To my knowledge, there are more than a few CC owners that haven't read their respective SOPs. I also don't think people are required to read the SOP before getting a CC in the first place. I would like this rule for CCs especially enforced as you will almost literally only see negevs, aka guns that will even mow security heavies, on CCs. If they can just be stationed in D-Block until someone radios it, that's a bit broken.

(WO+ 150+ Words): I believe that I should stay as a second lieutenant for a couple reasons. First reason is that on discord, I commonly help unsure enlisted, NCO, and I even help junior command whenever one of them was unsure about something whether it's about a meeting, about promotions, ranks, or even more general or specific problems that arise. Not only that, but on discord, I also commonly am the one that does tags whenever someone posts in #requesting-tags, doing correct formatting and changing it quickly while doing so. Secondly, I command, at least in my mind, rather well. In-game I tell enlisted, and NCO, proper rules and procedures, such as trigger discipline, listening to commands, what ranks can dismiss someone from D-block, what ranks can call lockdowns, among other things. I also have tasked some people with patrols of LCZ and HCZ, as well as gone with NCO to defend against SCPs, CI, and D-class. Lastly, I believe that I should stay as command because of my activity, while this is important, for command it is mostly quality over quantity, however with the other reasons I stated, this aids in those. I am active on the forms, checking it every day, or every other day, and I also am seen on the GenSec and command discord around 3+ times a day responding to people, fixing tags, and aiding the rest of the community within those discords to help keep it active, alive, and used.

Favorite Moment: Getting promoted to 2nd Lieutenant. I never thought I'd get this far in all honesty as I'm rather worried and slightly pessimistic, and if I ever advance in command, every promotion will be my favorite. Worst Moment: Haven't ever really had a worst moment persay, at least nothing in particular as I try not to upset higher ups, so I suppose just the average D-class yelling at me. However, that's not really too much of a surprise as D-class tend to do that a lot.

Well, I don't have a custom server, nor necessarily the time to test out everything. If you can vouge for it, then I change them all to +'s. (Igneous, Th3, and Zeeptin will all test them out either way*)

I almost even recommend redoing this post to be fully honest as you'll get nothing but +/-'s even with people that agree with it.

So I'll do all of these. + Support 106: This matches lore, and will make 106 have a bit more playtime as he's rarely released as it is. - Support 106 SWEP: We have a SWEP that is currently pending, and I (along with many other people) believe that would be one of the best, if not the best SWEP we could add to the server as it would help cut down on some minging and rules for 106 if accepted. (Even if it isn't. SWEPs with sounds tend to be mingey. 069 and 1048 for example) - Support 939 SWEP: Upon reading the page for the SWEP, it seems to be made by an amateur programmer and badly made in general. Judging from the unresolved comment from 2+ months ago of "killicon not found 'weapon_scp939swep' " this isn't very viable. - Support 939 Model: Animations seem to be broke based off comment section. Textures seem to be broke based off comment section. There is a "texture error" on it. Air quotes as I don't even want to have to say what I actually saw in the comments.

Igneous is bae, change my mind. In all seriousness though, you're fine mate. Literally everyone from trial moderator to manager has been having trouble balancing school. You're fine.

- Support While this sounds good, as someone who plays MTF and Security a lot, if any D-class, SCP, or minging people start running with melee out. No one would be able to catch them. You'd have the same problem with no one doing damage to them.

+ Support While this would be possible and almost appreciated as 131 would have a purpose, several attempts at this have been made and denied despite me even offering a model for 173. Try and make something more canon, but not quite with the 173 copyrighted image/model. TO CLARIFY, ONLY 173'S LOOK IS COPYRIGHTED. THE IDEA HOWEVER IS NOT.

- Support I honestly think it's almost OP if you can actually aim. If you ever spectate me, or watch me play, I commonly can even do flick headshots with the AWP on the server. I personally have no problem with it as it's not slow at all for me. Granted, I have a high sensitivity and flick aim, so that might be the problem, but I have no problem with it.

I vote that all of the actions he did be punished accordingly per action, which will be a really long, if not even permanent ban considering all the actions he did. Assuming he doesn't get permanently banned, he should have his Donator rank stripped considering he was already blacklisted for minging, and the he proceeds to do it again on a other SCP.

- support Bad formatting, impossible to enforce without a 24/7 person, and by the time they can get on the lowest leveled SCP without paying (Plague Doctor at level 15), they should already know the rules in general, and most likely know them for the SCP.

- Support 1. Didn't use proper formatting 2. Still really obvious, if we want 172 back, we need to make it obvious it's him, but non copyright. A suggestion is possibly finding the alternate version of 173 as that doesn't have a copyright (I think) and is still close to canon. See picture below
