What are you suggesting? - Greetings, salutations & hello! What I am suggesting is an update to a sadly underused and under-loved SCP. My request is to humbly either Update the rules on SCP 280 Or give him a new SWEP that better suits him. SCP 280 is a being made entirely of darkness! It is said to be able to go through doors & strong enough to rip metal. HOWEVER, 280's most significant flaw on the server is that it can only come out when it's dark! However, I understand that. It hates the light! Yet the fact he then has to attempt to break the LHCZ main door to be allowed & able to run around is quite Ludacris. The lights usually get turned on within 5 minutes, so after waiting twenty minutes! He has to go inside his little containment because the lights got turned on within 5. I am humbly requesting an update to his SWEP, allowing him to teleport through doors like 106. Or at the very least, make a special rule for him to let him break down doors faster! It does legitimately make me sad to see that no one ever plays 280 because he's so underpowered and underwhelming his SWEP has many problems of it does a direct hit! It shows the blood splatter, but because the victim was strafing or just ran a little further away, it did no damage. It requires practically for a victim to be standing still! How would this change better the server? - It would get more players to play 280! I'm practically the only one ever to play him, and I wish to see more people playing him! Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - If he is given A teleport as part of his SWEP, there is the possibility of Minges just hopping out of his CC, but we already have a similar problem sometimes with 106. However, if people teleport through a door and the lights are on, they could easily be striked! Who would this change mostly benefit? Everyone honestly. It would convince more people to play an SCP that should be played some more! He wouldn't be so underpowered. Everyone scoffs! That and the fact it requires to be level 65 to play him. It should feel rewarding when you finally unlock him!

Just being in the 05 council gives purpose to all who joins, as well as a fundamental responsibility. I wish to share that responsibility with the rest of the exemplary council members. Be used as an asset like any other. Why should we accept you: I have been on the server for about a month & a half, give or take. I have poured a lot of time and energy into the foundation, & I wish to pour even more! I have written multiple test logs and have had all stellar grades. I have military training with both RIG & ACM, so I know how to defend myself & not be captured. If I did join the 05 research team, my main goal is to aid the rest of the council any way I could! Name Zack/Zoe Corbin Rank Experienced Researcher Senior Researcher Rachel Corbin SCP's Involved 999 Point of the test: 999 is a lovable creature that everyone just loves & Enjoys being around. while the test I wish to do seems simple something maybe a JR Will do I do enjoy the simpler things as well as the more complicated. with that being said. my test idea is to simply see how SCP 999 Reacts to other liquids & Items besides sugar. Should be a simple test to say the very Least I see nothing going to wrong. Risks, Precautions & Background information: 999 is being seemingly made entirely of some form of gelatin or slime? the anomaly is a wonderful little creature that is well known for it's natural anti depressant aura. It has caused beings like 682 & 096 to become temporarily docile. It has numerous benefit's that can aid the foundation! It's also never harmed a human being before unless it was accidental even then it show's remorse over doing it! Overall zero real precautions need to be taken with 999 well besides grocery bag filled with candy to keep the little guy happy! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Observations Observation 1# As usual 999 was very excited when I came into it's room. It had just woken up for it's 1 hour bedtime check. I'll assume this test will be rather easy Observation 2 # So.... 999 Seems to have finally calmed down I HOPE....It's seemingly passed out but I think we have to keep a close eye on...it for the time being I hope it reverts back.... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FULL REPORT It started out like any other Wednesday! I was Pondering on what to do for a test. I had already messed with so many anomalies I was quite stumped! However I quickly gained an idea. Some tests on 999 aren't very rare I must admit however testing on the gelatinous blob would give me something to do while I awaited approval for other more serious Anomalies. With that thought Process I quickly made my way into the Safe class area! I knew 999 was here for it smelled wonderful! Smelled like freshly made laundry just out of the Dryer Wonderful! 