  1. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Skarlet 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Starfighter Corps 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be the Vice Commander of this branch because I care about SF and its members and as of right now i want i want to help SF get more active and have more motivation to get online whether it be due to Sims, RP scenarios or helping Naval do their duties even to getting on for a meeting but SF is currently in not the best place and i want to help make SF more active and profound then ever to help make SF the SF I remember the Kings and Queens of the sky and the protectors of the ISD and with help from the Navy the Galaxy. SF was my roots and it has been where I have went constantly for fun and great times. I love SF as much as i loved Nova and i want to keep my skills refined and sharper then ever so i can command SF to victory the reason i love SF is due to its members and how positive they are and nice no matter how they feel but all of this goes two+ years back when i first joined SF and loved flying and i have always wanted to command a squad of ties into battle and to victory .I also wish to make sure that my Officers are doing their job and helping their peers and lowers teaching them everything they need to go above and beyond . This is why i want to be VCMDR to help my battalion strive and do the best they can. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 508:26 hours as of making this https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/919875704 (my time was reset a very long time ago 2 and a half years ago to be exact so the number could be larger) 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? Being a Vice Commander comes with a lot of responsibilities, you need to be knit packed with everyone in your battalion and don't hold personal grudges against others and you need to keep a professional face on most of the time but also know when to have fun with people to keep moral up and sky high to make sure people are happy to continue playing because no matter how much we love RP we cannot forget we are all people beneath the models. You must stand tall as a Command member and keep active as you are the biggest role model of the battalion or even the server. You have to command, be authorities , be clear and profound and know how to do all of those things. You are the brains of the battalion telling the nervous system what to do and how to do it specifically teaching them how to walk before running, tech them how to swim before jumping in the deep end, teach wrong and right and how to be the best they can. You should always be talking as a commander as so the troops know what to do you give purposes and tasks they do so they feel useful and god they will be under my eye but not only that you are like a mother or a father to the battalion helping them in any way to build them great and tall and strong . but overall to sum it down you need to be stern but not too stern, be well rounded (experience) in every scenario, Communicate and be friendly to your peers, higher ups and lowers downs but not too friendly to the point of them disrespecting you and being rued and denying orders. This makes an exemplary Commander and an exemplary Commander are the best and most competent people you can meet or be around and I wish to be just that. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted as vice commander because of me being one of the most active members in SF as of currently, I'm an ex SF Officer and a current Major in SF i have also got past experience in a command position in another server that sadly no longer exists ( i hope this changes soon and I have another piece of experience for a Command position),I'm an ex squadron leader for SF for cobra the last time I was in SF ,I love playing on Gaming Light and its been the server I have stuck to. I'm mostly on SF very rarely I'm very rarely off job the only time i am is when AFK or doing work, I do not have any strikes, I am willing to work with anyone no matter what as long as they are not rude (jokes don't count) or anything heavily upon the lines of that. SF is the only battalion I feel great in after having to leave Nova and i feel as if i have settled in and i love the members of SF they all do great but no matter what we can always improve and I will make sure of that, and that is why you should trust me. 7. How often can you be Online? : I try to be on as much as I can usually being 2-6 hours weekdays and weekends anywhere from 4-16 hours 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : i currently have 6 Warnings in total all are older than 2 years, some over 3. All of these are Outdated. Thank you for reading my application, and if you have any Inquiries or comments please feel free to tell me on discord Ember#3485 I will not let any of you down and again thank you for taking your time to read this.
  2. What is your name? SF OP CSO Dead 2341 What is your rank? OP How long have you been a NCO? For about a week (I became an NCO on 9/19/21) What rank are you applying for? Flight Lieutenant How many strikes do you have? I have no Strikes Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? I have previous experience in being trusted with an officer rank in Shock and even held the position of a Vice and Commander for a couple months. I haven't been an NCO for very long but SF is really struggling especially with an active officer corps and I feel I can be a big help in that regard. My goals as an officer are to help the battalion grow and regain some of its lost numbers and also help increase activity as a whole as it has been pretty poor for a while now. SF does need a helpful and good officer core and I believe I can be a good addition to it. What can you do to assist command with this rank? I can provide activity, Leadership, and helpful advice to enlisted, NCO's and other officers. I have some fun ideas of Sims and trainings to do with SF and I also want to help Revive Cobra squad. I can help Teoz a little more with the position of officer as I know it can be difficult running a battalion on your own. I feel I am more than capable of exceeding and doing well in this position. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the NCO rank? I agree completely Thank for taking the time to read my application. LETS GO SF!!!
  3. What is your name? Evan What is your rank? FP How long have you been an Enlisted? about 2 weeks i belive What rank are you applying for? NCO How many strikes do you have? 0 Why should we trust you with a NCO rank? I am a VCMDR on my other life and granted I cant be as active in SF as I wish I would still like to assist SF as a whole with tryouts Sims ETC. I was also an NCO in SF about a year and 8 months ago. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? I will host tryouts Sims and if i see someone doing a good job let an officer know. Along with assisting officers in leading in AS and on the front lines. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the Enlisted rank? yes Edit: fixed rank had it wrong Thanks for reading!!
  4. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : SF WCMDR SRW HTO Quicky 0072 2. What Regiment are you applying for? : Imperial Starfighter Vice Marshal 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? : I have been in SF for a long time, and ever since I joined I wished to do the most I can, I have always viewed SF very highly, as they are one of the best regiments in my point of view. From the first day I wished I could do more, and more. I have done my best to help where I can as SF is my family, they have welcomed me with open arms. I have tried my best to be active, and help anyone I can. As a mute it’s been hard to lead but in the end I have learned around the challenges and found ways to lead. (I'm trying more and more to talk more) I have always wished to help command more as it’s hard being everywhere at once. I wish to help with documents, roster, and any problems. I wish to help make the struggling squadrons. As I’ve been in SF through the struggling times, and thriving times, I wish to keep SF in thriving times as long as possible. I'm on a lot of late nights when there is few active people trying my best to recruit people into SF, and keep those who are on SF not bored. I have done 88 tryouts, and a bunch of sims. During sims I try to do some passive RP, and sometimes do sims with other battalions to keep up the bond. I wish to do more with naval as they are are brother battalion. I want to implement some more passive RP for all SF to keep up, as most of the times it gets boring just sitting around. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? : 7 weeks https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/962593055?servers[4604844]=3M 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? : A commander is there to help everyone's time in the regiment. A commander is responsible to keep the documents up to date, and keep the roster up to date. They are meant to help their branch in any way possible. Help enlisted feel welcomed, and know what to do. They are there to help NCO’s do their first sim’s, and tryouts. Also to make sure their officers are doing their duty as they should be. They need to make sure their branch is running smoothly, and CoC is being followed. They should also resolve issues when need be. To make sure the right punishments are handed out when need be. They are there to make decisions for their branch, and take suggestions from everyone who has one. Bring things up with other command members of their regiment. They need to make sure that all of command are on the same page. If there is a problem or a suggestion, they need to make sure to work with everyone, and not jump to conclusions. As the commander is the last go to in their branch. They are the ones who go and report to naval about the weekly report. They are there to host sims from time to time, and keep passive RP going in there battalion. They are also there for those who do good and deserve a promotion, and hand them out. They are there to run/host meetings, and there to make sure that they are good with all battalions. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have been playing on this server for over a year, I have been active, and tried my best to help where I can. I’ve been a shock MAJ, and am now a starfighter Wingcommander/COL. I am also a senior moderator for gaminglight. I have been in SF since 12/2/20. As I have been a AHTO since the beginning of NCO, I learned a lot, and did more than officers at NCO. I was also a Vice Lead at the beginning of officer, I climbed up, and earned some respect. I wish to treat everyone how I would like to be treated. As of now I am now a lead, and the HTO. I have been in SF for a long time and showed dedication, and stayed with SF in struggling times. I have update a lot of the documents for sentry and tryouts. I have lead to the best of my abilty, and sometimes even talked to lead. I'm always checking discord, and always very easy to get ahold of. I also believe a I should be trusted as of now I'm the oldest SF, and have proved that I mean good and, I can do good. I have taken the role of one of the highest officers, and proved that I can lead, and do much for the battalion. 7. How often can you be Online? : < 3:30 - 10 PM PST > Weekdays when school is in < 8 - 11 PM PST > Weekends - Any other day without school 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : N/A Note: I just came off LOA, today so will be picking up activity, my acitivty as I just came off.
