(150 Word Minimum) To start off, I’d like to thank everyone that got me to this position on the staff team and helped me along the way. It’s been a great opportunity for my to reach even Senior Mod, and I am extremely grateful. I was very active on the server during the christmas holidays, staffing for about 3 hours per day and 5 hours at the most, and now after the holidays are gone I’m still on the server nearly every night, staffing for 1-3 hours. Although before the christmas holidays, my activity was dipping, I will make sure to keep my activity up. I’ve had to deal with everyone, from Mass RDM’ers to new joiners just figuring out what to do on the server. I don’t think I’ve ever given a false warn or made the wrong decision in a sit. I’ve never had a report against me, although this is expected for Gaminglight staff. I’m calm and serious, but I can be friendly and approachable when necessary. I’ve been a Senior Moderator for about 2 months now and staff since September, and I’ve honestly loved every minute of it. I really enjoy staffing and helping the community out, because I’m grateful for everything this community has given me. I’m a trusted member of the staff team and many people can vouch for that. Thank you for considering my application. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? (I actually have dealt with this exact situation a few times) First, I’d bring them to a rooftop. I’d ask them why they Mass RDM’d. If all they do is curse at me, I’d gag them, and tell them they’re gagged and that they can’t speak anymore. If they spam chat, I’d mute them and tell them that they’re muted and that they can’t talk in chat anymore. If they try to run, I’d grab them with my Physgun and jail them with my “!jail @” bind. Then, I’d inform them that they’d be receiving a warning for Mass RDM, Staff diss, and Running from sit / NCWS if applicable. I’d ungag them and unmute them, and if they continue spamming chat with profanity / continue disrespecting me, I’d gag / mute again. Then, I would ban them for my maximum as a Senior Mod (4 Hours) and depending on what else they did (for example if they weren’t just staff dissing, they were mic spamming and being racist, I’d ask for an extension from an admin+.

I remember playing with this guy before I was staff and before I even had a custom class, and I never had a problem with him. I actually remember those days very fondly. Then suddenly he disappeared. I wondered what happened to him, then one day I'm talking to some GL friends and ask "Do y'all remember Compton?" That's when I learned that this guy was a total minge. He's raided teamspeak, he's a total racist, and overall not someone who should be remotely close to Gaminglight. Compton, you were banned for a reason. You are no longer welcomed on this server, not to mention the fact that this application has no effort put into it and this is your third try to get your ban appealed. -Support I wanna start this by saying that Will you're a great staff. You handle sits well and are a great role model for lower ranks. However, honestly you're not ready for the position in my opinion. Senior admin is a big step, and I just don't think you're ready for it. Again, you're a great staff, but you need more time on the job and as an admin. I really like you, but you're just not ready for it. Sorry. -Corn

-Support First of all, your application was an eyesore and very hard to read because everything is bold and underlined, with no space in between the question and the answer. Second, you have many grammatical errors in your application (the red underlines mean something) and it overall seems low effort (not reaching the 150 minimum word count). Third, no proof of warns. Fourth, what was this "accident" you're talking about? Fifth, you cant check your warns on this website by going to this link: https://gaminglight.com/bans/ and then click on warns and search your Steam ID. Sixth, you have very low forum activity. Finally, who are you? I've been on nearly every day recently, and I can't say I've ever seen you on. Application needs some serious work. Good luck. -Corn

Thank you to everyone in State and CERT for everything, it's been wonderful to be a part of this department. However, recently I've been kind of moving on from Gmod and moving to other games. I've also had less time to play, with school and all that stuff. Special thanks to those I played with lots: Jack Lancer- Minge, keep doing what you do (jk) Crease- You're a great TL in CERT, and you've always helped me when I needed it. Timmemes- You're hilarious, hope you get promoted more. Masterson- You're great to play with, keep being you. Andrew- You've always been a good role model in CERT, and were always nice to me. Special thanks to all State/CERT command for doing what you do and keeping this department alive.
