+SUPPORT I think a pretty hefty staff restriction is needed in this case. He doesn't care.

I mean does anything on your physical record IRL ever disappear? Like, if its a crime? No lol. Point being is the warns are there to let us know that you have done something really dumb in the past, and if the warn system were to be revamped, then that means the super mingey people would just disappear for a while and then come back just to do the same crazy stuff all over again. It tells us what kind of person that player is. If they are new and have 0 warnings, then no need to warn on a first time offense. If they have 3 or 4 over the course of 2 years, then the chances of them breaking rules are going to be slim and if they did, they would just swallow some pride and take the warning. If someone manages to get 20+ warnings between 3 months and a year, then the chances are we are going to be keeping an eye on them just to be sure that they dont continue to break the rules and even further, if they did, chances are they wouldn't be around much longer to begin with. Either way, at the end of the day the rules are in place for a reason and that reason is to keep people in check. If you dont want to follow the rules, then to put it simple. You won't be here long.

+SUPPORT But man, just make sure in the future when you are super mad like this, try to keep calm and get the footage you need without attempting to go over the top like you displayed here. It just makes everything look more better on your side, and you could very well possibly receive a warning for what was stated in the title as well as the people in the video themselves. Just a future heads up is all im trying to give you. But, aside from that I do believe that those in the video breaking the rules at the end of the day should be punished for what they done overall.

-SUPPORT I've never seen you before (and it seems like other people haven't seen you before here as well) and not only that but you applied on PRP and I would ASSUME you intentionally applied on SCP-RP too, which is a big fat no no. All kinds of things could be improved on your app I do believe as well as your overall activity. Try to become more active and known within the community before trying to apply for future references (that is if this one is denied).

+SUPPORT This man has a long list as staff here and I do believe he is ready to come back into the staff team. Used to be Super Admin on SCP-RP, made it to Admin on PoliceRP (I think it was that or higher at the least), and is super mature for who he is. I believe seeing you come back would be probably one of the best things I've seen happen in a while (staff wise that is). You and Willy would make absolutely phenomenal members to the staff team. +SUPPORT Ah Willy, it's been farrrrrr too long since I seen you as staff. Would love to see you back on the team brother. Former experience Extremely mature The man used to be a super admin, need I say more? Although the one and only nit pick I have is I have to agree with Will here, it DOES feel like you just recently came back but I have absolutely 0 doubt that you will have an issue being active. Being who you are and the reputation that you have, it shouldn't be a problem. I wish you luck friend, and hopefully I see you soon.

-SUPPORT If I have to yell at you because you decided not to listen to not 1 but 2 Senior Admins about getting on duty for a little while, then I don't believe you're ready for Admin just yet. Being an admin requires your full attention, and tiny mistakes such as that can cost you in the end. Take it from me, I've been there twice and I can tell you, it's not just given away like it's candy. It's something that has to be earned and kept regardless. I'm not saying you're a bad staff member, I just think your overall activity for staff needs to increase to show SMT that you deserve the rank. That's my 2 cents.

-SUPPORT I know I know man. It sucks, bans over a year cannot be appealed. But, look on the bright side, if we're still around in 3 years, your ban will be lifted entirely. Considering how you're acting now, you definitely have changed a lot. I was there when you were banned, and to be entirely honest I didnt think I'd ever see an appeal from you.

-SUPPORT 58 warnings, 5 bans. Banned by Spection, Freeze, Ghostly. No, even IF this ban were able to be appealed (it cant since its a warn ban + its over 1 year old) I wouldn't want you around seeing as some of your warnings were just repeats of the same thing and causing trouble overall. I think you just want back because you're bored, and not because you want to legitimately be back.

-SUPPORT It doesn't matter WHAT the situation is, you NEVER taze someone who has a gun out. If he was breaking FearRP that badly, then you need to call staff. I have stated to people time and time again that taking matters into your own hands will likely get you punished, and in this case, that is exactly what happened. A Super Admin even explained to you was Taser Rush actually was, after I explained it myself. The warn is justified 100%.

+SUPPORT Sorry Will, im with Phil on this one. Just like Havoc said in his comment, it was adverted so everyone knew what was going on. Im almost positive that i've never seen anyone be warned for adverting a crime (unless it was murderers breaking their cooldown) and to top that off, im almost positive that not the first person here would immediately warn them for something like that, new or old to the community. Verbals are always best when dealing with situations such as these because harsher punishments on smaller infractions such as this can lead to a distaste in certain areas. That being said, I do honestly believe the warning should be removed, as a verbal would have sufficed in the end.

-SUPPORT I've been here since 2018 and this has been a rule that I have seen and enforced myself many of times. It's definitely there. Also, a strike or demotion is pretty harsh especially for what is basically a false warn appeal.

He's not? Lol. You just don't randomly call someone that unless you're looking for trouble. You knew he was the owner did you not?

-SUPPORT For starters your actual SteamID is STEAM_0:1:44100639 For seconds, regardless of how mad you are or how upset you are, you don't call the owner ANYTHING unless you're looking for punishment. Also, it's not one-sided in this case as you did an action to cause your own ban.

-SUPPORT While I am sure you are a good player and a nice person (as described by Rick), some of the other responses also points out some flaws that I feel like need to be worked on first. Also, to top all of that, you are relatively new to the community as 2 weeks isn't enough time to get to know everyone fully. Contrary to utetwos comment, being in the community for at least 1 to 2 months should be enough time for you to be able to know everyone (at least the casuals). So just keep playing and get to know people more and you should be just fine.