  5. What is your name? Killuabz What is your rank? OP How long have you been an NCO? About 2 weeks What rank are you applying for? Flight lieutenant How many strikes do you have?0 Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? Well, to begin I believe you should trust me with officer rank because I am already a CPT on Purge and am also a part of the staff team. Next, I am pretty active and am usually on every day although my activity had been a little spotty for the past few days. Last I am pretty serious when on the job and off the job and have no warns. What can you do to assist the command with this rank? I believe I can assist command by answering some questions that the enlisted have so that command can focus on more important tasks and I can also administer punishments such as PT to people who screw around and minge and don’t follow orders given by a superior etc. Next I will try to do more SIMs to draw more people into the battalion and also to make the battalion more fun for the people already in. Do you agree that if you are struck within the first week you will be put back down to the NCO rank? Yes
  6. What is your name? Kikx What is your rank? Navigation Pilot (NP) How long have you been a NCO? A little more than 2 weeks What rank are you applying for? Flight Lieutenant (FL) How many strikes do you have? None Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? In my time as an NCO in SF I've been doing my best to be a role model for the rest of the battalion, even being nominated NCO of the week. The position of officer is not one I would take lightly as I know the power provided by it also comes great responsibility. I consider myself one of the most active NCOs and I believe I have the capability and skill of leading the battalion both in ground and air combat. I was originally not feeling ready to become an officer and was willing to wait until I got promoted, however after careful consideration I decided that it may be best to apply for the position as it is a great opportunity for proving myself not just in SF, but the whole server in general. Another thing I would like to add is that I've read the rules and guidelines not just for officer, but also for Imperial Command, so I have an idea of how everything works and what rules we have to follow. Last but not least, I am in the DT regiment, so I know how to maintain a sense of seriousness thanks to their rules and guidelines. What can you do to assist command with this rank? To assist command I would attempt to enforce the rules to create a sensation of respect within the battalion, host sims often both for ground and space combat and making sure enlisted and NCOs get the help they need if they are unsure of what to do in certain situations. I would also do whatever is within my power to improve activity in SF and making sure the rest of the server sees this regiment not as a minge battalion, but rather a team of professional imperial pilots who deserve to be treated with respect. Of course communication with command will be key, so I'll do my best to maintain communication by contacting the right people and following CoC to allow command to see the results of everything going on in SF and analyze what can improve. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the NCO rank? Absolutely.
  7. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : SF WCMDR SRW HTO Quicky 0072 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Starfighter Vice Marshall 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I wish to help the current command members, where I can. I have been active, and I wish to help do sims, tryouts, and help with the roster update. I wish to take everyone’s suggestions into consideration, and make everyone feel included. I wish to make SF a better community, and overall a fun regiment for everyone who wants to give it a try. I wish to help the newer people of the community, and help them learn, and do more on the server. I wish to help the best I can, whether that is tryouts, trainings, sims, or docs/roster. I have been active to the best of my ability, and wish to be able to help more than I can now, and now that school is out I have a lot more free-time on my hands. I wish to help enlisted and NCO’s, feel more comfortable, and able to speak up and voice their ideas. As everyone's opinion matters. I wish to help NCO’s with their questions, help with their first sims, and make everyone have more fun. I wish to bond more with our brother battalion naval, and do more passive rp to happen. I wish to bond more with every battalion, with passive rp, and sims/trainings. I wish to help encourage passive rp, as for refueling, fixing up ships, etc. I ask everyone for suggestions, and always take them into consideration. I try to never let anyone's opinion go to waste, and always make sure everyone feels like their idea gets taken into account. Everyday I ask anyone if the need help, or for any suggestions to make the battalion better. In what ever that is in documents, passive rp, or just overall. I have been HTO for sometime now, and a VL, and Lead. I have learned how to adapt to changes and help everyone in the process. I have been pushed hard as in 2 weeks from joining the battalion I got officer, was the AHTO, and VL of sentry, pushing and testing my limits of what I can do and proving I can handle a lot. As joining a new battalion is hard I wish to make it easier. As I've been apart of this battalion for a long time I wish to do more then I can now. I always wished I could help command more then I can now, and hopefully will be able too. I have tried to lead when I can, and get more involved with all the battalions on the server, in hopes for some more passive RP. I have been in this battalion for over 4 months now, and have been able to help lead during events and whenever someone is needed. I have tried to be able to understand where everyone is coming from, and if I make a mistake I wish to fix it, instead of letting it tear the battalion apart. A lot of the time I'm the highest on, and with that comes challenges, I take charge and make sure my orders get heard, and usually everything goes smoothly. I always ask new members if I can do anything to help them in the battalion, like getting the a tryout for the squad the wish to join, helping with flying, or just helping understand our rules. I hope to be able to do a lot more then I can now, and help lead this battalion as its been my home since the very start. I have had my challenges but I have overcome them and learned from my mistakes, which in all has made me a better leader. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 6 weeks Battlemetrics - https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/962593055 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? A commander is there to help everyone's time in the regiment. A commander has the responsible to keep the documents up to date, and keep the roster up to date. Bring things up with other command members of their regiment. They need to make sure that all of command are on the same page. If there is a problem or a suggestion, they need to make sure to work with everyone, and not jump to conclusions. As the commander is the last go to in their branch. They are also responsible for including other battalions and bonding with them all as this is always very important. They are to give there battalion some passive rp to do, sims, and over all just bonding with everyone. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have been playing on this server for over about over year, I have been active, and tried my best to help where I can. I’ve been a shock MAJ, and am now a starfighter Wingcommander/COL. I am also a senior moderator for gaminglight. I do believe I was somewhat a minge, but I have tried to improve, and put to the test with becoming COL. In the past as I wish to continue being able to lead, and help. Over time I have learned what to do, and what not to do. I wish to help anyone as much as I can, as I have been a AHTO since the beginning of NCO, I learned a lot, and did more than officers at NCO. I was also a Vice Lead at the beginning of officer, I climbed up, and earned some respect. I wish to treat everyone how I would like to be treated. As of now I am now a lead, and the HTO. Since two weeks into the battalion I was given officer, and challenged with a lot of responsibility, back then I did tryouts non-stop, and tried helping everyone I could. As HTO, and Lead it was a big responsibility and I had a lot of learning to do, I was challenged and pushed but I never faulterd. I have been on this server for over a year now, and have tried to do my best. I have always tried to fix my mistakes, and if I ever do something wrong I always try to fix it. I have been in the battalion for sometime now, and have tried to get along with everyone. As most of the time I'm the highest on I work on my struggles with being mute, but still doesn't stop me from leading, as my orders get through to everyone. 