Accepted Go into the ban panel (at the top it says ban) sign in, go to your profile, go to your warn and click appeal. Fill the information out and in the description put the link to this in it. @SpadeH Please come see me

As the player saw a police officers behind the building and a state car appear to be going towards the back, the opposite way of leaving the scene. The player has full right to kill the hostage as government failed to listen to the negotiations and instead chanced risking the hostages life. There is no issue with this situation.
