  3. Weiss laid it out well. No MOTD rule currently prohibits SCP 106 from utilizing doors for his benefit similar to most all other SCPs and branches. The only cases that I can think of off hand that messing with doors is a specific rule violation is intentionally breaking doors to receive an RP benefit, or closing doors while cuffed as resistance to being dragged somewhere. And because I already know it's going to be coming next, the blacklist for SCP 343, 999, 106 and 173 is being revoked as well.
  4. Accepted Thank you for the report. Appropriate action against the player and or staff member will be taken to ensure that they receive the correct punishment. After reviewing the provided evidence and testimony, not enough evidence exists to take broader punitive actions against this player. Sits called against this player were handled in game by staff and handled appropriately given the information provided at the time. However, at the request of Senior Moderator Sparkle, the verbal warning he initially provided is being upgraded to a formal warning for RDM as GENSEC / Lying to Staff, as evidence exists that the player provided a staff member with a false statement during the RDM investigation. Additionally, a three day ban is being assessed.

  6. Accepted Thank you for the report. After reviewing the evidence and testimony provided, it is clear this player has engaged in a pattern of misconduct. This player has engaged in RDM on multiple occasions, and teamed with CI. As such, he will be receiving a warning for MRDM and Teaming, along with a one week ban from the server.
  7. Denied As stated by others, the guideline for protesting and similar comments is a month long ban. You engaged in misconduct, and this is your punishment. It's not heavy handed, nor unjust, if anything it's significantly easier than what it should be, as Zeeptin was the one that established the month long guideline.

  9. Denied Based on the evidence and testimony provided, this warning is upheld.

  11. Denied You have a significant history of abusing SCPs, including the mass abuse of SCP 173. The blacklist is upheld.
  12. While conducting an audit of warnings on the server I found the above player had been issued a warning for FailRP as SCP 106. Upon looking into their history I discovered the following warnings: 07/21/2020, 12:25:52 - SCP - [GL] hope - FailRP as 106 06/28/2020, 05:33:11 - SCP - [GL]erinemmanueljacob5 - FailRP | RDM (Shooting d class for no valid reason as researcher) 04/11/2020, 04:56:55 - SCP - Weiss Schnee G - FailRP | Healing as SCP-999 with Medical on. 04/08/2020, 05:45:53 - SCP - Rabbit - Fail RP 173 killing while being looked at 11/28/2019, 20:12:57 - SCP - Azius - Failrp, Fake rolls | RDM Based on the the player's history of misconduct and FailRP on a variety of SCPs and Research, as well as the faking rolls, and taking into account the high potential of abuse for SCPs 106 and 173, I decided to issue blacklists for SCP 106, 173, 343, and 999.
  13. Denied The reporting player failed to fully fill out the player report form, and did not provide evidence the steam ID matches the player they're reporting. Additionally, going AFK while on a SCP is not grounds for a blacklist, though can be grounds for a formal warning if the action is repeated.
  14. Accepted! Your blacklist will be removed on the server as soon as possible.
  15. Current E11 command will process the blacklist appeal.

  17. In lore SCP 1048-A follows 1048 throughout the facility, and SCP 1048 is wanted by the Foundation since it runs around and hides. That's why the rule was put into place.
  18. Added to the list of frequent denials
  19. You literally need to get Igneous' permission one time while purchasing the CC to spawn in D-Block. You can make time to speak to him once. - Support overall
  20. Denied After reviewing the evidence provided, speaking with the trial moderators and admin involved, as well as speaking with the appealate himself, the following occurred: Dempsy switched to a D-Class job and began spawning props. Trial Moderator Warro observed this, deleted the props, and gave a verbal warning to not spawn props. According to the staff handbook, a first offense prop spawn can be handled by a verbal or formal warning with the staff member's discretion. After this incident, Dempsy continued to spawn props, not complying with Trial Moderator Warro's order, as well as continuing to break the MOTD. At this point, Trial Moderator Warro issued a formal warning to Dempsy, and issued a 600 second jail time, again, in line with the staff handbook guidelines. However, as a trial moderator Warro is not authorized to issue jail times above 600 seconds unless consulting with a Moderator +. This did not happen, and Warro has been spoken to regarding this. After the jail time concluded, Dempsy continued to spawn props, continueing to disregard the MOTD, and continueing to not comply with staff. This was observed by Trial Moderator Bazooka, who had been informed that Dempsy had been prop spawning despite multiple warnings not to. Trial Moderator Bazooka requested a ban be issued, in line with the staff handbook's recommendation for a third offense prop spawn, and the ban was issued by Admin Dang. Trial Moderator Bazooka neglected to issue an accompanying formal warning, and has been spoken to about this, and has since been rectified. I spoke to Dempsy regarding his conduct, and asked if he was aware he was not supposed to spawn props as a D-Class, to which he replied, "I thought that was more prop blocking". However, the MOTD can not be more clear on the subject: Class D personnel are never allowed to spawn props. I asked Dempsy why he continued to spawn props after receiving a verbal warning, formal warning, and a jail, to which he replied, "I was just fucking around." Based on Dempsy's continued violation of the MOTD regarding prop spawning, his continued failure to comply with staff requests and orders to stop spawning props, and the number of staff contacts this generated, I am upholding the ban requested by Bazooka and issued by Dang. This player will remain banned for one day.