7. 8. What is your IGN? (In-Game-Name) Manjini What Regiment are you applying for? The Imperial Starfighter corps Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? First, I want to prove to someone that I know that I can go further in the rank of SF. I also want to be the starfighter vice-marshal to help the battalion that let me in with open hands. I think as I started in SF welcomed me with open hands, and in a way, I feel like I have to bring all my power also to help people think the course of the battalion as I am, as someone said, "if you feel you are ready for something to do it"-a good person from SF. So in a way, I want to prove to people what I can do for this battalion and help as much as I can around the Starfighter community. And last but not least, I want to become the vice marshal of SF because I was to prove to everyone that the old Manjini is gone. And the new one that has been hardworking and tried his best for this battalion is going to new unreachable heights that people told me I could not make. How much game time do you have on the server? I have over all on the server around 4 weeks. What is the Main Purpose of a Vice-commander for a branch Well the first thing is to help the marshal as much as possible either it be with documents, roster updates, over all doing what the marshal needs help with. Then we also have to watch over the Star fighter community. and over all helping the battalion grow stronger and stronger. Then we also have to look over are Squadron (pretty much specialties) like Cobra, Sentry, Gladius, this battalions are one of the biggest and very important things you can do as a vice marshal for SF because its little branches you have to look over. Then you also have to work with High command to try to help them in any way they will need your help. And the most important thing I think that a vice marshal should do is make there battalion better and more efficient. Why should we trust you with this position. Well, you should trust me with this position firstly because people in SF had told me from when I started as an SF to when I ended. I have changed from when I began to the position I'm not right now in a good way about how I act and how much help I have gotten to people. I also right now have a prominent leadership position as a squadron lead for Gladius. You should also trust me with the time and work, and time I have put into the Starfighter community. Then also but not least, I also have had no problems with people in the Starfighter community. How often can you be online? I can be online in the week from the time shown below Monday <4PM-12 PM EST> 8 Hours Tuesday <4PM-12 PM EST> 8 Hours Wednesday <4PM-12 PM EST> 8 Hours Thursday <4PM-12 PM EST> 8 Hours Friday <1PM-3 AM EST> 14 hours Saturday <1PM-3 AM EST> 14 hours Sunday <1PM-12 PM EST> 12 hours AVG=8 hours a week Overall= 72 hours. Do you have any warnings? yes, i have 1 Ktap from 1 month ago Roberto or as most in this community knows me Manjini 5/13/21
  9. Ptob’s SNR Marshall Resignation To All SF, It was fun serving you guys, To the ones who are new, to the ones who are old, and to the ones who have already moved onto other things. It was great to play with you guys and meet a community of new people. How the future of SF will look is unknown to me but it is up to everyone of you to build a future for it. There are problems I feel that I’ve fixed I think since I’ve been in command. However, there are problems I hoped to fix like flying at high player count and things like that but I couldn't accomplish that at all. Maybe a new command in the future will be able to fix the issues I failed to fix, but that is all a mystery. I hope that I have done enough for all of you, I hope I have made SF a fun battalion to be in. We in the past have been called one of the mingest battalions and in some cases that is true, but we have fixed that. However, the people who call us that do not know how we work for the battalion, Only some of them realize that our main purpose of flying is greatly limited when we have high player counts, We have to make our own fun and we have to stay entertained, I appreciate all of you that stayed in the battalion even though it wasn't too much fun at points, and I understand why some of you left because of the same reason. To all the battalions, SF is not your personal chauffeur, Please shut it if you think we are, I have had to report a good chunk of you because of these words, If you think you can disrespect us then go somewhere else. SF I appreciate you all, all of you are the reason I stayed and got to SNR Marshall is because of you guys, it's been fun o7. In honesty I wanted to stay either till we got our new map or till my 3 month anniversary as command on 2.28.2021, but with a member of my command being incompetent and not listening to me then my choice is obvious. Specific People Azir - I wish you were still VM, You were removed unfairly for a thing you explained and then told to just roll over like a dog, It was an unfair treatment from high command. Soph - Soph... , You have a lot to work on, you're egotistic, you always do what is better for yourself instead of the battalion, you disagree with me and go against what I tell you to do all the time. I told you to respect the sentries and to let them guard you so they have something to do yet you tell me no just because they annoy you, you need to do what's best for the battalion and not for yourself. You say you don't want to be commander and yet you stay as a Vice Commander, make up your mind. You never do anything during the meeting, literally during the last one I did all the meeting notes, I did all the talking, I asked you to do promotions and I had to step in to finish it. Either step up or step down. Sitting on bridge all day isn't helping SF, and sitting in the command office isn't helping SF either. Deaky - Deaky, good luck with command. You are the only command that in a bit I see fit for commander at this time, If you wait a bit you may be able to achieve that, but that is completely up to you and your ability to do things for SF Sully - It was fun being under your command twice, both in Shock and in SF. Good luck your second time around in Shock. Metall and Rosa - Good luck, I’d be happy for either of you to get VM if a spot opens, you two have been great officers and have been productive with both of your subdivisions, Metall you brought Sentry up from the slump it was in and Rosa you have been active and helping Cobra a bunch and deserved Lead. Rosa it's been fun playing with you in SF, racing to the highest rank (I think I beat you), I hope one day you may be able to get command but that is entirely up to you. Metall same goes for you, you and Rosa have the same chance at VM if a spot does open up, so good luck to both of you. Taros - Sad to see you go from SF, I tried to wait for your ban appeal to end and what you brought to me after, but there wasn't much I could do. Classy - Your a good Tarkin and you could probably be a good Thrawn but you need to work on things, you removed one of my command members and while not entirely your decision you jumped to the gun and removed, influenced by the opinion of others and although Azir gave his opinion and the truth which you agreed to (I was watching it through screen share) you still removed him telling him to make it look like he resigned to save his dignity, give him a SF officer rank, or just remove him. You’ve also removed one of my officers who made a mistake and was misunderstood, I was waiting for more evidence and the ban appeal to end, even the person who reported him said to wait, but you again jumped on the gun going over my opinion and removing them. You let the opinions of others guide you too much, think for yourself. WiN - You supervise SF but in reality you don't do that much, You do Sims with us from time to time and guide from time to time, but a lot of the time you're just telling me to remove people without waiting time to let things play out. If you continue to supervise it you need to step up and guide the command instead of just sitting on the side lines.
