(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I have what it takes to be on the staff team and I have at least a little experience which will help me out along the way. The community I came from was a lot less strict but I'm sure I could get a hang of stricter rules in order to keep this community a safe and fun place to hang around in. I have also been here a few months now and I have a pretty good idea on how things are supposed to be and also how I can handle different situations that occur. Due to my past staffing experiences, I am ready to have less roleplay time and I am totally fine with that especially since I will be helping out the community. I see a lot of the people here as amazing friends, even a few as family, and I think I would be a good fit to the team in order to keep the community running smoothly and safe. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would stay calm and first make sure that they understand why they are there and what is about to happen. If they refuse to listen or keep talking over me I would have to issue a gag in order to make sure they understand. The main thing is to not get agitated or angry at the person during the sit. I would also check logs to check how many people they ARDMed or RDMed to clarify the amount done. I would then contact a higher up staff to issue a ban for MRDM and Player Diss.