999 was very excited to see me as it is with all humans. I quickly offered it a Snickers bar and invited it to come with me for some testing!. It excitedly followed right after! A joyful expression on it's...face? Entering the Laboratory I quickly led the excited onto one of the many counters! I then explained to it my test idea and it seemed even more excited! I first poured a simple vial of sugar onto it! it purred happily at this! Next I offered it some Coffee! Unsweetened pure black! It seemed to squeal or Screech upon me pouring an entire pot onto it! it had maybe A frightened look? I couldn't tell but it quickly became chipper again once I gave it a kitkat bar! Never the less the experiments continued! I poured half a bowl of Gelatin on top of it! which didn't do really anything except make it purr some more. The final...Experiment was pouring ghost pepper extract on top of 999 to see how it would react to something hot.... Extremely hot. 999 let out for sure this time a very loud screech! wasn't deafening but alarming! Forcing me to step back and try to re focus! However...the tone in the room seemingly shifted that casual smell of fresh made laundry replaced now..... with the smell of liver. the thing I hate to smell the most. 999 was agitated angry it's expression changed! my attempts to give it sugar failed as it spat it back out somehow.... Just then SR Rachelle Corbin had just entered the room. she wanted to see what I was up to...However it did not go well as 999 quickly charged at her! Using it's pseudopod arms to quickly grab and pull her off of her feet! she fell backwards head first. My Sister went unconscious and 999 retreated into the other room and hid in the corner... Name Zack Corbin Rank Experienced Researcher Who else was with you. Two RIG's SCP's Involved 035-1 & 079 Point of Experiment. We have multiple account's of 035 mentioning 079. I assume it's due to the fact that 035 has had multiple researcher hosts in the past. but the other possibility is the fact 035 just already knew of it...which is a scarier thought. none the less An interaction with the two of them could reveal more about both of them. Risk's/precautions/Background information having a Euclid & a Keter both in the same room isn't very desirable. both 035 & 079 are both rather dangerous entities both in there own way! 035 is always seems to be a calm negotiator but that is only when he has a host & Getting his way somewhat. However while his endurance in a humanoid body isn't as bad as other SCP's what is dangerous is if he attempts to make other's his pawns while he has a host. On the other hand 079 is a AI that can rival most human intelligence however his hardware is limited and his memory is usually flawed only able to remember events up to 29 hours. that being said he is rather clever and we have reports on multiple occasions of him attempting to breach when researcher's are mishandling him. To be safe I have called in two RIG unit's to handle 035 and keep him under check while I wear a hazmat suit. this is for my own protection and so if worse comes to worse I won't be able to be tempted to put on 035 if his current body get's terminated. Where also ensuring as usual there is no WIFI in the room with 079. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Corbin's Observations & First note's Observation 1# This may of been a bad idea to do it today. Upon arriving to 035's cell. he was surrounded by six MTF and his containment was breached. 035's face had changed to represent tragedy. The MTF wasn't to keen on taking him back out just as they managed to re containing him. However getting clearance on these test's can sometimes prove difficult and so I ensured them that he'll be fine under the care of RIG's and myself. that also gave them time to fully fix his containment Observation 2# 079 was his usual very pleasant self. he didn't remember since last time we met his slew of insults was expected however upon seeing 035 he immediately became cordial at least for a little while. Observation 3# Alright this was a horrible idea. the RIG's where lagging heavily in 079's containment! I assumed it may be due to lack of Wifi! However attempting to bring 035 back with us proved extremely troublesome more then it should of been! overall MTF Had to get called in to re contain 035! Worst he's attempting to break out of his Restraint's..... Observation 4# I was asked to leave the room as MTF arrived! I quickly made my way out the RIG's still barely able to follow me out. However as I was leaving we heard the demands of MTF to put the weapon down. Multiple gunshot's then ensued! I can only assume that 035 had broken his restraints and attacked MTF... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ FULL REPORT This test was most likely a bad idea. I had both positive and negative support both in equal quantities. being told the risk's multiple time's BUT I'm a researcher. and experienced one at that I knew what risks there where I read 035's file. as well as 079 I figured it couldn't go wrong to much. I got two RIG's to come and assist me with this mission. as we then quickly went into HCZ. Arriving to 035's containment I was abit surprised that he had breached his CC. multiple MTF guard's had guns focused on him! They said they just arrived when he broke his glass! They said his face changed from delight to looking horribly upset upon there arrival. they had brought a Dclass for him to use for a host but decided to punish him & Not give him a new body! From there was quite pouty and my attempts to conversate with him was seeming futile, sounding more like 079 he was throwing an array of insults! The only way to force him to comply was to offer him two Dclass if he assisted & Behaved! his demeanor quickly changed but his mask did not he let out what I assume to be a sigh as he accepted to be dragged away to 079. Arriving in 079's CC was quite simple. we locked every door we went through. and upon getting to 079 I checked to ensure no WIFI was available in the room. The RIG's began lagging slightly. I am unaware if they require WIFI or not to function but that did put me on edge a little bit we brought 035 t o079 and I started up my recording device (Check ADDENDUM 1 For full conversation) The conversation...was not what I was expecting. 