  10. What is your name? Brand What is your rank? SA How long have you been an Enlisted? 3 or 4 days. What rank are you applying for? SP How many strikes do you have? 0 Why should we trust you with a NCO rank? I believe I can be trusted with the rank of NCO because I was in Starfighter Corps once before and got NCO before I resigned, I also have been DX9 and VTOL Trained and am really hoping to get into Cobra Squad. I am very active, I'm on almost every single day, and I know a lot of the other people in SF. I am also in Naval and Royal Guard and have never gotten a strike on either of them. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? I can host tryouts and assist in them if asked to, I can also help people in SF if they don't understand something in the Regiment. If anyone has questions they could ask me and I would hopefully have an answer! Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the Enlisted rank? Yes.
  11. From what I've seen and heard from my SF, GMs, and Other Staff, The TIEs have been made obsolete either by an intentional update or a bug in a update. The TIEs cannot do any damage to LFS ships anymore making SFs role and one of it's main attributes disappear over a single update. I'm wondering if this would be able to be fixed so the TIEs can shoot other LFS ships and take part in events as they are meant to be. Issue: TIEs don't do damage to other LFS ships.
  12. Ptob’s Starfighter Marshall Application (If you thought my VM app was long wait to read this one) Questions: What Is Your IGN? - Vice Marshall Ptob What Regiment Are You Applying For? - Imperial Starfighter Corps Why Do You Want To Be Commander Of This Battalion? - I want to be commander of this battalion because over the days, weeks, and months I have been in SF since Blunt’s to Frank’s and to Sully’s command I have tried to make SF a better battalion through and with the help of the command members. Over my time as a starfighter I’ve met a lot of people and made friends with a lot of them. People like Azir, Deaky, Rosa, Soph, Sully, and many others have made me want to make SF a better place for others to join and make friends through. While we are a semi-serious RP server we are still a community of people and a social hub for the unsocial. I've made friends with people I never thought I would make friends with and shared things I didn't think I’d ever be comfortable to share with people over the internet. I want to be commander because I want people to have a place for people to be friends and to chill with others. I was brought into SF by Magic, and from then I’ve brought in a decent size group of people, some of those people have left but others have stayed making friends with others and expanding the community. How Much Game Time Do You Have On The Server? - In Game Counter: 3 Weeks (Just got the One Month Award) - Joined GL: August 22nd 2020 (126 Days) - Joined SF: 9/23/2020 (94 Days) What Is The Main Purpose Of A Commander For A Branch? - I’ve written my Vice Marshall app before and I don't want to sound like a parrot just saying the same thing I said in there however I still believe in what I said minus the Vice Marshall specific parts. As I said in my previous application to be a commander isn't to be strict all the time with your battalion all the time, unless your DT or IF, being command shouldn't be just bossing around people, I’ve seen first hand what bossing around and just ordering people can do to a person and a battalion in whole and in reality ruling with an iron fist isn't a good thing all the time. Sometimes in life, being in charge you need to be able to make connections with people, Not just making connections with your officers or other command members but the enlisted, the NCOs, other battalions. Being in command you should be making connections and bridging together people to make the ship a unified entity where everyone can work together to make things run smoothly but also in a fun manner. Being lite on your troopers is a good thing, while it may look like you are letting them off easy in reality you are giving them a second chance to improve on their ways even if others don't see it that way. Take STs for example, as everyone knows there is some bias to the STs on the server and some of that bias is truthful in occasions of raids or regular minging, But never forget that there is always a diamond in the rough. One of those STs that may be a bit mingey at first may actually turn into one of your best NCO, Officer, or even command in the future. As command right now I know a few people who like to minge, but instead of kicking them I try to steer them in the right direction. However, While a lite approach to situations can be a good thing, too much of it can turn into something bad and at points you will need to have a more solid demeanor. At points in time people will go over the line, they will get a second chance too many times and to preserve the nature, peace, and efficiency of a battalion or ship you cannot be soft on them. When someone minges too much or when they crash into bridge you need to strike them, you need to teach them that some fun is ok but you also need to still follow the rules and regulations. I know this has been going a bit long but hold on. As a commander your job isn't to be one or the other forever it's to be able to switch between these when the time is appropriate, You need to have a soft approach when someone makes a mistake but needs to learn from it, but you also need to be able to switch to a hard approach when someone has crossed the line, disrespecting both the players, command, and server in whole. As a command you have to make connections to the players of the servers, hosting sims between battalions, helping other battalions with duties they may need during events, Helping battalions and engaging in passive RP with other battalions. In the end the job of being in command boils down to a few simple things, Making connections between players and battalions, Being able to rule fairly and decide in tough situations, and making situations into something others can learn from to help improve themselves and their battalion. Why Should We Trust You To Be A Commander? - I'm going to go over a list of reasons and achievements I have in order for the readers of this app to understand why I should be trusted with command, As well as answering some of the rebuttals that may come up in the comments below. Firstly, I have been in SF for the long run, going through 3-ish commands, if you count Frank as CAO and only command as a command. I have been in SF for 94 days becoming an NCO in around 16 days under Blunt’s command, after that I got to Officer in about a month after that. I was an officer for a total of 25 days, in the middle of that time I applied for Vice Marshall being accepted 8 days later during our large promotion ceremony on the 28th of november. From that point I have been marshall for almost a month, tomorrow being the anniversary of when I got accepted as the Vice Marshall of the Starfighter Corps. As an officer and carrying onto my role as Vice Marshall Me and Sully created the SF Sentry’s, This was a ground division of SF that I was going to lead if not given Vice Marshall, As the lead prior to the division being accepted I created and spruced up both the SOP and the tryout document to have the subdivision ready if it were to be accepted by Hotshot and HC which in the end it did. Going off of that when I became Vice Marshall I was tasked with overseeing all of the subdivisions, As the overseer I encouraged tryouts and helped to get the Sentry Cores off the