I have much time on the server and understand the rules, roleplay, and dynamics. I am a player who likes to roleplay and have fun, thus roleplaying as a HLPR Bot would allow a unique roleplay and gameplay experience. I am a retired E11 and CI RnD command, so I understand the MOTD and overall roleplay rules, allowing me to play and have fun within the boundaries set by staff. 10. Chaos Insurgency is raiding and you see them breaching a Keter SCP (like SCP-035). What do you do? I immediately announce to MTF about the GOI raid and breach so they can react appropriately. I then look around for any maintenance personnel to evacuate out of the area and protect. If there are none, I would leave the area to avoid capture or destruction while still trying to keep eyes on the GOI (if possible of course).

I personally view J0LT as a major part of CI. I never really knew much with CI military, yet J0LT was by far the most recognizable members of the branch. I believe he deserves reserves whether it be through this method or another. But, in my opinion, if he wants them then he definitely should for everything thing he has for the branch.

Damn. I've seen you rise through the ranks and be a great leader for E11. We have some fun and done lots of.... interesting things together (*cough* *cough* CI RnD The Executioner/ The Accomplice) . Anyways, you have been a good friend and helped me out when I was on my last days of the server. Hope to see you around, don't be afraid to bully me now and again via discord. o7

Well, my time has come. It has been a pleasure being able to meet and play with you all. I am simply to burnt out of GMod and I'm way to busy with IRL stuff to even play a decent amount even if I wanted to. It has been an honor to be your E11 COL and I hope everyone continues to play and have fun. I will try my best to stay active in the community, feel free to ping/dm me if yall ever wanna talk or share a tasteless meme. I hope to return someday when I can be active and actually enjoy playing, I do not know when that day is but I hope it isn't too far away. I've done my time on this server, many people may not know this but I have been a member of E11 for a long time, I've loved seeing it grow from the dead branch that it was, to the popping branch that it is currently. I don't have much to say besides I will miss you all and feel free to reach out if you wanna say anything. Sorry this is relatively short, I'm not very good at monologuing lol. My schedule has gotten more and more restrictive and the time I spend on the server I need to spend on E11. I truly enjoyed CI RnD and hope to return in the future. I never really played on Mil because I would usually be defending the Foundation on E11 during the raid rather than attack it lol. I can not describe the amount of fun I had either sleuthing, interrogating, negotiating, or testing on SCPs (sorry to all of the Alpha's who have died to further science). CI in general has been an amazing experience for me and I wish to relive it soon, I just can't make it a priority right now and need to move on. Anyways, thank you all for the experience, rp, and joy you have given me while playing on CI. A Few Memorable CI Peoples: Cogs: You where a great guy and were hella chill. Wish we could've talked more and had more fun on the server. Neo: The man who trained me for CI 0_0. You have made it far and have been and will continue to be a great HOR. Test quality: Exceeds Expectations! Extra Notes: Would like some more color variation. Also, you missed Observation 1-A (the first one) and if you don't have a supervisor just delete that part, don't leave it empty. Besides that pretty good test! I like how you applied this knowledge to how it could directly help the Insurgency.

Extra Notes: Would have liked some more variation in colors on the Audio Log itself. I would have liked to have seen you state how we can use this to greater affect; we are here to weaponize SCP's, so basically all knowledge gained should be used to harm the Foundation.