079 talked most of the time but 035 was very uncooperative. even when 079 threw some insults he didn't say much. after reminding him of the deal he still refused to act or do anything only muttering of to many eyes in the room. This one line got me to call MTF For at this point the RIG's where barely responding in the room. When MTF Arrived I was asked to leave the room incase it came down to the worst. I left with the RIG's slowly following behind. just as we left the first set of doors I heard muffled shouting and then a torrent of gunfire. I was waiting out of 079's CC as only three MTF out of the four came out. The MTF LT told me what happened. from what he said. 035 had broken out of his restraint's and the closest one next to him was an MTF PVT. he quickly snapped the PVT's neck then moved on towards the rest of the team rushing towards them only to get swallowed by a hail of gunfire. 035 was placed in a briefcase and is now back in his CC. I personally thought it may be a more interesting conversation. However I may attempt this again in the future once 035 gets in a better mood. but I doubt he'll be in one for a long time -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ADDENDUM 1# <cackling sound> 079: Ahh... However 079 apparently mentioned one thing that the MTF LT told me later. 079 mentioned something of requiring better hardware to load into the foundations mainframe! Lead Researcher Luci SCP's Involved 343 & 076-2 AKA ABEL Point of Experiment to see how Both 343 AKA "god" & Abel react upon seeing each other. Risk's/Precautions: 076-1 Is a very violent SCP His pure hatred for humanity has caused him to go enraged usually upon leaving his Coffin & then going on to massacre many members of MTF GenSEC & Overall just important personnel to the foundation. Attempts to contain 076-2 doesn't seem to ever work for his strength is horridly strong almost like a comic book superhero, more so is his seemingly infinite amount of weapons he can pull from those portal he create. Meanwhile on the other hand is SCP 343 is an omnipotent being who beyond all else should be considered a Keter class level being just due to his overall power alone. However he is seemingly always willing to listen and sometimes even aid the foundation that & the fact he contains himself willingly is also a benefit to us for I would fear how how'd react if his alignment was anything but good but even this can be a façade. However due to knowing Abels hatred and seeming eagerness for blood Me & LR Luci had attached a single Recorder to 343's chest. for us to listen & NOT enrage Abel. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Corbin's First Notes Observation 1# Upon telling 343 of our request he seemed pleased with what we suggested. We didn't catch anything they where saying, it seemed we walked in just as they where finishing up their conversation. 343 Greeted us warmly with a gentle smile and asked how he may assist us. I slowly stepped forward and asked if he would be willing to take part in an experiment we wished to try, he quickly agreed! He didn't however ask us who he would be visiting today. I should've probably guessed who we we're going to see. Luci however informed him of the test idea anyways, 343 seemed more pleased at this idea. We did not question further we just went towards HCZ. Upon Arriving to Abel's containment we attached the camera to 343's suit jacket. He simply smiled then bowed as he then vanished! we weren't even in the room yet! We quickly got the device Recording fearful of maybe we missing the conversation! [ go see audio logs go to Addendum 1!] We listened to the conversation for approximately three minutes. Thing's seemingly began to escalate quickly! As Abel was seemingly becoming more & more enraged! Then Static! We simply waited though was afraid Abel was about to breach! Just as we where about to call MTF 343 appeared next to us his hands behind his back as he was shaking his head and clicking his tongue. He spoke about what a poor boy Abel was and how he didn't deserve the fate he had. As well as mentioning that it's 073's fault for why Abel is what he is. Upon further questioning on what happened after the static 343 said that Abel stabbed him where the recording device was, & from there 343... When 343 told Abel to calm down. It only enraged him more as he'd begin to furiously attack 343. So 343 said he simply forced Abel to fall asleep! 343 also ensured us he would be no threat for at least while the sleep wouldn't be permeant he'd wake up eventually 343 said he simply wiped Abel's mind of the events that had transpired between the two of them. We thanked him but as he left me & Luci agreed this was rather worrisome. the fact 343 seemingly wiped Abel's mind while most likely a good thing. also means that he could do it to other's... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Addendum 1# So upon further looking into the audio logs we should've known that 076 was most likely not going to be speaking English! it turns out he was speaking Sumerian as well as 343. We had to get an expert to translate and this is the translation! 