ground when it was initiated by Classy and Hotshot, as well as helping the Cobra Squadron and Onyx Squadron. As an Officer I was in charge of our tryout system, getting more people active and making changes to our tryout guide when needed, When I became VM I entrusted those jobs (Sentry Lead and Head Training Officers) to the people I trusted most (Azir and Soph) to carry on the tasks needed to be done while still under my supervision if intervention was needed. As an Officer and Command I created a few more documents that we’re needed for SF. As the HTO I created a training document for learning how to fly our transport ships (DX9 and VTOL) so that our SF can be as efficient as possible to achieve our greatest potential, as VM I created a new Officer SOP, I created this because seeing we aren't army we can't use the Army Officer SOP, also due to SF having a few different rules for Defcons, Evacuations, Promotion Limits, and Striking. This document helps officers so instead of directing questions to others and having to wait for responses they can access this document and find the answers they need in the matter of a few seconds. With the help of Sully we have made the battalion super active and bringing in new members every day, Whenever a problem has arisen me, Sully, and Soph have worked as a team to get it fixed as soon as possible so as to not affect SF too harshly. I tried to get more stuff added for SF so that our players can have something to look forward to when they log on, things like the TIE Bomber (Which got denied) and the Sentry Subdivision which I’ve already talked about a bit here. As a command member I try to fill out my expectations as much as is expected, doing roster updates, staying active, and bringing more TRNs into the battalion. I’ve also along with the help of the Aviation Officers, Naval HC, and Other SF have tried making more connections between SF and Naval, helping Aviation Officers be more in touch with our SF and helping them with SIMs, as well as with Sully’s Idea letting AOs oversee our subdivisions allowing them to be more active and have things to do with SF more than just managing them. I know a few people or maybe a majority of people in the chat will have a few things to say about me. One of the things I wanna jump in front of is the fact that I’ve only been in command for a month and that this is my first command role. While this is true and in fact I have a lot to learn in order to be the most effective, I feel that what I have done as VM under Sully has prepared me well for the role of Marshall. My tasks and ability to fulfill my duties as VM I think help to show that I am ready to become Marshall after Sully. With the help of the other command, AOs, Naval HC. and general SF I feel that I can make an excellent Marshall. I have tried my hardest as a VM to make sure that everyone who can know me knows me and knows me in a good manner, Talking to other command and possibly future command to make sure that as a command member I am in good standing with most of other command so that our battalions can have a positive relation. I feel the fact that I have written this much and put this much effort shows how much I care for SF and how much this Marshall position means to me so I can make SF better. Summary (For People Who Don't Want To Read My Essay): Brought new updates into SF such as the Sentry. Made Connections with other command members to ensure good relations. Helped to make connections between our AOs and our SF. Supported Sully as VM. Learned from Sully. Completed my Duties with Roster Update and being active. Helped to host SIMs for SF. Made new documents and edited old ones (Flight Cert, Officer SOP, SOP, Tryout Guide, Sentry SOP, Sentry Tryout Guide.) Entrusted people with leadership positions. Been in SF for over 3 months. Encouraged Tryouts. How Often Can You Be Online? - Pretty often, Due to my school being all online there is not much I can do due to Covid. So at the current moment I have a lot of time on my hands. Alike to others I am also on christmas break currently, I usually wake up around 8 AM CST and get on around 10, Due to break and family issues I've been taking a bit of a break but that was a short thing that doesn't affect my time at the moment. Do You Have Any Warnings? - No, Almost got one for killing a purge who was shooting at a TIE from the bottom of the map but due to myself not using Medal at the time there was no evidence to support my side and the purge claimed to be signaling the SF to pick him up, In the end I only got a verbal warning for Tmod Quicky. 13. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) SF GC CSVL AHTO Soph 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Starfighter Corps 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be Vice Marshall because I want to take less stress off of Sully and be able to help the Starfighter Corps in any way, shape or form possible. Being apart of the Starfighter Corps has been amazing so far and I would love to help Sully with roster updates, subdivision additions, and to cut down the minging/disrespect in Starfighter Corps. I have many ideas that I will discuss with Sully for Starfighter Corps. I am also third in command of Starfighter Corps, holding that position takes a lot of responsibility and dedication, which I feel I have done this role well in helping Ptob and Sully. I am also working on new documents for the battalion such as DX9 and Vtol certification, make sure the Tryout Guidelines are up to date as well as Cobra Squad’s SOP. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 2 weeks. I first played the server on 10/17/2020. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander for any branch is to make sure their battalion is active, serious, fun to play on and not toxic. In my example of being an SF Vice Marshall, our biggest issue is definitely minging. I won’t make SF too serious due to the fact that I do want it to still be fun and enjoyable to play on, I will definitely make sure the minging cuts down in SF. This correlates to the fact that SF will be looked better upon and less mingey with my guidance. Another main purpose is activity. I will make sure SF is active due to the sub-division’s having constant sims/training’s, as well as ground sims which Sully does on DS-01 and pings to the battalion in discord when necessary. SF has a rule to pump out at least 4 tryouts a day which hasn’t been enforced too hard but due to our recent lack of activity in the past few days, I will have to enforce this rule and training officers will be punished accordingly if shown they are not doing tryouts. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? You should trust me with Vice Marshall because I am a very trustworthy person as well as leading Cobra Squad as Cobra Squad Vice Lead and being the Assistant Head Training Officer takes a lot of responsibility and dedication to be put into the great Starfighter Corps. I am also very respected by the people in Starfighter Corps, earning this trust and respect over time by my many varying ways of helping anyone with anything they need. I believe to be known throughout the community of ImperialRP as a serious person, and someone people can trust with anything they need done. Another reason I should be trusted with this role is due to the fact that Officer’s in SF respect me as third in command, as well as most people do come to me for issues then if brought serious enough, I will bring up to Sully. 7. How often can you be Online? Everyday for 5-7 hours. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) I have zero warnings.
