Any time I’m in game and sometimes even when I’m playing other games. Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)? In short I want to join support to help people. I was a support staff member back in 2017 and loved just being able to help people. Even when I'm training cadets now when it might be late at night they can't find a support staff member, I’d like to help them to move everything along faster. Like I said above I have experience as a part of the Gaminglight staff member and just the staff team in general, I know how to handle some of the situations that might arise. I know it can be stressful for the support staff that we have so i think having an extra, new but experienced support team member is a good idea. I think that being a part of the support team shows dedication to the community and proves that I want to help better the community. I have recently joined the event team which I believe also shows my dedication and readiness for the staff team and for support as well as my love for Gaminglight. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? I think I am a positive, responsible, respectful and experienced staff member who wants to help out. I am quite active especially because of the Coronavirus, Even when i'm not in game I'm often in Teamspeak chatting or just hanging out. (No Less than 1 month) : Like I said down below I was staff for months before but recently I’ve been staff for about 2 weeks. 6- What is your general knowledge on the rules? (Both Staff handbook and MOTD): I would say good. It’s a go to reference for anything staff so I’ve used both pretty often. 7- What can you bring to the Event Team? (50 words+) : I can bring a fun playful staff member who is serious at the right times and is an experienced staff member. I realize that recently I haven’t been a moderator all that long, but before now around 2+ years ago I was a trial moderator then moderator for months. I always want to help and make sure everyone’s having a great time and I think that events should be an option for everyone to enjoy on Police RP. (100 words+) : When I went to my first event I was a little confused to be honest but then a few of the event staff helped me and everyone else answering questions and explaining. I want to help like they did and make sure everyone enjoys all the events. I want to make sure everyone has an amazing time but to make sure all of the rules are followed so no one messes it up for everyone else. Like I said above I really Just want to help people enjoy their time on police rp, however long that is, and for me anyways events always help with that. Rank You are Applying For:lieutenant In-Game Name:Solomon SteamID: STEAM_0:0:183878125 Current Rank:Sergeant Major How long have you been in your current rank?:roughly 2 weeks.( I was lieutenant for a couple of months but had to leave due to unforeseen private issues before that I was sergeant Major for weeks if not months. I have recently came back and have been quite active) What timezone are you in?: EST How many Warns do you have?:6 Why should you be promoted: I believe I should be promoted to lieutenant because I am active, and ready. Like I said above I was lieutenant for a couple of months before and loved it. People listen more when you try to help. There is a few people who just don’t listen and mingle around so I would be nice to have a command position to back me up. Actually one of my favourite things to do is to train cadets, they learn how to be police officers and then I usually take them out with me patrolling. It’s just something that helps everyone, there is never to many police officers. I have been very active in the past weeks, mostly because of corona virus so no school but I plan on staying active in the evenings and weekends when or if they send us back. From my experiences in other departments from ems to tac units I have learned to always be respectful, even if the other person may not deserve it, I learned that teamwork is a very important skill and is always used, I learned driving tactics, shooting tactics and just dealing with situations as they arise. I also learned to be patient, I believe patience helps out in any situation especially from a command perspective. I was also a staff member for months even a support staff. There I learned how to deal with tough and sometimes annoying situations and people but to treat them respectfully. Also from being in staff shows that I am a trustworthy person and player. Actually just recently I have rejoined the staff team using and learning all of those skills again. Actually a lot of those skills I learned from when I was staff/support staff on this server. Now I realize there would be no point talking about my in role play roles so I won’t but I will talk a bit about some of the skills I learned from them. I learned leadership techniques, I learned patience, I learned that teamwork is always important and I learned to always act respectful towards people, even if they aren’t doing it back. I know that being staff sometimes is hard, especially when there's only one person trying to respond to so many calls, that’s another reason I want to help. I alway see people complaining about staff not taking sits or waiting too long, I want to help and could help in those situations. Another reason I believe I deserve the T-Mod rank is that I was staff on this server for months so I have experience on this server doing what I would be doing if accepted. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would bring them away from others on to a roof and try to calm them down if they are still cursing and minging I would tell them I’m going to warn them for Mass RDM and Staff diss and a five day ban will be issued . Then I would find an Admin+ to issue the five day ban for Mass RDM. I would thank the admin for their help and go on with my usual duties.