076: Yahweh! You would've before hand... I would be new to being an event staff. this is the first server I've seen event staff in all honesty. However! I will also say that I appreciate this server alot! It's a very fun community to be apart of. the people in this community are not toxic and everyone is for the most part very friendly. I wish to add on to that experience help grow this community and make events where many can enjoy what's happening! What I can bring to the table is good amount of knowledge about SCP's. I have multiple Idea's for events of possible "new" SCPS showing up for a limited amount of time. or bring some SCP's that could cause problems with other SCPS I.E Bring in 073 into the facility and upon 076 hearing of this a mass containment breach. for a limited amount of time. all I'd honestly be asking for is a chance! Why? Honestly if I had to think of my favorite SCP no biases it be two. Abel & Cain. I prefer 073 way more then I do 076 but there both near equal. I like the backstories and I like how they are both polar opposites from each other. Cain being so passive and Abel being the polar opposite. I just find cain to be just a lovely thing docile helpful and could easily be of use to any foundation honestly.

I have decent combat training was part of GenSEC But quickly left for I preferred helping people and being support then a full blown fighter. You see an MTF E-11 CPL at 27% health running away from a fight. Just as you start to examine his condition, an MTF A1 Captain comes up to you and asks you to help them fend off the CI. Name: Zack Corbin Current Rank: AR Who else was with you?: GenSEC Sgt REDACTED & LCPL REDACTED SCP: 457 & 513 What were you trying to find out? After a success with Last test involving 513 & 049. I decided it would be a good Idea to test 513 with other SCP's. why 457? Mainly due to the fact I had immediate access to him. However my theory is how would he react to 513? ------------------------------------------------- First Notes Observation 1# He was extremely calm this is a good sign. a very good sign. he seems even cooperative, another good sign. Observation 2#: This may of been a bad idea. He got hostile upon first ringing the bell. yet he keeps ringing it now! Where going to need to go in and retrieve the bell. ----------------------------------------------------- FULL REPORT I started off by first making my way all the down into HCZ to grab 513. Spotted no one the entire time no Maintenance no MTF seems everything is going smooth then. I retireved the bell quite easily putting it in a briefcase meant to hopefully keep the bell quiet. I was informed the briefcase was soundproof but I wish not to take chances and so I put extra slowly. I Then made my way into 457's containment and placed the briefcase down onto the table and then quickly left to go obtain two GenSEC's Retrieving Two GenSEC's was quite easy they both said they where quite bored since D-Block was well maintained and all D-Class were well behaved, a surprise to be sure. Upon informing them of my plans for the experiment they quickly understood and we then went towards the armory to retrieve fire extinguishers. From there I put on a suit to help protect me from 457 incase he got hot. Entering 457's CC again I noted to myself he was quite calm, very calm in fact I was not sure what I was expecting but he seemed somewhat cooperative when I mentioned a test and some extra oil if he assisted. From there we closed the door behind us and I retrieved 513. 457 seemed intrigued by the item. He remained perfectly still in the middle of the room as I gently placed 513 infront of him, I then proceeded to quickly enter his main CC closing the door behind me. From there I instructed 457 to Interact with the bell as he saw fit, He would ring the bell once. then again, then again! every time he rang the bell he was seemingly getting more and more agitated! Then without zero warning he combusted into flames quickly reducing said flames then combusting again attempting to grab whatever little oxygen he could! He acted more irrationally more violently as he began ringing the bell again and again. when that seemed to fail on whatever he was trying to do he threw the bell at the observation window multiple times. I realized that things had gone way to far and I called for the GenSEC guards to assist me in attempting to tame/Restrain 457. Upon first opening the door to his CC fire extinguishers at the ready we saw as he charged through the door attempting to breach his CC. We instantly hosed him down as he then fled quickly back into his CC towards the back left side corner of the room. I quickly retrieved the bell and left 457's CC closing it. However. While I seemingly was immune to 513 due to sound proof headphones and even though I warned both GenSEC before hand. They both where also infected by 513, & they're mental state both where dropping at an incredible rate. both already showed signs of suicide as they both pulled weapons on each other due to it being required to terminate anyone infected by 513-1. SGT "Redacted" Got shot multiple times by LCPL "Redacted" He then looked at me with a pleading look in his eyes then shot himself. I reported both deaths to GenSEC and they seemed quite annoyed at the ordeal. I however was more worried about 457. If he still sees 513-1 he will most likely attempt to breach again very soon in the future I suggest extra security around his CC for the time being. However the fact that he is effected at all by 513 is interesting. it leads to even more questions on how badly does 513 torment ones mind? More Importantly can it cause the same mental distress to more Dangerous SCP's? I wish to look into this subject further... I can only fear how they'd react.