  14. What do you want to see? A Sub-division addition to the Starfighter Corps, the Sentry. Why should we add it? The Starfighter Corps Sentry is a subdivision to the SF battalion, The job of the sentries are to both guard SHB during events (Both to decrease lag from more LFS ships in the sky, also to hold off enemies while other SF deploy), as well as guarding our Vice Marshall and Marshall. The members of this subdivision will be under strict watch by a lead, following a SOP, and a rigorous Tryout as to weed out any unprepared members of SF. The battalion will have certain tasks depending on what is going on and who is currently on. During events the subdivision will watch SHB, Moonpool, and Tie Hangar Bays to clear them of any enemies coming from other parts of the ship and from dropods, so SF dealing with air combat can launch with ease. During passive rp depending on who's online, The sentries will have at least one guard with the Vice Marshall and Marshall at all times. If no starfighter command is online or we have more sentries on then needed for the VM and M, then the sentries will protect SHB Doors, SHB Control room, and Command Office (These are areas of high minging when SF are doing things). The Sentries will be prepared for anything: Spamming SHB buttons, running in bunks, stolen TIEs, RDMing STs, and any other thing that can be thrown at them. What are the advantages of having this? The first advantage of having this subdivision is that Starfighter Corp’s insane amount of activity recently proves that sometimes during events, we can’t have all 12+ of us flying at the same time. An easy fix is adding this class, a unit which doesn’t have to fly, but has the ability to if activity in SF is lack-luster. A second reason this is an advantage is because this gives some SF more passive-rp, being stationed at an sector or an VIP, as well as making SF a more serious battalion. Who is it mainly for? Starfighter Corps, as well as helping out security for SHB, as there usually isn’t Shock stationed there, when the occasional minge goes into SHB Control Room the Sentries will have it handled. This also can help SF during any important time, when we are deploying they can make sure there isn’t any minge ready to steal our TIEs, as well as protect Training Officers when doing tryouts from any disturbance. 15. What do you want to see? - Add more job slots to Starfighter Engineer + Starfighter Ground Armor jobs. Why should we add it? - SF's activity has been popping and we need more NCO slots so they can actually play the game. What are the advantages of having this? - Being able to have more SF on at once. 17. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : SF GC CSO HTO Ptob 2301 GC - Major Army Rank Equivalent 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Starfighter Corps Vice Marshall 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be the Vice Marshall of SF because I have been in SF for about 2 months already and I’m really dedicated to it. Starting on 9/23/2020 I was brought into SF by Magic, From there I rose through the ranks making NCO on 10/05/2020 under Blunts leadership. While an NCO I made a lot of friends in SF, people who you meet and want to keep talking to even if you all stop playing the same game, people who you don't just play with and say see you later. I want to be a Vice Marshall of SF because I want to be able to continue those friendships and pave the way for others in SF to form those connections and be a part of this group of people. I also want to lead SF and make it even better than it is currently, creating changes to our PTS, helping to keep our tryouts at a good number everyday, and establish new squadrons and edit our squadrons to make them more active and more prevalent in SF. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Two Weeks, Joined GamingLight 8/22/2020 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of the Vice Marshall is both to help the Marshall as well as lead. Leading the enlisted is a broad idea and every command has a different idea of how that should be done. Leading the enlisted doesn't just mean to bark orders at them and expect them to do it, The purpose of leading is to form connections with all of your members to both create relationships as well as establish trust with everyone. That however doesn't mean you don't have to be strict at times, Sometimes as a commander you need to tell your officers, NCOs, and Enlisted what's what, and at points you will have to make enemies with people you didn't want to make enemies with for the best of your battalion. The purpose of the commander is to be a mediator between the battalions and the people inside of battalions, setting up sims between battalions with other commanders or enlisted, settling disputes between 2 battalions or 2 members of SF, as well as every day problem solving for the battalion. Being a commander means making hard choices, sometimes you have to do what the majority of the battalion is asking for while at other times you need to decide what is best for everyone, even if your members don't entirely agree. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I feel that I should be trusted with a command spot because, I have been with SF for about 2 months at this point (9/23/2020), making NCO in around 16 days (10/05/2020), and then making officer in around a month (11/03/2020). From there I have been an officer for 17 days. As a NCO I hosted an abundant amount of tryouts helping to bring new enlisted into SF. As an officer my responsibilities were large as we only have around 3 officers in total and I'm the highest ranking on. Officers are a trusted position that means you need to be prepared to lead and direct people, and to be one of three helps to show my responsibility and leadership. As an Officer I was made the Head Training Officer (HTO), as the head training officer I have edited our Tryout Guide making it more understandable for our NCOs, creating new questions off of our SOP and clarifying things that in earlier editions were mildly confusing. As the HTO I also wanted to make sure the people using the tryout guide the most (NCOs) had a voice in it, so I created a suggestion form for those NCOs who felt that things should be added, removed, or just changed. Along with those things, I also helped to get all of our NCOs tryout certified, making sure they both knew how to host tryouts, and later as tryout supervisors how to help lower NCOs and High Enlisted in hosting tryouts. As the HTO I also strived to keep track of who was doing what with a personal roster to keep track of my AHTO, Supervisors, Training Officers, and Officers in Training (as well as their amount of tryouts completed / watched). I helped to create a brand new tryout guide for our transportation certification which we never had and needed somewhat badly to have a uniform DX9 and VTOL certification process. For our squadrons I was a officer in one of our squadrons helping out our lead, Later I both helped to create a new subdivision, helping to create both the SOP and Tryout Guidelines for the subdivision, and led it, testing out of tryouts on SF, and assigning someone to be a assistant lead if I'm no longer able to lead it. I am trusted by all of the members of SF to lead them, as well as trusted by our current Vice Marshall Sully. 7. How often can you be Online? : I’m usually on about everyday, using getting on around 4 CST and getting off around 8-12, On weekends I usually work 4-8 but I’m on before I start, Now with my school going all online I can spend more time on SF, getting on around 8am and getting off around 10-ish PM depending on what I need to get finished. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : No, Closest to a warning I got was a verbal warning from T-Mod Quicky a good month ago, because of a purge who I killed thinking he was trying to shoot down TIEs while he was at the bottom of the map.
  18. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Vice Marshall Sully 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Starfighter Corps 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would love to be chosen for Marshall of the Starfighter Corps due to me becoming more of a lead representative for SF. This branch has made my Gaminglight Imperial experience amazing, with all of the new people and environment I've found in this branch. Another reason I would love to be the Marshall is due to the fact that my branch entrusts me with this position, and I believe would love for me to become the Marshall, which I am proud to say. Also, due to my previous experience as a Shock Commander for a while I know what it takes to lead a battalion, and I believe I have already proved myself hitting 22 SF online when I became Vice Marshall. The last reason I want to become Marshall is due to the fact I believe some of my Officers should reach for higher ranks and try to apply for Vice Marshall, and I would like to have two of those slots open so there is spots open to have 2 great Vice Marshalls, which if I have the chance to recommend, I definitely will. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 7+ weeks, 9th highest on the server in Hotshot's Casino. I first joined the server on 4/20 of this year. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose for a Command member of any branch on the wonderful Gaminglight ImperialRP is to keep your battalion active, mature and as well as making sure your troopers have a good time when they hop on. Due to me luckily being a Gamemaster, I have the privilege of doing many sims for SF, usually doing 1 or 2 Team Deathmatch/Capture the Flag/Hide and Seek/Among Us/Protect the VIP/Search and Destroy sims per day. A way to keep the battalion active is to be an approachable command member, which I believe I am. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I should be trusted as a Commander due to my great amount of work I have put into the great Starfighter Corps. These works are such as; making the most active SF I've seen since I have joined the server, when I am on during active hours (4-8pm EST) there is around 7+ SF on at all times. One more reason I should be trusted as Marshall is due to my revival of the two Squadrons of SF, Cobra and Onyx which each have around 6+ members, making SF more active. I also am working on creating another huge sub-division for SF, which will spike activity even more. Another reason I should be accepted is during my time as SF so far I have: - Created the most active SF seen on the server in a very long time - Updated the Squadrons, SOP + Tryout Guidelines - Made many people become dedicated for SF, showing I am capable of creating an active battalion with great Officers and NCOs. - I have essentially been alone as Vice Marshall besides help from SL Ptob (whom I recommend for VM), proving that I can handle Marshall as I've made SF great again. - Been a very active Command member, being online for around 4 hours a day when I don't have school or work, which is pretty much 5/7 days of the week. - I have created trust with many people in Naval, as SF is a Naval Sub-Branch I find it key in that we keep good relations, as I am good friends with CAO Frank(who scared me at first) as well as many other important higher ups. - Created the Training Officer system, making SF more organized for tryouts as well as had created a grand Officer+NCO core, trusting each and every one of them with any task I might hand them. - Took over the battalion nicely, as Marshall Blunt retired, all the stress was on Frank and when I took over I fixed everything, re-did the Important-Info in discord (last updated in February), as well as update the roster and remove inactive/toxic Officers. - Done many different types of SIMS for SF, who are constantly being rewarded for staying active and giving SF a good reputation. - Became trust-worthy, as many people saw me as someone who didn't give a care for their regiment have flipped many heads around. - Cleaned out the roster of anyone rude/disrespectful to anyone as well as removed inactive people to give chances for more of the shiny's. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am online 5-6/7 days a week for around 3-4 hours. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have three warnings, two from around a year ago as well as one from about a month ago, which I was going to appeal due to me being warned by a GM, but ran into an issue with my recording software. None of these warnings have any worry in the matter as none of them were me as an SF which I take very seriously. -Thank you for taking my application into consideration. -Vice Marshall Sully
  19. What is your name? Oddball What is your rank? EP How long have you been a NCO? 1-2 weeks What rank are you applying for? FL How many strikes do you have? None. Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? You should trust me with Officer rank because I'm very active on SF and very mature. I'll make sure to decrease the amount of minging on SF and to correct NCO's and enlisted's mistakes. I may not be the best Officer SF has ever seen or I might not be the nicest, but I will try my hardest and to set a good role model for enlisted to look up to. I will try to strive for greatness in SF and will show all the other battalions just how good the SF really are. I'm applying for officer so I can help make SF even better then it is now. Ever since I became a NCO, I have learned so much for other Officers on what a good officer looks like and the responsibility they have and I'm ready to take those challenges on. What can you do to assist command with this rank? I wanna help SF and to make it even better than it already is now, I wanna help lead the enlisted and NCO's and to provide a good role model on how they should act while on SF and show why they should work harder in SF so they can also become a NCO or officer and to also help any enlisted who makes a mistake and show them what they did wrong and how they can fix it so it can never happens again in the future and to answer any question they have about SF and the purpose they have in it. Also I will make sure that all enlisted/NCO's are following SOP and the rules of SF. I will also not be afraid to take lead of SF during an event if no higher up is there to. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the NCO rank? Yes I fully understand that if I were to be striked within the first week that I will be put back down to the NCO rank.
