex demotions. I know that colonel is a huge step, but I think I am ready to take it. I have handled many reports on officers, recommendations and just what I’ve seen with my own eyes. I plan on doing some more meetings in the near future, regardless of if i get accepted, do make sure everyone knows what they are doing right and wrong and to encourage activity. I don’t want to repeat my last application, but I feel that some of the reasons are the same, that's why there may be some similarity. PD is one of my favourite departments and I’d love to continue to help the department grow, and better. Like I said above I am active, although I think I was always active, I have recently set aside some more time strictly for my time on PD, to become a better command member and just more active in general.
