That job is only made for escorting, nobody is supposed to be on it if they are not doing escorts so its mainly gonna be used against freaking D class and occasionally the E4's you meet on the way to the test location. The entire Elixir system is for Research and R&D. The donor and level job having access to it is a major disincentive to join Research. I have to disagree with you, the Donor jobs are there to slide you into the branch to give you a first taste of what you can do as Research, with the Donor jobs you can make your first elixirs with mostly just LCZ SCPs , but then you wanna make Elixiers with HCZ SCPs.