  20. What is your name? Oddball What is your rank? SP Who gave you permission? Vice Marshal Sully and Chief Aviation Officer Frank. What Squadron are you applying for? Onyx Squadron. What can you do to assist the Squadron Leader? What I can do for the squadron leader is to help him/her out the best I can when they need it or ask for it, I feel as if the squad has been dead for so long and I think its time to make it alive again and make it so only the best of the best is allowed in. I will also be trying my hardest while in the squad and will make sure that everyone in the squad is doing things right and not messing around. What skills do you have to be apart of this Squadron? The skills i have in order to apart of this squad is that I'm very skilled in air combat , and I know how to handle myself when I'm under pressure while in air combat. And I know how provide CAS (=Close Air Support) while there are other troopers are on ground and to make sure that none of the trooper get hurt by me when providing CAS. Do you understand if you are striked you will be removed from the Squadron? Yes, I fully understand the consequences and terms for if I was to be striked.
  21. What is your name? Oddball What is your rank? TP How long have you been an Enlisted? 21 days, I was LOA for one week for bad grades in school. What rank are you applying for? SP How many strikes do you have? None. Why should we trust you with a NCO rank? I have been very dedicated to SF since I first joined and I haven't stopped being dedicated to it because I really do enjoy being part of SF. Ever since I joined SF, I have been learning so much about the responsibility of a NCO and the things they do and that only made me want to become one even more. The one time I went on LOA was for having bad grades and during that time it felt like I was missing out on so much stuff and that only made me want to get on SF even more and to try even harder just to make for the time I lost. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? I wanna help SF and to make it even better than it is now, I wanna help lead the enlisted and provide a good example on how to become a NCO and why they should work harder in SF and to help any enlisted who makes a mistake and show them what they did wrong and how they can fix it so it never happens again and to answer any question they have about SF and the purpose in it. Also I will make sure that all enlisted are following SOP and the rules of SF. I will also not be afraid to take lead of SF during an event if no one else steps up. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the Enlisted rank? I fully understand the consequences and terms for if I were to be striked for the first couple of weeks but I am very confident in my skills and ability's that this will never happen.
  22. What is your name? Ben What is your rank? Senior Airman How long have you been an Enlisted? 17 days active +15 inactive days What rank are you applying for? SP How many strikes do you have? None Why should we trust you with a NCO rank? I have been dedicated to SF to the point where one time I was on for 15 days straight because of how much I love SF and i would never want to leave it. I play on SF more then all of my donator jobs. I have been learning the responsibilities of an NCO. I was on LOA to take a break and I highly regret it because I feel like I was left so far behind but after the LOA I have not joined any job for more than 5 minutes other than SF. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank? I can lead the enlisted and keep them in check while they're away or busy because sometimes they could use a little help to make sure the enlisted are following the SOP and rules of SF. I can also lead during events whether we are flying or on ground armor. We need to be in formation when flying for events when there are no enemies and I think I can make sure we are. Do you agree that if you are striked within the first week you will be put back down to the Enlisted rank? I of course understand this and am confident in my abilities not to be striked. Reason for edit: corrected misspellings and added to why I should be trusted
  23. Right now we don't even use the room across from our bunks for anything and if we make this our DB room we can have more Couches for the NCO and Enlisted. We also don't really have room in our bunks for PDB anyhow so this would give us more room if we have more SF on the 6 NCO or Enlisted

  25. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Emily 2. What Regiment are you applying for?: Starfighter 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?: Whenever the subject of Starfighter comes up it’s always something Negative in my opinion and the usual thing I hear is “They’re mingey.”, “Inactive.” or something negative that has happened in the past. My experience as a FL, SFL, and MP has shown me that not many branches or people respect SF because of the past and it’s understandable. Now, I am not saying that SF are all negative because my experience has shown me that they’re actually very kind and respectful. I wanna be a Vice Marshal so I can change the branch beside VM Blunt. I plan to do this regardless however I plan to host more training, have others do tryouts, or simply encourage activity. One of the main reasons I wanna become Vice Marshal is to lead SF into a respected path alongside VM Blunt. These are more passive reasons but these reasons are also important. I wanna lead SF by having them do more tryouts, encouraging promotions and doing promotions (Hopefully NCO) and teaching SF how to maintain flight and increase skill in airspace formations as well. 4. How much game time do you have on the server?: I have 2 weeks. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?: The main purpose of a Vice Marshal is to lead and manage the Starfighter battalion. How can he do this? There’s hundreds of things that a Vice Marshal can do while in this type of position. I will be naming a hundred. If you read the entire thing, I love you. If you don’t, hopefully skimming this is good. Is this overdoing? Yes but It was late and I was bored so I figured I’d show how much this means to me. 1: Encourage activity by doing @’s and also speaking to NCO’s to encourage tryouts and activity through discord. 2: Training with SF by having increasing skill in flying and shooting. 3: Simple ground training by doing formations, faces and target practice. 4: Trigger discipline and simulation practice. 5: Game night, showing your troopers that strictness isn’t all that a Vice Marshal can do and having fun is an important thing too. 6: Patrolling the ISD and doing correct formations while patrolling. Double column or Single Columns. 7: Explaining a Tie Fighter and Tie Interceptor by showing what parts are which and what Tie parts are on each vehicle. 8: Testing SF on their knowledge of both ties then informing them of Ties. 9: Passively roleplaying by fixing Tie’s or parts that fit on a tie. 10: Breaching training. This is important in case SF cannot fly and need to join troopers on the field. 11: SF PVP by having teams set up and having them vs each other with Tie Fighters. 12: A Simulation where SF will fight droid ships made from Imperials that assist in training. 13: Dismantling enemy ships from previous battles. 14: Having SF do a supply pick up from the DS01 and passively roleplaying on refilling ships and supplies. 15: Teaching SF how to be respectful and kind by saluting, and also respectfully not interrupting tryouts. 