I also have been leaning from one of the best CI there is, so I would already be starting ahead of the curve. One of my biggest strengths (in my opinion) is not only my ability to be a leader, but also to work with a team. Which is what this all eventually comes down to when you're raiding with groups of people. Finally, being Assistant Chief on PoliceRp has taught me how to be a killing machine. What you want to see? - A radar gun for all PD officers Why should we add it? - There are multiple reason why I believe we should add this. First, I think that it would add a lot more RP for civilian and officer interaction, I also believe that it would give officers something to do rather than just follow civs around. Secondly, I don't understand why we have fines in the penal code for speeding when we can't even tell what speed someone is actually going. Finally, It is a small addition that could add so much... What are the advantages of having this? - More RP, better RP (having a reason to stop someone for speeding), gives officers something to do with downtime, make the ticket book actually used. Who is it mainly for? - Police officers/State (Not tac units) Links to any content - https://www.gmodstore.com/market/view/3660 (I would even be willing to pay for it. Also, this is mainly just for the handheld radar. Would could put the stationary radar systems up, but that would be up to SMT)

Don't get me wrong Pooders, I am giving you a +Support However, I must say I feel that when you say "persuade the reader" it sounds like you're taking this as a paper rather than an application. I also feel like even with that said, he does persuade me. He goes on about the work that he has done for PD and why he believes he should be promoted. as far as the conclusion, you should ALWAYS thank the reader/anyone that is considering for a promotion. This application is more like a resume/cover letter. You talk about your strengths and why you're a right fit for this position. This is not a story where you want to repeat the same stuff you have already talked about, it should just be a straight forward: "Here is my application, here is why I deserve x rank". I am not saying this to step over you or start a fight, but this is a promotion application, not an article. Troopers of the 501st… The time has come, I- 501st Commander Locke 1215 am leaving the 501st. I have become far too busy to give the 501st the attention that it deserves and I feel comfortable leaving all of you in the hands of Vice Commander Goblin. I have had a wonderful time these past 5-6 months and only hope that I made the 501st as happy of a place for you as it was for me. This is officially my 48 hour notice and at 1800 on Tuesday, November 26th Goblin will be your new Commander. I need to step away from ImperialRP for a while, but hope to come back sometime down the road. Maybe I will revive another dead unit. With all of this said and done, I would like to say thank you and good luck to one of the best Vice Commanders I could have asked for. Goblin, you have helped out so much this last month when I have been busy with IRL stuff, and I hope that once you get back from you LOA you are ready to take command of such a great group of individuals. As for Zel, I may never forgive you for leaving the 501st.. But, now I am sooooo, to anyone else that I have not mentioned yet, thank you for making the 501st the best it could be. P.S. Adams 1L57 SteamID: STEAM_0:1:96164252 Current Rank: Major How long have you been in your current rank?: 5 Weeks (Almost 6 weeks) What timezone are you in?: MST How many Warns do you have?: 1 Permission: Deputy Commissioner Matthew Why should you be promoted (200 words Minimum): First off, keep in mind that I have had to re-write this same paragraph 4 times now because you can only say the same thing so many different ways, so you may see the same things that I have said in my previous applications.* That being said, I still believe that the #1 reason I should be promoted is simply because I feel that I have some of the most, if not the most experience in dealing with law enforcement organization and administration both IRL and in game than just about anyone on the server. That’s not just me bragging or trying to act like I am better than anyone, it’s just that some officers within the police department don’t really know what they are doing half of the time, when it comes to policy decisions and disciplinary action. I know that I myself have taken the time to constantly keep up and dissect the SOP, Officer’s Guide, as well as all of the TNPD policies on how high command wants the PD to be ran. I feel that I can also offer my input to high command so that we could work toward this ideal department that everyone has in their minds. Secondly, I believe that my time in this community (3 year) as well as my time in the department (over a year and a half) has helped me establish connections to community members and officers alike. I have seen MANY officers come and go over my time here. Everyone from OFC’s to High Command. I know what people want in this community, and I know how to give the people what they want while still holding up the principles of the PD. My peers within the PD that I have climbed the ranks with I know will that I am one of the most concise and methodically thinking officers. I like to do things right the first time. Finally, I have given so much time to the PD that I have proven I want to be here and only here for years to come. Since I joined the RPD in 2017, I have never been in a subdivision up until I joined ARU just about a week ago. I continuously give all my time to the PD strictly because I feel we are slowly losing officers to sub-divisions. Nothing against SWAT, SRT, etc.. I just believe that they make their divisions look like candy to a newly promoted CPL, and that CPL would rather join them to move up the ranks than continue to move up the ranks in PD. That is why I am here to say that I choose the PD. I am not going to disappear to start again in another division, I want to continue to work with and for you officers. What I want to accomplish as a COL: Work with the community to strengthen ties Stopping police murders and kidnappings Implement new policies that grow our police force in a healthy way Creating better officers/Saving face Work with high command to solve the “supervisor problem” Training, maturity, etc… Create community relations initiatives Again, strengthening community ties and encourage cooperation Advocate for the PD over other divisions Make officers want to stay within the PD There are many more, if you have any questions about my future for the TNPD, feel free to contact me on Discord and/or PM me on the forums...
