Through my time in this department, I have developed a lot of knowledge and understanding of various situations I've explored the other departments but honestly, PD fits me the best On most occasions, I can maintain my head in stressful situations and help those in need. IRL I work in a bar, so I generally have a lot of patience with all walks of life whether mingey and annoying or drunk and angry. I can act flawlessly with my position in PD and I can maintain activity in times that most users may not be on. I have a plentiful amount of knowledge regarding all policies within the Police Department and a vast knowledge of codes, general operations and other roleplay scenarios that may take place whilst on PD from a traffic stop to a major operation including various departments. I've really been pushing myself forward through my role as a Lieutenant in the department and I've written up many documents and trained various officers for situations which may assist them in their development within the Rockford City Police Department. I've spent the past two weeks working my absolute hardest to ensure that all RP regulations are met for PD, etc. Yes, at points of time I really push players and go drill sergeant on them but it's in my personal opinion that those individuals can operate better than most as being strict yet friendly can really help those who are interested in the department get closer with command members in order to assist in department relationships. My past as a Captain and Drill Sergeant character shall continue once more (i hope). You agree that complaining or breaking any rules put down by High Command will result in your complete removal from PD Command(Yes/No) : Yes, I understand and wish to resume my duties as Low Command.

In addition, if for some delusional reason duramax is warned I'd like the same done to me.

Does the community have a dev server for policerp? If so, if we merged all the current vcmod files onto the other server and ran the players on that, providing an identifier, that could realistically allow us to identify the files that are in use by targeting them exactly on the main service so that we can just update the files so that next restart can resume regular vcmod requests from those players? I know current players experiencing vcmod issues are @Lee Carter @-Unknown- @Joe Mama

+/- Support You do train officers, however, you missed the boat by not acknowledging the SOP (which you have corrected just now). You can show some signs of maturity at times. You get really upset when something simple isnt in your favour. You should focus on improving your relationship with members of command. I personally think you need more time as a sergeant ranking officer. Its important that you get the experience under your belt fully in each and every rank you achieve in the department. Even if you're lucky enough to score promotions at meetings, its important that you understand that even LCPL is a very valuable rank. You also need to focus on how you speak to lower ranking officers cause it can be a bit intense with you sometimes (as reported to me by lower ranking officers). So clearing data files is entirely out of the question or is there a potential that we issue a 2-4 week notice post / mass message to everyone / mass email advising that policerp cars will be wiped? Either way, didn’t we do this when we did the economy reset? It was only a temporary fix from what I remember. (Still suggesting not giving orders)

What you want to see? - A clean installation of VCMod, then re-optimized for the current server status. Why should we add it? - Well, since the first optimizations that we made for VCMod, the server has alot more stuff on it and I feel it would clean up alot of the lag which may be occuring seeing as VCMod is once of the heavier addons on the server and that most of the time, VCMod is one of the major things that mess up on the server such as the current issues with the car dealers for people like @-Unknown-, the issues with tyres popping for @Joe Mama , etc. I think that if we start up with a clean slate then we could get this ball rolling. Its my belief that if this does go forth then we should do a minimum of 2 weeks notice for people to sell their cars out for the full purchase value so that we get a chance to do this properly cause right now I may as well be playing Snake on my old nokia flip so. (longer the better): It is my belief that the staff restriction should be removed as I wish to begin the application process for staff once again on PoliceRP. I've spent a long amount of time on the server and it's my belief that I may be of help to the staff team once more. I do accept my punishment and do deserve it. I really do want to come back into the staff section of Gaming Light Police RP, I really did enjoy it and followed all the basic guidelines as a staff member.