16: Teach NCO’s correct training to keep SF organized and also well taught. 17: Practice with advanced Flyers to increase skill and others (Have a simulation with other branches such as IF, or DT’s that can fly.) 18: Search through SOP and update things accordingly and more easily to encourage troopers to read through the SOP more often and also give themselves knowledge. 19: Have bunk inspections with SF and weapon inspections as well. 20: Have a Tie Fighter or Interceptor inspection and inspecting weapons, thrusters, targeting systems and more.. 21: Actively updating roster and checking enlisted to see when the last promotion was. 22: This is mean but it’s also good to remove inactive people based on last promotion and last login. 23: Enjoy the good times. Hang out with your branch and have a good time while also making sure they stay active. 24: Stay active on forums and also maybe take some good screenshots of moments from SF. 25: Speak to old Marshals and Vice Marshals and get some advice on certain things. 26: Look into branch problems and work on possible updates for things. 27: Encourage conversations with other branches to show respect. 28: Assist all members of SF on controls and inform them on the sneaky ones that are hard to spot or learn. 29: Preparing meeting notes and doing meetings with NCO and Enlisted. 30: Passive roleplay combat. This is never used however it’s good to understand a good feel to CQC Hand to hand combat. 31: Do small exams with SF on random times to test knowledge. No punishments if they’re wrong. 32: Have an Advanced Dupe Simulation by having them follow certain dupes in the correct formation then executing without the dupe. 33: Have SF go to Medbay and get standard check ups. 34: Managing LOA’s, Activity, and Inactivity. 35: Adjust and edit the training documents to make it more organized and updated. 36: Adjust the SOP Ranking structure. In individual rankings. This could make the SOP longer however the sections or headings on the left will make it easier to switch between all sections. 37: Do giveaways with more tryouts or other. 38: Physical training such as running laps, grammar jacks, or other. 39: Begin setting up squads during events so SF remains together. 40: Make Advanced Dupes for training like Kill houses, flight simulations, and obstacles. 41: Make a race track using Tie Fighters and allow SF to have some fun and race each other with it. 42: Take active screenshots of certain Tie Positions and SF! Photos are what make memories last. 43: Add new things within the formations such as Bomb run Wedge or Double Column. 44: Bring all the SF to Cantina and have a little moment to relax and have lunch. 45: Begin having SF guard places and assisting other branches. 46: Encourage the event team to begin giving us small goals or other to increase activity in SF. These small things could be transporting, investigation, or EVACing civilians out of danger zones. 47: Hosting single player training to fly on separate maps and also practice combat. 48: Have passive things to do such as scavenge old ships or other throughout the Galaxy. 49: Explain to NCO’s to try and be friendly or over friendly to new SF. 50: Introduce a new thing to SF called Pilot of the week. If you’re pilot of the week, then you’d be seen as a Superior ranking to whatever rank you are such as FC, FL, or other. 51: Actively do NCO+ meetings about problems within SF to encourage fixing them as a branch. 52: Introduce Flight medals to SF which can be earned with superior flying or other. 53: Create a physical training dupe and have them run a course. 54: Setting up scheduled training or other that can boost activity and numbers during training. 55: Practice respectful saluting and test them on rankings for Naval. Inform them of rankings as well. 56: Possible joint training with other battalions that are allowed to fly such as Lords, Navy or possible others depending on rank and specialty. 57: Possible set up a movie or video night where SF can get together and just watch some movies or you tube videos. 58: A flying training where small targets such as props, maybe balloons or other are set up and shot by SF. 59: Activity supporting or minus supporting posts on the forums like, applications, or suggestions. 60: Introduce a new game mode for training where SF, IF, DT, IQ or other can participate where it’s Aerial Conquest and what this means it points need to be captured. A GM will have to keep track or other however it’s an interesting game mode. 61: Make Squadrons more active or other. Have more be recruited or selected. 62: A training that’s full thrusters through an asteroid field in a single column or other formation. 63: Specific training for squadrons that go to advanced environments and timed transports, attacks or other. 64: Encourage more specific tasks for each squadron, communicate with the Navy more to encourage tasking them. 65: Encourage passive role play before every take off by checking Ion cannons, targeting and thrusters. 66: Begin doing NCO Interviews every 2 weeks or other depending on how many NCO’s are here. 67: Encourage more use of communications in Team-speak and inform others to inform SF to be in TS. 68: Check on inactive SF to see if they’re still interested in SF or not. 69: Do standard check ups on Discord to make sure everyone in SF is in the discord as well. 70: Begin doing flight patrols and airspace patrols during events or out of events. 71: Show SF how to properly take off and inform them of all controls. 72: Possible change weapons or try to do active updates. 73: make training docs for NCO’s to use for inspiration or other. 74: Update SF bunks or something more SF like or even have a contest of SF making things in single player. 75: Host contests that cold win rewards. The contests could be dog fighting, ground fighting or other. 76: Add a new training to Ground Armor that can be trained for any rank. Being a Marshal or other is always about respecting your Men and Woman. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : This isn’t the very first experience I’ve had with leading a branch. On Gamling Light SCP, I used to be a Colonel which was considering a High Command and lead the MTF Branch by the name of Nu-7. This isn't the first High Command position I’ve had however it’s a good example of experience I’ve had through the years of roleplay that I’ve done. Another reason to trust me is on my maturity and age, this isn't a huge thing but maturity means knowledge and knowledge is a top key to leading troopers as well. Dedication is another reason to trust SF in my hands and I think I showed good dedication with the 100 reasons. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am on everyday however sometimes I’m not on SF all day however my activity is going to change as I am trying to focus a little more on SF. I’m not inactive in SF however I also don’t have perfect activity.. This is going to change regardless if I get accepted or denied anyways. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : One single warning when I first touched Gaming Light on SCP. I believe I was warned from killing another D-class for calling me stupid and I believe i said “No your stupid and a nerd! And I beat up nerds!” and I beat him up with my fist. Something like that if I’m correct.. Thanks for reading! No matter what if I'm accepted or denied, I'm very proud of this application. I put a lot of work into it and I hope you enjoy reading it.
