Everyday Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)? I want to join the support team to be able to further my use as a staff member and help benefit the community in a more positive way by helping players with issues they may come across while in the Gaminglight TeamSpeak. Joining staff is a commitment I made to the community and joining the support team will only increase my impact I can make on the community. I tend to claim a lot of sit's while on duty on the Police RP server of Gaminglight where a new cadet needs to be in TeamSpeak to be able to receive training to become an officer, and sadly I am not able to do anything about it and I am forced to inform a support member that there is a person in need of help. By being accepted into the support team I would be able to handle the support call myself and can help the supervisor and trainee without wasting any time at all. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? There are a few ways I can positively affect the support team. First off I will do anything in my power to make sure I can help the player that is in need of support. Secondly I will make sure any open support calls are always taken care of and handled appropriately. Lastly my experience with TeamSpeak and Gaminglight in general will help me to effectively help any players in need of assistance. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels? I would introduce myself to the player and ask what their problem is at the time. I will inform them that I will be able to solve their issue and will have them on their way shortly. Have you read our rules and do you promise to uphold all those rules to the best of your ability? Hey, so I was not the one who extended your ban, I did tell you it was only going to be 4 hours, but once I banned you a JMT member told me that he was going to extend the ban. If I had not given you the ban for 4 hours you would have received the 2 month ban anyways by the JMT member. I understand where you are coming from and I know that you know what you said was very messed up and not appropriate but it is against the rules and you nor anyone should be making fun of the situation from Minneapolis for any reason with any excuse. You could have been banned for longer but I knew where you stood on what you said and I asked the JMT member to only make it 2 months instead of 4 or more.

My side, an admin told u that you could raid the same base without waiting a timer if you have someone else advert. I am kind of surprised neither of you guys knew this, you did indeed broke the rule and it was not false, but I am ok with the warn being removed.

+/- Support I can tell you wanna join staff and make an impact on the community, but I dont think you realize what it takes to be a staff member, I think you are treating it as a RP application. Just take sometime to get to know the community better before jumping right into staff, at least in my opinion. I can tell you mean well, and I wish you the best of luck!

-support Clearly dissed SMT as well as told me to "shut up" when I was explaining to you why he had warned you. You also did not comply with staff at all, me and snar asked you nicely to calm down and stop yelling at us, but you continued to talk over us. We were forced to gag you multiple times. In the end we gave you multiple chances to listen but you would not stop.