While I doubt it would be to bad I do assume There will be some form of irritation on 049 upon ringing of the bell. -------------------------------------------------- Observation 1. SCP 049 was calm the entire ordeal However he was a Massive pain to deal with. He accepted his Offering of a Dclass but wished not to go anywhere which I found very strange. Observation 2 Upon Introduction of the 513 to 049. He refused to touch the bell. Yet later on from Reports by the RIG unit that I stationed in the room with him He began to have a conversation with 513. I cannot Explain in words how fascinating This is upon learning and should be looked into further --------------------------------------------------- FULL REPORT It was quite easy to obtain a RIG unit as well as a GenSEC guard to aid me with my research, Even the D-Class was seemingly enthusiastic about being tested on. He spoke of hearing stories of 294 and figured he'd get some form of alcoholic Beverage out of this, sadly he was horribly mistaken. Upon arriving in 049's CC He Was calm. Very calm in fact. Polite. We Exchanged Pleasantries though he quickly made demands for the D-Class demanding to cure him. I agreed but told him in return he'd come with us on a little field trip in which he agreed. However after being given the D-class He no longer wished to be helpful or aid us in any way, and so I had both the RIG & the GenSEC go down to convince him to cooperate. 049 was then handcuffed and we left his CC to head towards 513. Along the way we ran into Field Agent Entropy and a small squad of MTF. He was curious on what we where doing and upon explaining to him that I was doing my first major test between 049 & 513 He wished to come along and observe. Bringing him to 513's containment Everyone in attendance put on sound nullifiers of some kind as we then sent the RIG & 049 into 513's CC and closed the door's behind them. We waited a full minute and yet nothing happened, Upon asking the RIG if he had rung the bell the RIG Reported no. I was beginning to lose hope this experiment was a bust and at the 1:30 mark I was just about ready to call the RIG to re cuff 049 however RIG reported that 049 was beginning to speak to 513! I am unsure of what all was said in that room, the RIG did record the audio conversation however Agent Entropy wished to take the logs and make sure that 513 wasn't...lingering or corrupted the audio? I did not question him I just accepted, and after about four minutes of him conversating we called for the RIG to re contain 049 so we could bring him to his cell for an interview From there agent Entropy gave me the reigns to interview 049. SCP 049: Ohh no! I obtained the bell long after being with 035. Corbin: So wait how did you obtain the bell? SCP 049: Ahh yes well it was during my travels...I found him in a horse drawn carriage all alone. I actually had him until very recently. Your MTF goons took it out of my bag if I do recall. They Seemingly didn't want me to have it. Corbin: Interesting...maybe Command can shed some light if any. Uhm anyways have you ever rung the bell? SCP 049: Yes Once in fact. Corbin: And I'll assume he bother's you at all? SCP 049: Ohh no I don't actually see him anymore. Well accept today now that is. Corbin: Alright...What about your Instances? Your...."patients" Do they get effected at all if the bell is rung near them? SCP 049: Why yes! however only happened once. a young child infact. When she heard the bell she reverted back to before she was cured. Corbin:...Interesting Interesting. The RIG said 049 spoke to it saying if the bell was rung 66 times it would cause all electronics to fail in a 600 meter radius.
