-Support In the video there is no evidence of him being alone. I see officers with him the entire time? Also this report is not necessary at all. You could just say "Hey, that's not right here is the correct rule" not file a whole report for something as little as this.

+ Support There needs to be some further rules in place for this to work. Currently this can be easily abused. Suggestions: I think you MUST have a valid reason to steal the car or its Failrp. And I think officers should be allowed to return thier vehicle, stolen or not as they can't do thier job without thier car. -
