EST Why would you want to join our Support team( 100 words+) I want to join because I am always on team speak and when I went to requesting staff in team speak I always have to wait so maybe there is not a lot of support in my time zone. I also want to join so I can help the new players like I once used to be and it would make me feel good to help them. I like being staff and I enjoy helping others and this would be a great role for me to join and I would do great in! I also would like to join support to show that I want to keep moving up in the ranks of Gaming Light and carry more responsibility's outside of Garry's Mod! How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? I think I could effect the support staff in a positive way because I am active and on all the time so I can offer more support for players when there aren't any on which is quit often I seem to notice. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels? I would introduce my self and my name in ts, I would proceed to ask them what issue they are having and do my up most best to help them and resolve their situation/Issue until they are happy with the support I have provided! I think you should get one more chance at the server since it has been about 2 years, maybe on a strict watch list or something just to be safe!

definitely agree as I am on police 90% of the time I play on the server and it kinda ruins the rp if someone steals the cop car.

I used to be Head admin On Plasma Gaming back in the day, it was a very populated server, I have been Staff on a lot of servers admin+ Have you read the staff guidelines at? You will be tested on it: Yes I read it multiple times Timezone: Estern Standard Time Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I can be serious when needed and I can take a joke I am usually active. I will check logs and wont hesitate to warn/punish a player even a friend(unless i knew it was a joke) also i would be helpful in events and if i cant participate because of staffing, I would be fine with that, I am sure that i would make a good staff member. If I was to be accepted as a staff member I think that I would be a good staff member due to my good knowledge at the game & my experience as a staff member over the 2 years or so of me being staff on multiple other servers. Adding to that I think that I handle situations decently to satisfy the player with the outcome of the sit. I have a microphone and have been using it a lot more as I was harassed 2 years ago for using it mainly because of my voice. To finish with I am active within the server discord and on the forums once again. I have a lot of experience staffing, at least over 1100 hours I have staffed and I do a respectable job at it. Another reason I think I would be a good staff member is my experience with THIS server. I know how it can be. The server usually is calm but can get toxic. I try to keep people calm and happy. I don't try to escalate the situation at all, nor do I try to disrespect anyone. I am also good with evidence and I try to get as much as I can before I can conclude a sit, The last reason I think I am good at staffing is my quick actions. I can be very quick to get things done and not drag things out too long. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would approach the situation very calmly and in a good manor and try to calm them down, if he doesn't calm down I would get a admin plus to ming him/her for 10000 Sec following.
